Tenant occupied property. Danny came out to check the leak due to frozen pipe. He had everything opened up and I asked him for a quote and neither him nor Debbie gave me a quote for the repair before proceeding with making the repair. Now I’m getting hit with a four hundred plus dollar bill for the repair. I will pay them but prospective clients beware. Not a good business practice at all.

Dave fixed my main ball valve which was broken. He was on time and his prices are very good. We have not seen any leeks or issues so far. Will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Called in for a leak in my water hose spigot. The technician was very skilled, the completed work looks very nice and more importantly no more leaking along the side of our house. This is my first time needing a plumber and they were the only company I called so I don’t have anything to compare their price to, but I think the price was reasonable for the work that was done.
