Christian was very professional. His service was prompt and efficient and had my air conditioning working in under 1 hour. The service was great!!

This is the second time we have used their services (an leak in the main clean out and a total re-route) and I have been completely satisfied both times. They respond quickly, show up when they say they are, and have been true to their quotes. These things are as common as one would think. I appreciate and will continue to refer Supreme Plumbing!

His depth of knowledge was evident in how he was able to remove our 70-year-old cast iron and lead piping, reconfigured the main stack layout in accordance with current code, and replaced it with new black ABS pipe that should provide us decades of worry-free, reliable service!

When another company told our home warranty company we had abused the toilet and they wouldn't cover it, Andy came out as a second opinion and fixed it in under an hour! Again, we needed a second opinion and Taran came out when above and beyond to help diagnose our leak. Even the lady in the office is so patient and kind. Made an appointment to look for a bathtub. Consultant said she would send us a list of options with our preferences. I was emailed one tub that did not fit my preferences and when asked for more options they stopped responded to my emails to the company and the consultant and stopped answering my calls.

I was in a bind because my tenant's water heater broke and my regular plumber was on vacation so I took a chance and called Royal Pro Plumbing. Frank, the owner and Rick, his technician were great. They had to replace the water heater. They ran a little late but made up for it by doing the job super-fast and efficient. They are priced competitively and worth every penny! They are also friendly and courteous. BTW, they are changing their name to Super Plumbers, Air-Conditioning & Heating. They do alot of air conditioning work in Hoboken. Finally, Frank saved me from getting a parking ticket. Thank you Frank and Rick.

2nd time using jms plumbing and they didn't disappoint on price, service, and leaving the area serviced better than when they came.
