Needed some gas line ran, came up with a good price for us and say it could be installed in a days time. Our tech Josef was very quick to respond, super professional and had great pride in his work which was very nice to heard. I appreciate them working quickly and with minimal holes needed to run the gas line. They originally quoted us that a ceiling hole was required to run the line in the kitchen but to my surprise and enjoyment they only needed to create a hole near the stove and that was it. Super friendly and straightforward guy, would definitely recommend using them again.

Terrible customer service, rude and sarcastic no apology for misinformation given, will be staying away from this company seem uninterested and unhelpful.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
