We refer this company all the time especially for HVAC and plumbing issues. They always answer and show up providing excellent options for every situation. Many companies out there give you only one price for only one solution, and this solution is usually the one that benefits their company the best financially. This company instead provides several options for the customer whereby the customer can choose the best one that meets their needs financially and logically.

NON-EXISTENT SERVICE

I called Legacy to have a window unit a/c either repaired or replaced (including installation).I was told that they would look at the unit and give me an estimate on a new one. I set up an appointment with the understanding I would be given a half hour's notice before their arrival. The two-hour window for the appointment came and went with no call from Legacy. I called the dispatcher (Leon?) who said his technicians were behind that day and I would be given the next two-hour window on that same day. That window came and went with no one showing up. The next day at 5PM, I finally called Legacy to see what had gone wrong. The dispatcher said, no one wanted to do the job........I didn't know employees can pick and choose which jobs they do.........I told the dispatcher that I should have been informed of that the day before. His response was, Sorry about that.
Legacy is a very poorly run company. I am looking elsewhere for my a/c-heating needs...

5 star service. Legacy came to install my new dishwasher. It was missing a critical part even though brand new. They told me no problem and went to Home Depot to get the part. They also made sure it was exactly how I wanted it centered and placed before the final installation. Great rates and great service.
