Had scheduled 2 separate times and they no showed both times even though the called and text saying they were on their way. Wasted 2 days waiting on them. Absolutely horrible experience and would not let this business anywhere near friends and family!

Hired Chuck to install our 6 zone oil fired boiler and indirect hot water heater. Also added our master bath and laundry room on new 2nd floor addition. All rough pipe and finish work came out amazing. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Will definitely call Chuck again for all of our plumbing needs.

Shane Garrity (owner) and his team (Gary and Brandon) installed a motorized 20 foot awning. When they found that the supporting eave structure was not adequate/designed as expected they modified the eaves consistent with local requirements to handle the 200 + pound awning. They did this within the estimated time and cost. We deeply appreciated the care, attention to detail, and professionalism that Gary and Brandon brought to this project.

Had a small repair job needed doing. Came out next day and did it. Showed up on time unlike other plumbers we tried working with.

I’m a contractor. When I need a plumber on a job, I call Lou. He’s professional, prompt and he knows his business. I also recommend him to my customers. He does it right.

I had to wait 2 weeks for a measurement that would have taken 10 minutes, I say would have happened because after they were paid they showed up late after I had already left. Then when they finally answered the phone, they told me they would called me back. I never got the call back. Never again will I give this place my business

This company did my pool plumbing through build your own pool. Valves installed incorrectly. I had to repair it myself while on the phone with company owner. Additional calls and texts for service after the sale were ignored. Poor service. I would not recommend him.

ASAP did a job for my niece. I’m a retired service/repair plumber in San Diego area. Gas WH installation looks good. They replaced it for access to replace 3 handle T/S. There is some missing tile grout behind the T/S valve hot escutcheon. That could of easily been repaired or at least caulked.
Overall the price they quoted seemed to be fair. Regarding various photos they have posted on their website I’m a bit leery on some of their repairs. Could just be difference in local code requirements. So I’ll just give them 3⭐️

I called and Matt came out and went over a possible pool leak. He gave me a quote which I accepted. He scheduled himself to come out a week later to start. He never showed up and did not call. I called him after a couple of days and asked if he was still going to do the job, he said he had gotten busy and rescheduled. I ended up draining the pool myself, and I explained I would still pay the quoted price. He then sent a text the morning he was suppose to start and said I would have to get someone else. No notice, after two weeks of waiting he cancels. Very unprofessional!!

I have used A&L plumbing for 10 years to check the back flow preventer for our irrigation system. They have always been friendly, professional and easy to work.
