We walked through the issue and he respectfully described the options and costs…then quickly & efficiently handled everything, reviewing the work upon completion to ensure we were satisfied. Professional young man arrived late Friday before the holiday weekend and fixed my kitchen faucet. I did not know what I was going to if I could not get anyone until after the holiday. He was polite and so knowledgeable - gave excellent information and advice related to kitchen faucets with sensors. I needed a quick response due to me causing damage trying to fix my leaky shower on my own. South County Plumbing came out within an hour, fixed my shower, and had the water back on in about 30 minutes! The plumbers were professional and explained what they were doing. I am always nervous about hiring professionals but they made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely hire them again when I need more plumbing work.

Had simple leak in the bathroom. Taggart quoted multiple thousands of dollars wanting to cut out the ceiling below. ...then I had a different plumber come out and fix it for 1 hour service. Its been 18 months and still no more leaks. It never leaked below the bathroom, so don't know why Taggart wanted to access from underneath anyway. UPDATED 05-30-23. MR TAGGART. YOU WANT ME TO CONTACT YOU SO YOU CAN HELP?? AFTER IT WAS FIXED FOR 1 HOUR SERVICE AND YOU WANTED TO CHARGE THOUSANDS. IT WAS 18 MONTHS AGO!!!

Did not clean up after he was done. Tracked snow and debris from front door to upstairs. Left parts in driveway instead of taking it with him. Left trash near the fix site. Charged $325 in labor for a job that essentially took 2 hours. Offered alternative options after cutting into my ceiling. Now I have to pay to get that fixed. At the end of it all he comes off annoyed at the customer and seems like you are an inconvenience after he is the one who wants to be texted everything and forgets what he proposed initially. He wants to do the job right as he says, but customer service and patience is lacking.

These guys examplify what ive been looking for in plumbing company. They showed up on time, did what they said they would and charged a fair price.

Used RePipe Specialist recently to replace our 23 year old polybutylene pipes that my new insurance company didn’t like,(never had a single leak, but poly seems to be a bad word with insurance companies). They came as indicated, the work was done flawlessly, quick and with care. The drywall repairs were done a few days later and was also a great experience. Yes, expect some drywall dust even though they take their time to clean after themselves. It was a big project, but this company made it easy. Their workers were all great, friendly and professional.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
