Jess and Kaleb came to my rental property to troubleshoot my kitchen faucet. Prompt, professional, friendly and on time. My supply valve and faucet had to literally be sawed off from mineral damage. They replaced the supply valve, immediately contacted the property manager for a replacement faucet, and it was installed within an hour. Left the work area clean, everything done right the first time. Kaleb had come out a few months ago to replace my garbage disposal, same prompt, professional, friendly service. I can't say enough good things about this business.

Israel & Adam are knowledgeable, professional & reliable plumbers. I received same day response on a Saturday with no appointment. They worked weekend and nights at no extra charge and resolved my water heater issues. Very reasonable prices. The invoice was 2/3rd price of quote I received from Y *** Plumbing. After unreliable service from others, I have always gone to Progressive Services for my plumbing needs. In the last few years, they have 1) cleared a toilet backup that was caused by a tree root in the underground pipe and installed a new cleanout; 2) installed a water heater; 3) fixed a leak in a different toilet. Earlier, they fixed a garbage disposal and taught me how to clear the pipe under the sink myself! They are not the cheapest service, but they show up on time and do quality work. Justin C. seems to be my regular plumber from them and he is excellent. It's good to know that there is reliable plumbing service when I need it -- often the same day!
