Bill came within 10 minutes of our call. He replaced the control cartridge in out master shower quickly and expertly. Costs for the call and repair were reasonable. Would definitely use B&D again!

Had a toilet that I couldn't get the bolts loose and it was running constantly. The plumber came on time and was great about identifying why the toilet was running. Replaced the apparatus in the tank and got it all fixed and ready in no time. Great job! I'll call them again.

We were not getting any hot water from the water heater. The pilot light was running so I thought it wouldn't be that difficult to fix. I Googled the issue and started following instructions. Things stopped making sense after a while though. I had to call Eco for help. Moe immediately dispatched an expert, who rectified the problem. These guys are experienced professionals. The rates are affordable and service is top quality.

With us everything tends to break down during holidays, but it was no problem for them to fix a broken water line under a tree. All in 4hrs! They where very reliable and fast. Found the leak, when the other 2 plumbers couldn't. So yes they do deserve a 5 star rating, no joke! Right before 4th of July!

Just finished the massive renovation. Huey and his crews were fantastic. It was so nice to work with professionals. The crew was always respectful and the workmanship is fantastic. Cleaned up at the end of each day, which made things so much better.

We removed two walls, and put in two new rooms, including a two piece bathroom and den. Not only did we remove a window and put in two in its place, redo the windows across the back of the house. but we also had all the flooring redone in our 1800 sq. foot home and opened everything up with an all new kitchen, cabinets lighting, hood fan above the fantastic island. All the texturing, painting, electrical, plumbing, counter-tops, cabinets, and flooring were done professionally. Huey Santos made this an enjoyable experience, and on budget as well. I have worked with Kook and Sons for about 5 years now. They are a cut above the rest. Howard and his crew did a superb job of diagnosing the cause of a leak in my second floor bathroom. Other plumbers were never able to diagnose the problem which was identified correctly by Howard as being caused by a faulty floor pan, which was installed by another plumber 10 years earlier, to fix the problem necessitated a complete shower renovation with a new floor pan.

The guys came did the demo work neatly and even saved some of the old tiles to repair another area in the Bathroom. My new shower looks fantastic and no more leaks, for the first time in years!
