Yesterday, this company astonishingly did my toilet installation needs. Everyone involved in the service was so understanding and considerate from start to finish. They were the only company that quickly responded to my request without hesitation. I wish I could give more than five stars to them. Highly recommended!

Just wanna Thank you the Service Professionals Team for an Outstanding Job they did yesterday for me, when I Call the Office about my Water Heater Busted in my Basement. The Service Lady was so Helpful and Understand my frustration and nightmare. She send me Joaquin which was So Helpful to Guide me on what I should do and what is my best concern about it. Called and talked to someone for 15 minutes about a water leak at my home. Took info and number said they would get someone to stop over or call! 3 days later Zero! Still have a leak. Calling another plumber.

My mother’s A/C went out on a Saturday in 100 degree weather. I called several places with no luck, Wellman’s was the only place that took the service call, came out & had it running within an hour. Fast, affordable (given the day), friendly! Thank you for considering my mother & 101 year old grandma’s comfort & health on a busy hot Saturday!! Highly recommend 😊

First time I called was on a weekend. I called the number listed on the water softener and was curtly told this number was for emergencies only, it does not say that on my unit. It just says for service call...

Second time I called to get a copy of a manual since there is nothing online. The rude lady on the phone said she was doing me a favor by letting me come pick up a physical copy of the manual. What kind of dinosaur company does not had a pdf that they can email you? Luckily found the previous owners manual before heading out.

Third time I called to get pricing for a replacement filter. I believe I talked to the same person. She said she needed to talk to someone else to get that info. My call was never returned for the information.

I will not do business with this company with such atrocious customer service. I will reach out to another business that appreciates a customer who is trying to spend money with them.

Called to request a plumber to look at our clogged bathtub and the call representative basically said she does not service Lawrenceville because we have street parking. If their van got a ticket, we would be responsible for it. She refused to take our business

We had an issue with finding a specific part. It was a valve with a gauge on it. This valve was leaking profusely that we had to shut the hot water off. While we were looking for this specific part, it seemed like there was backorder which would take a week for delivery and we needed a licensed technician to order it.

This part basically mixes the hot and cold water and it was cracked, which was confirmed by two experts. Unfortunately, when it rains, it pours and everyone seemed to have a boiler problem.

Benrich sent Ray over, a Senior Boiler Technician, who discovered a workaround and was trustworthy and honest about his time. He fused/welded a pipe and turned down the temperature. We had hot water instantly.

Previously, we worked a company who was untrustworthy and while we contracted quarterly inspections, there were additional charges of ~$2000.00 then another $1000.00 the following year and $571 + $865 +$650 last year. At one point, they charged us $271 for 8 minutes of work. The Benrich manager also mentioned that the repair person before had done a number (ie negative connotations). For me trustworthiness is and was an issue along with the monopoly of parts and supply chain issues of parts.

I am pleased that Ray, fixed our boiler in record time and we were lucky he came in from Hollywood because last year a boiler tech came all the way from Long Beach and wanted to charge us for traveling their back-and-forth commute in rush hour traffic.

Ray did not do any of those tactics and his work was done professionally (had brought in an industrial-commercial tank to fuse the pipes). So far, I have not heard any complaints from any senior citizens, veterans or disabled homeowners on this matter and we are thankful that he repaired before the Father’s Day and Juneteenth holiday weekend. Ray is smart and made decisions in a timely matter, keeping costs low. We will use Benrich again.

Carlos started out ok, seemed like a nice guy. His work is not. The upstairs sinks he installed literally never worked. He left a HUGE hole behind the vanity that you can see from the bottom and inside. He also stole parts of the sink that I had to reorder. My dad, who is not a plumber, came over and cleaned the lines out correctly and installed the faucets so they worked within a couple hours.

The downstairs shower he installed, I'm still not even sure if it works because construction isn't finished but one of the plumbing lines he installed started leaking... and by leaking I mean spraying water. Thank god there was no drywall in place yet.

The other shower, I still don't know if it works but was told by our tile guy the installation is very bad and he is going to have to put back in drywall that was cut out.

To top it off, he basically never came back after the initial visit for months, completely not showing up on days he promised he would come. The day he finally did come back, to fix things I thought, he basically picked up his expensive tool he forgot, stole a sink piece, told us he was going to lunch after an hour or less of being here and straight DISAPPEARED. He never answered my texts asking if he was coming back.

He is unprofessional, unreliable, and his quality of work is not there. I would have to assume there is substance use involved because my brain can't even comprehend what I experienced. For the work I received, he is also overpriced. If it had all actually worked, I would have accepted it and moved on but this is straight unacceptable.
