I spoke to the dispatcher who was kind and sent a knowledgeable plumber who came up with the most efficient and cost savings solution than the previous two plumbers. The quality of their work was topnotch.

This is the first time I have used Chapman Plumbing and will not be the last time. I found Chris, the owner to be professional, responsive and punctual. Chris replaced my leaking water heater, quality of work is good and his pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Competence, friendliness, and speed—what more could you ask? I had a broken copper pipe from the extreme cold, and they were here, fixed it, and gone in about 45 minutes. Great prices, great use of technology in setting the appointment up and afterwards, plus the men were friendly and easy to talk to.

Theo is the best! He went above and beyond to make sure our new dishwasher was installed quickly, despite several bumps in the road (unforeseen plumbing issues and a broken door on the new appliance).

I'm incredibly happy with the service they provided. I started what should have been an easy repair, but it turned into a nightmare. Old plumbing fixtures are pipes made it impossible for me to do on my own. Not only did the owner, Monte, give me a call back immediately, he had Dwayne drive over immediately (15 minutes after the call) and review, they then provided me an estimate that was cheaper than anyone else in my area. Showed me each issue before doing anything, tested everything out, and got everything cleaned up and looking great!

He’s honest, charged less than the other quotes I received. He was great, just connected all the water lines for my new bathroom.

We noticed a few days ago that water has been entering our pantry for a while, and has already damaged the floor. This morning we realized it was coming from the washing machine. Called Ben Franklin, and they got a guy here within 2 hours. The fellow knew what he was doing, quickly diagnosed the problem as related to an inadequate laundry drain pipe. He thought the best solution would be to replace the drain from the laundry room down through the crawl space to the far corner of the house. He warned me that it wouldn't be cheap, and would take a day of work. I was pleasantly surprised when the whole job was finished before 4 PM.

Clutch plumbing fixed my all my toilets and sinks. Our home is 12 years old and needed bathroom repairs. Josh did an awesome job !

Brian Carden of Carden Plumbing responded quickly to our call for help. He came out right away to fix a water leak in the pipe leading into the front of our townhouse. Dug down about 3 feet through heavy wet clay and found the problem. He showed us the cracked pipe and explained exactly why it broke, and what he did to fix it. He filled the hole back in so pretty, no one would ever know.

Mr. Carden was such a nice person, a pleasure to talk to and is clearly a Master Plumber. He said his father was a plumber here in Durham, and he started helping his dad when he was big enough to walk, and has been a plumber all his life. It shows. He does excellent work, with a reasonable price.

I've had several projects done at our home by Rock Solid. Jason and Dave were here today to change out an expansion tank for our new water heater which Rock Solid installed earlier this week. They were professional, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional, very courteous!!!! Mike and Eddie were the gentlemen that came by to fix a clogged sewer drain. They showed up within 30 minutes of being called. The equipment was clean and ready to be used. They went in, found the issue, and within 30-40 minutes the clog was fixed. Highly recommended!!! Thank you gentlemen
