I had a great experience with Philip from Shamrock Plumbing! He was on time and did a great job of installing my new garbage disposal. He made sure I ha the directions and tool I might need before he left. The new disposal is working great! Thank You!

Great workers, awful management. Go somewhere else for your plumbing! Prices are gauged to feed the Owner’s pockets while the employees seem to get the bare minimum. I’ve heard of a very low retention rate here as employees are worked to the bone while not getting rewarded. If the company has a good year, the money just goes into the owner’s pockets. Pay a company for your plumbing that treats its employees respectfully! Greed may work for a business, but it’s not a good way to run a company.

TJK Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet. The technician was cordial, prompt and talented. He helped me problem solve issues from the original faucet being improperly installed. I am very happy with my new faucet. I will definitely call them again.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). QUICK RESPONSE TIME

I was very impressed with the knowledge, service and reasonable rate when using DaVon LLC. I had tried everything I could to fix a clog in my sink myself. I took off the pea trap, cleaned out all pipes, ran a snake 25 feet through the clean out and couldn’t fix it. Then called Davon LLC. They addressed the problem immediately and had it fixed in 30 minutes. The guys are extremely professional. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs.

The previous owners of our home used them so we kept up and had them come out twice for small problems. Both visits were fine, the second kind of strange and almost twice as expensive but hey they came out on time!

Now I am here with a wife giving birth tomorrow and a leak through two floors of my home and have been calling for days with no response. I feel hurt and mad and just generally so flummoxed.

I thought we were cool dudes! I thought I had a plumber I could rely on. I was wrong.

Called on a Tuesday to arrange for an A/C appt on Saturday. Received a vague phone call from a representative on Friday evening at 5:30 stating that their A/C technicians will be unavailable for the Saturday morning appointment. He gave no reason or alternative, simply that I needed to call in and reschedule... Reschedule I did... With ANOTHER A/C COMPANY! I have never dealt with Mike Diamond before. Figured they were legit based on their whacky radio commercials and lofty promises. I should have listened to all those reviews on Yelp and taken into consideration their 2 star rating. They've forever lost my business and I will be sure to spread my experience to friends and family so that they can avoid them as well.
