I've hired Spence for 3 different jobs now and each time he's been incredibly responsive and professional leading up to the job and the I've been impressed with the overall work. Every time he's helped to diagnose the problem, propose a solution and provide excellent quality at a fair price. I've had some poor experiences with local plumbers, but I'm relieved to know that I now have found a reliable and professional plumber for all occasions. I highly recommend Spence Plumbing.

I had called two plumbing companies to fix a clog in my kitchen sink for some reason they couldn’t fix it. I called American veterans plumbing they came right out, fix the problem the same day Matt was very professional and very reasonable price. I will use this company from now on.

Needed my water heater to be replaced. Made a call and spoke with owner, he had someone come out who was very proficient and professional. Water heater was replaced same day at a great rate, lower than other companies that I had called for quotes. I will recommend them to all my friends , family and colleagues.

When my son finished his shower the knob would not move and so the shower kept running. It was midnight and I a first time homeowner didn’t know what to do. My mother recommended them to me and I immediately reached out. They were very informative as to what steps to take until they came. When they came they examined the shower and informed me of the damage and steps needed for repair. They were able to fix it the same day. Will definitely be a repeat client and highly recommend. They were very professional and welcoming.

The pricing and service I received from this company for my place in Orange County were exceptional. Their plumber came out promptly to do my leaky faucet repair needs. He was so patient and took the time to explain the process during the service. One of the best experiences that I have had with any plumbing company. They Repipes my entire home and with paint and patch up in 2 and 1/2 days.
They are a big team and they work as a unit. They know what walls to open to minimize the drywall repairs. They quickly repaired and painted their work. I called them one or two times for minor cosmetic issues and they came right away to repair and took responsibility. Very professional.
They promised the time, they exactly did what they said, they planned so we still have water and we were not getting disturbed by the scope of the project. Honest, professional, responsible and great value.

I do not advise this company. After everything is agreed Jorge does not meet the deadline to start and does not answer any more calls. I will look for another company to do my job.
