Installed a new water heater for me. Got many quotes from other places and this one was very reasonable pricing compared to the other guys. Needed this done as a rush job and they were able to squeeze me in with no problem, such a life saver! Definitely recommend to friends and family next time they need any work done.

I called BET mid-afternoon because my outdoor gutter drain pipe was overflowing. Brandon came to see and assess the problem the next morning. He quickly identified the problem of a blocked and broken drain line that ran from my house to the curb. He was able to return 3 days later to repair the broken pipe.

Brandon was clear in his explanation of the problem, and in how to correct it. He gave an honest and reasonable estimate, and returned in a timely manner to do the repair work. He and his assistant were friendly, polite, and professional throughout the entire process.

Was able to fit my non-emergency in between jobs. Was at my house within an hour. Quick, courteous and more affordable than any recent house call. I'll call again.

After being left high and dry by Best Buy and Lowes for dryer / washer unit installation he came in quick and fixed it all up in no time. Was 100% worth and I am happy I got ahold of him

Called Brandon as both floor drains were back up. Super responsive and professional. He was there in the am and now clog free. No extra charges. Did what he said for the amount he told me. I now have them doing a much larger job.

Repaired leak in main water line, responded quickly and instantly understood the problem and present my options to repair the leak. Did not try to push me into the more expensive solution which I honestly would have thought was the right repair based on leak and amount of water coming into my basement. He recommended the least invasive and cheaper repair which showed how professional and honest he was. As a single female without plumbing knowledge I can definitely recommend him and his business to any one out there needing a plumber, you will not be disappointed.

We called 20 places after our pipes froze and burst on Christmas Day. They were the first to respond and got here within a day. Everyone else was booked out til end of week. They were efficient and affordable and they squeezed in a pipe issue at our rental property too. Great service and affordable. We’d be in a hotel if they hadn’t gotten here so quickly.

I called him per the reviews online and so glad I did. he was able to see me the same day for an estimate and got me on his schedule for a repair within 5 days….he was always communicating with me and was totally upfront about what he was gonna do and what I needed to do. I’m a GC- They moved a laundry room from basement to 1st floor- they were professional in their work and demeanor being very courteous to the homeowner. Work was permitted and beyond code- I highly recommend them for residential and commercial.

We were very happy with services performed. We needed valves replaced for 2 bathroom sinks and for kitchen sink. We also required installation of new sinks and faucets for the 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Brandon was able to come on short notice and to adjust his schedule to ensure that everything was installed very quickly. He was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly when we contacted him. All work was completed on time and properly. Pricing was fair. We would highly recommend.

He showed up very next day, which was a Saturday, and offered a reasonable estimate within 24 hrs. Brandon is prompt, communicates well, does excellent work, and knows what he’s doing.

When our water heater quit working and I started asking for recommendations for plumbers, Brandon’s name was one of the first to come up. He returned my phone call immediately and made time to come out and repair our water heater after hours that same day. My sewer line had backed up. Called B.E.T and they came out immediately. Within 30 minutes my drain was unclogged and the price was reasonable. I will be recommending them for any family/friends that need a plumber as well as myself if my home ever has issues again!

This is by far the BEST plumbing company! I had my basement floor completely redone. Suddenly, just a few days later my sewer pipe cracked. Leaving me with a complete mess!
