Josh was absolutely amazing! I had not been able to use my shower for almost a month and had 2 different plumbers come to try and fix it, but neither of them were able to correctly identify the issues, let alone fix them while Josh was able to find and fix the issues in the same day. I felt confident and comfortable in his work since he was so educated and experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently and had excellent customer service as well! He was very respectful of my time and my appliances and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He even cleaned my shower after, without me asking! He went above and beyond and did excellent repair work. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

I was looking for water filtration for my our house and was checking out few companies in the area (Irvine). Peak West Plumbing was one of the companies i requested for an estimates. Their price was very reasonable and yet when they called me for details and discussion of the process i could say that the person on the phone knew every small detail about the job that will be done. I am very detailed guy and the way it was introduced to me was the perfect. At the end of the call i had all answers to my questions that i was planning to ask but never asked because he already answered all of them the way he explained it to me. We agreed on terms and the job was done in 4-5 hours by 2 technicians. I also liked that owner came to check if everything is okay while they were installing everything. Very impressed with this company and definitely Will recommend it to all my friends. Very polite and good customer service, reliable and very responsive. Thank You for your 5 Star Service! These guys went above and beyond. Sent a guy FAST! We were able to avoid a full on flood since they sent someone so fast.Could have been waaay worse.Did what they needed to to clear our main drain which had a maple tree root.Would call again when needed.

I had a clogged shower drain and I saw that Brent was running a special: $60 for clogged drains. I did call other plumbing companies in the area for quotes and they were all over $100, so I decided to go with Brent. I called him and left a message and he returned my call and scheduled to come out noon the next day. Well, he showed up early and got right to work! He was in and out in half an hour! I was very pleased with my service and would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a professional and reliable plumber!

These guys are very honest and are not trying to make a quick buck. Pipline Restoration came out to locate a slab leak at my house. The leak was ruining my wood flooring by causing it to swell. Matt showed up and detected the cause in about fifteen minutes. The positive news is that he determined that it wasn't a slab leak but a problem with my AC condensation line leaking into the house floor. I was so happy and prepared to pay for his time. He reminded me that it is the free leak detection service that I was using so I owed nothing. I was able to repair the cause of the AC condensation leak but I do have to deal with a damaged wood floor. That is my problem which is much smaller than what a slab leak would have costed me. THANK YOU PIPELINE RESTORATION! I will use and start recommending them because of such good and honest service.

Very prompt to Identify Problem an put repairs into motion. Explaining all to me prior to start of parts replacement. Final Testing proved all to be perfectly done. Refrigerant charge was verified to be in correct range. Very Knowledgeable an efficient for sure. Hats off to a job well done!

I was fortunate to choose Grant Utilities when my 100+ year old home needed sewer work. In requesting a bid, I worked with Grant himself who called to talk through the options, promptly provided an estimate, and kicked off the project on the scheduled day and time. It was a big job, and he left the site (my front yard) put back together. Grant and his team were professional, communicative and really good at what they do.
