Great customer service!

Issac did a great job clearing my plugged sewer line. He also gave me some advice on how to avoid the problem happening again, as well as helped me solve some vibration problems with my lift station. For any plumbing or sewer work in the future, I would definitely call Issac again!

I had a funny noise when the toilet was flushed and some dirt come up in bathroom sink. Jeff was the gentleman that arrived out to project on the problem. He was great. Explained to me in the way I understood. Had a electrician at my home 2 days before that and still don't know the problem because he seemed like he did not care. I wish it was a Jeff because I know I would of had my answers to that. Great job. We need more Jeff out there working.

This one of the best company's I have ever done business with.I had the pleasure of meeting with one of their consultants,Dan,who did not waist any time coming out to give me a free estimate.He was very straight forward and to the point,which is what I liked about him.The two guys that came out to my home to install a new furnace and air conditioner system,Their names were Adam and Nathan.I have to say they were very efficient.They came to my home at 8 am and were done by 5 pm .I love my new system and can't wait til summer to fire up the air.Thank You all for a job well done.I highly recommend these guys for any heating and cooling job.

Can't say enough about the great job Farest, Carlos and his team did replacing our 2 original units. They took the time to evaluate our current units and made several changes to improve the design and performance by adding plenums to both new units and changing out several ducts that were either under or over-sized. They even moved one unit to another area of my attic that will allow better performance and easier access for future maintenance. After all the work was complete, they left our home and attics very clean. Devard's is a great example of a smaller, well-managed mechanical service company that provides great service and attention to detail.

What a great company. The gentleman that owns and operates is very knowledgeable and honest. He is also pretty funny. Had a septic mainline clogged and he came out right on time and gave me a courtesy call prior to coming. He was an Incredibly respectful person, these types of people are rare in Alaska any more. I called AZ preferred plumbingOn Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning they were at my house to install a pressureVacuum breaker on my waterline.This company gives great customer service and the technician was friendly and very professional. Top notch!

Very happy with the service from Burton Repair. First call was to replace a toilet and valve. We liked the work so much, we called back for repair of both garage doors. I was surprised at the variety of problems they repair.
Professional, affordable and reliable service = happy customer. I plan to call again for bath remodel. Highest recommendation.

Phone doesn’t work

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
