I had Right Now Plumbing replace my water heater and install a soft water system. The pipes had not been grounded properly by the builder, and Stephen took the time to make sure everything was repaired correctly. The workmanship was beautiful and everything was completed quickly.

Richard is one of the kindest best people I've had to pleasure of doing business with. He has extremely honest and competitive pricing. He really pulled us out of a bind.

An excellent plumbing supply. Scott, the owner, helped us diagnose a leak from our washing machine without any questions asked. And… I don’t know another plumbing supply in STL where you can get your pipes and supplies and spend time with a cute, friendly shop dog.

I had Texas Plumbing Solutions come out to install a PRV into our main feed line. The scheduling and communication with the office was flawless. There were a few snags in the installation that weren't to my satisfaction and Elisha (Manager) ensured they were taken care of promptly and to my satisfaction. Their candor, transparency, and professionalism was incredible. Would highly recommend.

Edit to add: after a lot of back and forth, it was discovered that the consultation decisions were not communicated to the office or sent on to the warehouse, which is why the first faucet was nothing like what I asked for. After texting Mr. Sparrow directly, a suitable replacement faucet was found and installed. I recommend trying to get in touch with Mr. Sparrow directly as he worked to get everything right. The other people seemed less interested in what I wanted and more in just getting a job done.
Not only did it take 2 weeks from consultation(which they were late for) to scheduling the install of my kitchen faucet, they didn't confirm with me the choice of faucet. It took a week to get someone scheduled to come in, then he didn't show up to work on the day. Had to reschedule for another day, their office scheduled for a time I wasn't available despite me confirming over the phone a different time. After another rescheduling, he installed a faucet I don't like that was not what I discussed during the initial consultation a month ago, and he left the old sprayer hose in place because he didn't have the part to cover the hole it would leave. Absolutely do NOT recommend, under any circumstances, you use this company.

I'd go elsewhere for a slab leak, these guys had a hard time locating what was a very audible leak...ended up tunneling about 20ft to the left when the leak was always about 6ft to the right. Of course they found some marginal things along the way, so it was all on my dime. Going in from the foundation vs through the floor seems like a good idea until you realize how crude the detection method is. The sub-floor reroutes reduced the hot water flow...still annoying a year later.

Called 805 at 11 AM sunday, Carlos showed up two hours later. After looking around he says he needs help and is going to go eat lunch while waiting for another guy. Three hours later he calls and tells me that he can't do the job because nine out of ten houses have a clean-out and mine doesn't. He advises me to call someone else. Thanks for wasting my day.

Jacob was timely and responsive letting me know when he would arrive, and kept me in the loop the entire time. He tested his work to make sure my AC was working properly after the repair and couldn't have been nicer. ABSOLUTELY would do business with him again!
