I understand they aren’t responsible for landscaping damage but their backhoe operator was less than cautious. Kinda careless. Then when the job was completed, I felt they took away too much dirt and asked for some dirt to be brought back. At the time of the job, the plumber even said, we took away more dirt than we though we would have. Well, apparently you took way too much. They didn’t return my call for a week and then when I called AGAIN, they declined. Spent nearly $10k and they couldn’t even bring over some dirt to keep a customer happy. They dispose of dirt from every job they do and I live a mile from their office. It wouldn’t have been a big effort but apparently too much for them. Then I needed a second job done a week later and they were $2k more than every other quote I got. Lucky for me, Cellino Plumbing offered to bring dirt, no questions asked.

My friend referred me to this company after having a stoppage in my kitchen and laundry. I called the receptionist and she told me everyone was dispatched, but she would try to accommodate me. They came to my house the same day and swap all the pipes in my house. Also found out that the main line was cracked. Plumber ask for my permission to change the main line. Also switch the P trap and the lines behind my washing machine. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the price. I will definitely reach out to them for any plumbing issues. I have used California plumbing for years now. We have a place in imperial beach that has needed lots of repairs over the years. Aaron and the crew always respond fast and do good work.
