I highly recommend CBJ .I had a leaky radiator valve. These are really really old valves that had been painted over and over and over. The leak was slow but had rusted the pipe below. I had gotten a quote from a previous plumber which seemed high and so wanted a second opinion . I found CBJ just by googling. Technician Walter came out same day and made the whole job seem much less intimidating . He then offered me a lower quote. Before leaving , Walter even insisted on checking on other radiators in the house and turned out I had another one leaking as well - which he caught. He came exactly on time for when he was scheduled to be here- and did the job professionally, quickly and with quality material. He went out of his way to do minimal damage to the radiator covers which had been custom fitted and non removable. I will be using them again!

My sump pump wasn't running and I started to get nervous. Our area tends to flood and we had some big storms headed our way. I called Union City Plumbers and they were out the same afternoon to look. Fortunately, it was a simple fix and they had the part that needed to be replaced on their service truck. Very thankful to them!

These guys are great. I cold called them and they were able to come out the same day to handle my shower faucet valve problem. My job required two visits due to a stripped set screw, but both the scheduler and technician was very responsive and prompt. The technician had enough experience to anticipate what parts I would need even without opening the faucet which saved another trip. I would use them again without hesitation.

This business is such a scam! This person name John came by to service an emergency leakage that end up charging me hundreds of dollars without fixing my problem. He came back the next day and asked me for another thousand plus!! Dishonest and untrustworthy.

My garbage disposal seems to be fine; I was expecting to have to replace it. The young men helped me open up some possibilities. At that moment, Boyd reexamined the situation and proposed a different strategy for releasing the disposal's jam. It was successful!!! After repairing the removal, a few other issues cropped up, but he fixed them all and advised me how to operate the dishwasher. I'm thrilled with the results! Please accept my heartfelt gratitude for the excellent work you've done.!!

He arrived on time as agreed. I think Boyd did a fantastic job. Pipe repair. After finishing the work, there will be no more leaks. Waiting 20 minutes to make sure there was no leak. The next day, they followed up with a call to ensure everything was fine.

Our regular plumber has been AWOL for the last few months so someone told us to call CBJ and they were great and reasonable. It was for my father in law and it was a small toilet issue. But, the fact that it was a small job didn’t seem to matter. They still treated us as though they cared about our business.

I had an easy problem (but I didn't know it, I thought it was going to be a big deal) with my toilet not flushing correctly. They came, showed my how easy a fix it was, and had it done in 15 minutes, and the price was reasonable, and they cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely call again. Thanks, Keith.
