Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about profession. I called company early morning for service and the conversation went very well. Commitment was fulfilled as discussed.

Wade was very professional on our initial call. I had restrictions on when I would be home and he made that time work with no complaints. He had great communication regarding the appointment time and his arrival. His work was top notch. He went above and beyond. He was fast and efficient . There is not much more I can say about my experience. Will definitely call again for any plumbing needs.

Wade was fantastic to work with. Came in, got the job done, fixed the furnace aqua stat, cleaned up and sent pics of everything done, cleaned up everything perfectly. So nice to have a trusty plumber on hand. Don't call anyone else! Wade is the best!

Wade was great. I had just settled on my house and the valve on the toilet (and hose) broke, leaking into my basement. I called Wade in a panic, he was on a job but was over to the house in about an hour. He fixed the valve, installed new hose, and valve mechanism inside the toilet. He also recommended a few thing to look at but not at all in a salesman-like way, I didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions right then and he shared his knowledge (which I really appreciate as a new homeowner). Will be calling him again soon for a few other items in the house. He was professional, friendly, and the price was fair. Highly recommend.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!I called them on a Saturday and scheduled for a Monday afternoon appointment. Not only did they not show up, they did not call nor did they return my phone calls. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. The work I needed done was urgent and I could have scheduled 20 other different companies instead of waiting around all day Monday for these jokers to show up.

We called Wade (E the Plumber) to unclog a drain in our basement. It was an emergency - another plumber had come out the day before and was unable to fix it. We couldn't use our kitchen sink or washing machine. Wade came out less than 24 hours after I called him, fixed the problem professionally and within 20 min, and his price was reasonable. I wish I had called him in the first place! He also gave us advice and materials to avoid future clogs. We will definitely be using him again! Highly recommended if you live in the Upper Darby area.

Wade is not reliable, he says that he will be there at certain times and do not show up at all.One of the jobs he was paid to repair, the faucet and shut off valve leaked a day after he installed it , Wade did not come back to repair it, he was called several times, A complete no show! Find someone else!!

Had one plumber come out to my house that was very unprofessional and I kindly ask him to leave my house I will not be using your services. Looked up another plumber on goggle and E the plumber came up. Give him a call explain my plumbing issue told me he would be able or come in 1/2. He was here within that time looked at my toilet explained what needed to be done. My toilet is fixed with no issues will be using E again.I highly recommend E the plumber for all your plumbing needs.

He was on time. The job took a little longer than expected but it was due to forces he could not control. He didn't complain about it. He did a great job with a smile on his face and a friendly personality. Will use again.

I had a toilet valve explode at 4:30pm I called up Wade in a panic he Came right over and replaced my rotten valve by 6:30pm thanks Wade I appreciate your work and professionalism Wade gets 5 stars from Me

A crook he will patch the issue to get your money and take off . Please do not call this man.
