Timely, professional, knowledgeable and fair honest pricing! A plumber showed up the day after I called to schedule a non-emergency plumbing issue consultation, and near the beginning of the estimated time window which is a plus. They were able to fix everything and even went above and beyond to go purchase a part that was needed for our leaking sink, and fix it same day. Highly recommend and we will use Mark's Plumbing for all future needs!

Tony continues to deliver!

I noticed the hot water in our house wasn't so hot, so we called Tony.

He had helped us two years ago when we thought a plumbing problem turned out to be a roof leak. He even took the time to climb up and diagnose the problem. He had literally gone above and beyond!

Anyway, back to the water heater. We have a gas appliances and Tony doesn't work on gas, but he found somebody to work with. He doggedly searched and found a heater for us and had it installed inside of two days for a very reasonable price.

Tony took the time after his work day to call us and spend time solving our problem. My wife says that she doesn't know where we'd be without him.

Definitely use Tony for your plumbing needs an please be good to him.

Amazing experience. We had a huge issue that required the entire outdoor plumbing system to be repaired. Everyone that worked on the project was friendly and respectful of our privacy all week. I hired Daly to fix a leaky sink. While he was here, my wife mentioned that the temperature valve in our shower wasn’t working well, and could he look at that while he was here. Daly took apart her faucet, fiddled with the shower and said he’d be back in the morning to replace the faucet. His fiddling with the shower made it unusable and I texted him that I also wanted the shower valve replaced. At that time he refused to fix the sink until he could fix the shower, which would be days/weeks later. He then mentioned that he had just gotten a bigger job, and he refused to fix my wife’s sink. I told him that I was prepared to pay whatever he charged, because I really needed it fixed because my wife is disabled and it is too hard for her to go across the house every time she needed to wash her hands. He never came, and he left us with a non functioning bathroom sink, and a shower which sends out either full hot or full cold.

In addition, he is a very heavy smoker, and he reeks of tobacco. After he has been in a room for 10-15 minutes, the tobacco smell persists for hours.

Dennis picked up on Sunday night! Said they were really busy but he would see what he could do. I wouldn't expect they could do this all the time but he was able to send someone the next morning! This was the second time we've had Joe come to the house. Very charming man, but also a good, fast, clean plumber. He replaced a length of sewer waste pipe in the basement, a complex business also involving removing and reinstalling the downstairs toilet, and replaced a faucet on one the occasion, and then identifying a bad faucet and replacing it today. We thought it was something more serious, but Right One doesn't find problems where they don't exist to charge me for. As long as Right One is around, we know who to call with plumbing issues. That's a good thing to have.

Niron was great! Professional, and very thorough. He did a great job clearing our outdoor drains, and we were appreciative that he was willing to work within our budget. We will definitely call RotoRooter again.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!
