Eddie and Ray were awesome! We had to reroute our hot water line and they were very efficient, cutting very minimally into our drywall. We also asked if they could change the trim in our two showers and that work was a great experience too. After spending several hours at our home, I felt like I found my plumbing company of choice.

On Monday, 8-23-21, we had a leak in the wall between the garage and guest bathroom. I called Schroder and they sent out Adrian the next day at about 1 PM. He arrived promptly in the time span they gave me. He was very quick and efficient, using a camera and one other tool, he was able to find the leak. He reported back to Shroeder who sent out a plumber, Glenn, the next day. Glenn arrived promptly on Tues. 8-24-21 at 12:45 pm and completed the repair by 2:08 pm. Glenn was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Doing business with Schroder Plumbing was a pleasure and the price of the repair was certainly reasonable!

These people dont deserve your business. I witnessed one of their drivers in a road rage incident. Very unprofessional.

Dont let the response fool you. The driver was obstructing the young man's view of traffic making it unsafe for him to pull out. The driver then began to yell at the young man claiming that he was the one in the wrong, but the young man who has witnessed a crash happen in the same spot for the same exact reason was not going to make the turn without affirming that the way was clear. The driver still refused to move which put the young man in danger as he pulled into traffic on a busy road without being able to see if cars were coming.

The team from Schroeder Plumbing came on time and knocked out two bathrooms a kitchen and laundry room all in a single day. This kept our renovation on schedule. Quality was excellent and team was very professional. I especially liked the web based interaction which had a picture of the person who was showing up, with their name and credentials. From quote to delivery, all interactions were top notch!

I had a leak in our upstairs shower that was coming through the downstairs ceiling on a Sat!! I called Schroeder’s and quickly spoke to a member of their friendly staff. Within 2 hours I had the owner of the company John Schroeder himself at my door. He was super friendly and quickly identified the wall leak in the upstairs shower. We were then able to schedule a prompt repair on the spot, which was done on time and to our satisfaction. I really appreciate John taking his time on a weekend to help us out. Great company with a wonderful leader, I highly reccomend them. 👍

Had them troubleshoot a possible leak. Good experience with the super friendly tech that came out. Also had Gary S. do filter/softener work in the past.

Matt the service technician is the best. Ask for him if you can.

We had a clogged kitchen drain that had to be tackled from the roof, but the technician was great. He tried everything to get the snake through the pipes under the sink, but the connection to the laundry proved to be too tricky. The technician was upbeat and informative. He gave great advice on how to avoid future problems. If we need a plumber again, I'm definitely using them again.

Best plumber experience I've had in 35 years of home ownership. From office staff (Erica) to diagnostics (Adrian) to sewer line repair (Matt & Mike), they instilled confidence with their thorough work and explanations. Exceeded performance of all previous plumbing companies I had consulted for estimates. Due to high bids from other plumbers, I called insurance adjuster who recommended them due to prior positive experiences. My claim was denied, but well worth the call just to get connected to Schroeder. They minimized cost & avoided tear-up, with an effective/warranted solution. They are now my go-to plumbing company!

There was such a mess & damage left behind, I should've just had lines cleaned once a year... Supervisors & owner were no shows to get damages taken care of..

Schroeder came out to my home. They did not diagnose the problem correctly and then to make matters worse they messed up the claim with my insurance company to the point that my insurance company denied the claim and would not fix the cause of the loss. They were SUPPOSED to come out to my home again to make another assessment of the problem. They were a NO SHOW five times! They didn’t even give the curtesy of a phone call to say that they were not going to show. When I called to find out when they were coming I was told all five times that they had another “emergency” call come up. Here we are more then a month and still they don’t have the honor to stand their word and my kitchen remains unfixed as well as the plumbing job that they said they would fix!!! Stay away from this company because they don’t deliver what they say they will. They don’t stand by their word nor are their smaller dollar jobs considered important enough for them to even show up to do the work they promised to do.This is still the state of my kitchen a month later. Gary Shaker(owner)is specifically who messed up my insurance claim! There is no HONOR IN THIS COMPANY BECAUSE HONOR IS KEEPING YOUR WORD AND STANDING BEHIND YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS. THIS COMPANY DOES NEITHER!!!

They asked me to take down my other negative review stating I posted on the wrong company, but I have double checked and this is the right company seeing as the guy that came out is the one on the website picture. Schroeder plumbing is not honest in their dealings with their fellow men. They did a job at our house (never again) and only did it half way, said they would come back 2 days later and finish. Next thing I know we get sent to collections by this company for a bill we never got (by their own admission they never sent one, but sent us to collections anyway) on a job they didn't finish. The office wouldn't even schedule the job to be finished until we paid for work already performed, which was simply prep work to fix the problem and they hadn't even actually fixed anything yet. way over priced and dishonest is the best way I can describe this company.

Where else can you take your favorite sandals which are so old the velcro closure no longer line up? He shortened the strap and gave me another five years.

After years of questioning the benefits of a gas tankless water heater I finally took the leap and I could not be more pleased. Not only do we have an endless supply of hot water, we also opened up a corner of the garage for storage that once was taken up by our old 50 gallon gas water heater. I wish I’d made the leap years ago. Even though I’m related I’d still give them 5 stars!!

I called about a leaking faucet. The guy they sent over checked a common point of failure for this kind, and wouldn't you know it, that was the first (tightening the bolt at the ball joint connection). Didn't charge for his time either. I'll definitely call again.

We thought we needed to tear up the house to fix the leak, but Schroeder Plumbing fixed the issue fast and fair. Would recommend to anyone.

He replaced and fixed everything in a timely manner and he also took the time to explain the job he did. I have to say my plumbing is working smoothly now. You guys will be my Go-To plumbers from now on.

I had a different plumbing company give an estimate for $6900 to replace a section of my main drain pipe because they couldn't clear the blockage. Their estimate didn't include repairing all the concrete they were going to demo which was going to put me out an additional $3000-4,000. Schroeder plumbing came recommended by a friend who heard about my $10k+ plumbing estimate. The guys from Schroeder were professional, and they were able to clear the blockage in short order with a hydro jet which was so much better than tearing up all my concrete to replace the drain line. Thanks for doing a great job Schroeder!

Tried to book a few times. No response. I called Day and Night plumbing and they booked me during that phone call for the very next day and the tech arrived right on time. I have now signed up to have Day and Night do my work as well as an annual contract with them for inspections.

We recently purchased a home. The water main was corroded and needed to be rebuilt. We received several quotes all in the $1,500 to $2,000 range. We were referred to Schroeder by a co-worker. Matt came out and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He quoted a price much more reasonable and had the work done the next day. We would highly recommend Schroeder Plumbing!

These guys are the best!! I own a Restaurant so I've been using them for years now. If I ever need help with anything they are just a call away! The customer service is always perfect! The receptionist always answers the phone every nice and schedules a tech to come out ASAP. Every time I have had a plumber on site they have always been super polite and they always know what they are doing! They get the job done so they are in and out super fast!! Excellent company.

The complex I live at used them 5 months ago. They took 22 hours with our water off when it was supposed to be 10. And that was just the beginning. They’ve now showed up with no warning and shut the water off to fix their mistakes multiple times. Simple line switch that they haven’t gotten right over 6 months/dozens of trips here/handfuls of water shut offs. Actually a scam.

This is a long story made short. I have a 120 yr old home with a casita. We chose to do some preventative maintenance on the casita sewer line due to root intrusion and got it sleeved. Unfortunately, the sleeve would be a little too long and start a blockage of the main home's sewage line just upstream. This would eventually cause a back up requiring the main home's underground and underneath in a crawl space plumbing to be replaced - all to discover the cause of the back up, the blockage from the sleeve.
Accidents happened and Schroeder Plumbing worked with us to make things right, an old house has significant new plumbing, and we received a partial refund that left us feeling like the Schroeder Plumbing Team did a fantastic job - other than the sleeve being a little too long, the team coordinated and communicated to solve problems and take action to correct problems - both plumbing and business! Great JOB

Schroeder Plumbing was on top of everything. From the friendly staff that took the service call to the technician Matt that showed up at my house. The technician was on time, professional and solved my issue quickly. I felt the price was super reasonable and I won't hestitat to call them again.

I had a plumber from a different company sent by my home warranty who said it was just a grout issue after 5 minutes, but Adrian from Schroeder listened to me when I explained the issue and took extra time to make sure he found the actual source of the leak. If you’re looking for a good and honest plumber I’d say this is a solid company to go with

Schroeder Plumbing came to our home and installed a new water softener, four new toilets, and replaced our RO water filter and connected it to the fridge. Matt was very friendly and they were great to work with! Their office was very flexible with scheduling and showed that they value their customers!
