The man that came was very knowledgeable & helpful. He took the time to explain about what my heater needed, how it worked & he wasn't the installer. The installer never took the time to do this. I will definitely call them in the future.

Our water heater wasn't working and we had no idea why. Bibey came the same day we requested service. They found the problem and fixed it right away. (It wasn't even the water heater's fault. It was the chimney. ) We appreciate their professionalism and knowledge. Would recommend 100%
