After meeting with several contractors and talking to a lot of companies we decided to go with ECHI for a complete renovation of our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. We did a full remodel of our home and the guys at Experts did an amazing job. They made sure every detail was done right.
Huey and his crews were very easy to work with, and they did a great job. They installed all new flooring, painted all the walls and remodeled three of our bathrooms. Moved a wall in our kitchen to make a Butler’s pantry, replaced our island and painted all cabinets. Built a tv wall with bench seating, added a fireplace and shelves.
We definitely recommend them and will use them again.
They were able to complete a couple of jobs for us. In only 5 days, they was able to demo a wall in a guest room and put up a new wall to build the walk in master closet. This was a full remodel and everything turned out perfect.

Huey and his team have completed several projects at our house. We could not be more pleased with the cabinetry, woodwork, tile, and bathroom remodel. For any remodeling needs HCHI is the way to go. Huey was absolutely fantastic! They recently completed a home renovation for me which included kitchen, bathrooms, flooring install, painting, light fixture replacement, and carpet install. The entire process from beginning to end was perfect and exceeded my expectations. They offered great suggestions and expertise, and the project was completed in a timely manner with a high level quality. I am beyond happy with the finished work.
We had our flooring and kitchen remodeled with little updates to the baths. ECHI was referred to us by another satisfied client. Their workers were prompt, cleaned up before leaving, were attention detailed and considerate of my belongings throughout the process. The job was completed on time and very close to budget (overage was due to my requests for changes to product). Reliable. Helpful with the decision making. Teamwork. Attentive to budget. Yes, we would hire them again. Without hesitation.

EIC did a great job expanding our den. Huey is very responsive and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend their work and rehire for future projects.
I contracted with Huey and Experts in Home Construction to essentially move a wall in a room addition. It wasn’t a big job, but required several city inspections to complete. It was a pretty stressful undertaking not only because of the city bureaucratic hurdles, but because it was also during the pandemic when finding available contractors was not easy and so I had to wait longer than I wanted to get the work done.
That said, Huey ultimately came through and his crew did quality work. The project finished under the projected budget with some alterations to the original plan and the finished work blended well with previously existing construction. The crew worked hard and they did good daily cleanups as well as the final one. I was very happy with the final result. Thanks, Huey!

Our very first dream kitchen, exactly how I imagined it, except even more beautiful than I could have pictured. The design perfectly solved all our storage issues while still respecting the small space. We got the unique, high-end aesthetic we wanted, customized exactly how we envisioned, at a much more reasonable cost than if we had gone to a cabinets place or big retailer. They even took care of a few other unrelated minor home improvements we needed done while completing the kitchen. I had a lot of questions because I had never had a remodel before. Huey and everyone on the team patiently educated me and gave sound advice on every decision along the way, without any pressure or judgment. I love our new space and enjoy cooking again. I also love just sitting with my coffee every morning and admiring my kitchen from across the room. Thank you all for making this dream come true! We love it.

They did an excellent job on my project. They converted my two story foyer into a usable second story space. The crew that was sent to my house was professional and did excellent work. I'm very happy with the results and love my new space. I like that they did not have to outsource anything.
Huey and his team were hired by us for renovating our fixer upper house. We had heard good reviews through our friend and so we called Huey in to provide quotes. He was very professional and provided a very detailed quote of everything we asked for. He was also open to us omiting items due to higher than anticipated amount. The job was done very professionally and as agreed. There were no grey area on the responsibilities. His crew was easy to work with (ideas change all the time) and always arrived on time. The quality of the work was also top class. We have already referred him to all our firends that need renovation. Costs are a little on the higher side is the only knock I can think of, but perhaps it is deservedly so.

Huey and his crew were fantastic. We are so happy with our new flooring. They were able to repair the crack in our foundation and level our flooring. We were told by another company just to put carpet back down, but Huey made it possible. The crew was professional and moved all of our stuff if needed. We had our carpet removed and vinyl plank flooring put in. Best decision we have ever made and with the best company. Thank you for putting a smile on my face every day I walk into my home. Thank you for working with us after having my daughter 6 weeks early! Would recommend to anyone!

This was our second time we hired Experts in Construction & Home Improvements, LLC. Our experience from the beginning to the end was fantastic! Huey is incredibly easy to work with & very reliable, upfront, & honest. He & his crew are very dependable, on time, & does phenomenal work.
The first job was adding a door to our master bathroom. The second job was a garage conversion into a bedroom with lots of details added inside & out.

Just finished the massive renovation. Huey and his crews were fantastic. It was so nice to work with professionals. The crew was always respectful and the workmanship is fantastic. Cleaned up at the end of each day, which made things so much better.
We removed two walls, and put in two new rooms, including a two piece bathroom and den. Not only did we remove a window and put in two in its place, redo the windows across the back of the house. but we also had all the flooring redone in our 1800 sq. foot home and opened everything up with an all new kitchen, cabinets lighting, hood fan above the fantastic island. All the texturing, painting, electrical, plumbing, counter-tops, cabinets, and flooring were done professionally. Huey Santos made this an enjoyable experience, and on budget as well. Huey Santos and company updated and remodeled my 20 year old showers. It took me 3 months interviewing contractors and I settled on Huey. I am more than pleased with the results. His workers were all very professional and skilled. They took care to keep the work areas clean and cleaned up at the end of the day. When I had any concerns they were addressed and taken carefully, pleasantly resolved. The job was done on time and for the agreed upon price. My showers are beautiful. I highly recommend Huey Santos.

ECHI is by far the best contracting company that we have worked with. We obtained 4 estimates for our master bathroom major renovation project and ECHI was the best quote. Huey Santos was very personable and maintained great communication throughout the project. He estimated that it would take 4-6 weeks for the project (barring any delays caused by Covid) and his crew finished in 4 weeks. His crew was very neat and the workmanship was outstanding. I am now planning to renovate my kitchen and I will definitely be using ECHI for the job. If you want to avoid the nightmares that most people report with contractors, go with ECHI! You won’t be disappointed. They get our highest 5 star recommendation!

Huey and his crew just completed a kitchen remodel at our home. It turned out exactly as we planned. It is beautiful. We were out of town during the entire time. Huey kept me updated and sent progress pictures weekly. In fact, the project was completed almost a week earlier that promised. There were no “hidden costs” associated with the work. We would recommend Huey’s company to anyone planning on doing a remodel.

We recently transformed our house in about 10 weeks. We interviewed several contractors and chose Experts in Construction to be our contractor. We could not be more pleased with how our project turned out. I feel like the crew really listened to what we wanted and were eager to make the project a success. Having never remodeled before and having heard horror stories from friends I was apprehensive. After our experience with Huey and his team, I have no problem recommending them to all my friends. We took out walls, gutted the kitchen, replaced all the flooring, painted and remodeled a full bath and a half bath.
