Called on point plumbing when my water heater went out based on a referral from a friend. Glad I did! Mike came out same day and was able to get me fixed up. He gave me a fair price and of course wasted no time in getting my hot water back up and running. Very professional and thorough. Thanks Mike!!!

Company did a test I wasn't notified at the time that was going to cost me over $2000.00. nothing was done to my house, but the so-called test and fan that was left in my home for 2 days , I'm sure I had to pay for that too. Feels like I've been scammed.

I had a kitchen faucet leaking and didn't catch it in time before water damage had affected the bottom of my cabinet. Jamie for IC-Plumbing was on time , quick and professional ! I feel he went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family 😁

Excellent job done to replace sewer pipe that was twisted by tree roots. Cut out concrete in bedroom, dug down about 4 feet removed root and sewer pipe. Replaced sewer pipe, filled in and concreted to finish. Thanks for completing in 2 days.

I have used Earl’s since they first opened and won’t use anyone else. I have never had a bad experience with any Earl’s employee or any work that was done at my home.Today plumbers Tyler and Isaiah came out to fix my faucet in the backyard. They did a great job and were very friendly and polite.

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. We highly recommend AZ Family Plumbing Co and Thank you again Jason for all the amazing work!!

John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!
