Bobby Z's Plumbing & Heating

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bobby plumbing and heating, I paid a deposit of $1800 for some work to be done, but unfortunately, the person stopped answering my calls and never did the work. I have tried to contact them several times, but to no avail. This is an extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior. I would advise everyone to stay away from Bobby plumbing and heating, and find a more reliable service provider who values their customers and their money.I hope this helps. Update 11/1/2022:I had a small claims court settlement with Bobby, and he agreed to return a portion of my deposit. He also apologized profusely at the time about not finishing the work. Since then the deadline has gone past and he never sent the check as he promised and stopped answering. I would say I'm surprised but I experience that once already. Yet one more example of how untrustworthy and unreliable he is.Original:I hired Bobby to do a full water service (replacing the lead water supply line from the street) because he seemed to be a down to earth hard working honest guy in person. Boy was I wrong. After we signed the contract and I gaved him the deposit, he took couple months to get the permits and start working. May be that was due to the city, but on the day he finally came to do the job, he stopped working in the middle claiming the weather was too hot to finish. He just covered the street hole with a steel plate and left. It has now been 3 weeks later and he still hasn't came by to finish. During this time, he would promise to finish the job on a certain day even confirming it the day before, then just don't show up and ignore all calls. Unbelieveable! He wasn't even willing to just get on a call and give a straight answer. I couldn't believe how unreliable and untrustworthy he turn out to be. Stay away!!!

Has installed water filter and worked on other plumbing issues. Very professional and top-notch work.
