This business is not to be trusted they are thiefs. They did work for me and had to go back and fix it. Made up some lie and charged me again for labor.

I am very satisfied with the work and service that Dennis Pratt Plumbing provided for me. They have reasonable rates and their service and quick delivery make them stand out. They will repair any walls/floors/ceilings that they have to cut to access the plumbing. They helped me through a difficult situation and tested all of their work correcting any issues that arose.

Horrible business wouldnt recommend it to my worse enemy! Got a estimate paid half down..... No work was done because the work wasnt needed. I requested to get down payment back and they refused to give anything back...... No work done at all !!! If the work wasnt done why wouldn't I get my money back??? All within a 24 hour period.

Terrible work, terrible correspondence, terrible service. I had an issue with the fresh air inlet and curb trap outside my house sometime during February, and the entire time they came to work on it they kept insisting on getting paid BEFORE the work was even finished. Once done, their work didn't even last a year before we got another notice of defect from the city in July, for the exact same issue again. They insist they have a 1-year guarantee, so we tried to contact them again before the city shuts off our water, but all they did was cement over the hole without taking a look at or fixing the pipes. Unsurprisingly, we kept getting threatened by the city to have our water shut off after the second time they worked on it (because the pipe problem was never fixed the second time!!) so I ended up contacting a much more competent plumber to resolve the issue. They haven't returned a phone call since.

Found out last night that our water tank went. Dennis was the first plumber to return my call and came out within a couple hours and this is huge especially when you have no hot water. The guys were extremely polite and got the job done quickly and neatly. I DEFINITELY will recommend Dennis Pratt in the future. Give him a call and you won’t be disappointed that you did!!!!!!

While I am not happy I had to have a flood and water leaks in my new home, I am glad I found a great plumber in the area who provides awesome service and quality work. I called Dennis Pratt Plumbing when I noticed a leak in my living room ceiling from the bathroom. They came out same day and diagnosed the problem, and came back the following Saturday morning to repair the problem. They two younger guys who came out did the repair quickly, and explained what caused the issue. They also cleaned up and assisted me in diagnosing another water issue with my basement. I went through quite a few different plumbing companies prior to reaching these guys, but I can say now with the excellent customer service and great work, these guys are honest and have my business for any future plumbing needs. They might not be the cheapest plumber, but what I have learned is, you get what you pay for. If you want it done right, and avoid future problems, this is the place to go. HIGHLY recommend if you're in need of a plumber!

Gave me an estimate on a job for a price of $1800. They started the job but found out it wasn't what they thought the problem was but charged $1500 for coming to my house. The problem wasn't the plumbing. Will never use again.
