The tech Jeremy was a very nice fellow. He fixed the furnace quickly and efficiently he was personable and explained the operation to fix the furnace to me as he was doing the job. Also I was told I would have to pay for a overtime job due to the high call volume the company was experiencing during the late fall when all the boilers were starting to turn on for the winter. This extra cost was expected by me and I was happy to be able to get some help. But I received a call two hours later to inform me a tech could come in 20 minutes if I was available. I made hast and arrived home in 15 minutes and the company saved me 150 dollars. Thank you anchorage plumbing and heating for employing a great tech and helping your customers as much as you did for me.

When my 95 year old father's gas line was abruptly shut off by Atmos, they saved the day. I contacted them late in the day and they were out the next morning, found the gas leak, corrected the problem, ordered the inspection and met with the inspector. They kept me informed all along and were pleasant to deal with and useful and patient. Will definitely use them again!

I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. He made the process very easy and quick. Thank you again! Much appreciated!

Quick friendly and professional service

So, this probably would have been 5 stars up until the end.
We got a huge water bill and turned out we needed our water main replaced. Their quote was reasonable and they started work the next day. Tod was quick to reply and very nice.
After the first day of digging and breaking up concrete they realized the main wasn't where they thought it was. So at that point decided to use a locator (not sure why that wouldn't have been used at the beginning). In the end, ended up running a completely new line, took it in through the garage, through attic, and down to connect at supply to house.
We paid for the job in full and he was going to come back Saturday to fix the sprinkler lines they broke and cap off the old line into house.
***No show on Saturday, said he would be there Sunday. No show and no reply to messages on Sunday. Monday finally replied and said he would come on Tuesday. Came out Tuesday, fixed one broken line. Left multiple other sprinkler lines broken, and never capped off old line to house.
He was also supposed to quote 2 other jobs that I need done, but I guess they don't need the business. Since it took 4 days and several no call/no shows to even get one thing fixed, I'm giving up. Hired someone else to fix the sprinkler lines they broke, and another plumber will do the 2 other jobs.
If you use them, they do decent work. But don't pay the full bill until AFTER they complete the things they say they will do, or they won't get done.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

I've had to contact them multiple times with no follow through on their end. I've been placed on a schedule twice. The first time no one followed up on the initial date so I had to call again to be given a second date and time window. Still haven't heard anything and upon texting back to figure out what's going on, hear nothing. Never before experienced a company placing you on a schedule and then just ghosting you.

the owner was very professional fixed my sink and replaced my garbage disposal very quickly. he cleaned up the mess and threw away my old one. i highly recommend him.

Very professional, honest company that cares about their customers. I constantly have trouble with my outside sump pump. Sam showed and explained to me a problem in which the city made with my connections. Sam went over and beyond showing me the problem, but spoke directly to two of the county workers concerning the connection issue that arrive before Sam left my home. Sunday morning we had a sewer line clog. They answered the call and had someone here just after lunch. They texted me when he was on his way, his name, and picture. He had it fixed quick and knew what was wrong instantly. I felt like I knew what was happening throughout the process. Super nice employees also. I’ve used Angry Pipes before and I will use them again.

Cannot say enough good things about this company and it's owner Ino. I had used them before to find the leak in my pool. He went out of his way to find the replacement part to save me money. Otherwise I would have had to spend thousands of dollars to drill through the deck to fix it. I just called him again for a leak in my spa. Once again he came out found the leak and again went out of his way to get the part for me and to replace it. All of this was done in a professional timely efficient manner and at a reasonable price. He was utterly patient with me and answered all of my questions and explained to me exactly what was going on and how my system works. I highly highly recommend this company if you have a leak.

I would highly recommend their service. They came out to do a drain inspection because the tree in our front year had busted the main sewer line. I didn't even know this was possible. The owner did a great job with repairing the pipe and took his time explaining everything to me. You are a life saver Mike

good honest pricing and they got the job done in no time at all. I called them late on a fri evening as my water heater was leaking and they were out around an hour and a half later with a brand new water heater. I will defo use these guys again in the future
