I called Action Plumbing because our hot water tank was leaking. Jim came out the same day and took care of replacing the tank, gas line extensions, valves etc. He did a great job! We have used Action Plumbing several times about a year ago. Steve and Rocco replaced kitchen, bathroom and basement faucets and pipes. Replaced the main shut off valves among several other things. They are reliable and pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with their excellent service. They are the only plumbers we use.

All Action was a lifesaver. I could not shower for a whole week and I have two teenage boys. We had to shower at another family member's house. All Action Plumbing was the fourth plumbing contractor I calld to unclog my tub drain. The other three plumbers insisted I do a major repair that would cost $1,000. All action was able to do it for the cost of snaking the drain of $125. I sent them to my duplex unit to fix a broken kitchen sink that same day. They are now my go to plumber

I’ve used Rick the Happy Plumber for years and will continue to do so. They do great work, they’re honest with good prices and they are wonderful people. I highly recommend them without equivocation.

We were preparing for a new floor for the kitchen. We had to disconnect and move the gas cooker first. Matt came over quickly since he was nearby. He and his son worked efficiently. As an extra precaution, he made the gas trip-proof. When the new floor was done, Matt came back to move and reconnect the gas cooker. He was polite, friendly, efficient and local. Highly recommend.

I needed Matt's help again. This time, it was a clogged drain in the guest bathroom. Even though the drain was hardly used, algae may have grown because it was shared with the air conditioning drain. Matt cleared it with a snake machine. The drain itself disintegrated because it was cheap and poorly made. Matt replaced it with a much better one. He was prompt, communicative and reasonably priced. Highly recommend again.

I called 3 plumbers yesterday and Decker Plumbing was the only one to even answer the phone. The call was taken by a live human being. I explained that my sewer main had root infestation. It was evening but he said he could have somebody there early the next morning. Mike showed up on time with everything he needed in his van. He quoted a reasonable flat rate and that's what we paid. I saw that they only had 1 Google review but it was positive, so we took a chance. They got the job done. If I need a plumber again I'd call them.

In my opinion The Kings Helper is the best company in central KY to work with for Plumbing and HVAC. They were on time, responsive and professional. The owner Johnathan is a great guy and easy to work with. You can tell that he truly cares about your job and he goes the extra mile to make sure his employees care as well. I would highly recommend using them in the future.

Showed up right on time and I didn’t have a 5 hour window like most companies! Tricky job but Trey did everything to get the job done! Explained everything thoroughly, did an exceptional job and kept everything clean after job was done! So happy in the end!

David and his team did great works, were flexible with my schedule and his prices were extremely reasonable. After dealing with expensive folks like Quality First who did their best to upsell me and pressure me into hiring them, dealing with MTS was a breeze. If I have future plumbing issues they will be the first people I call. Would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work.

I went there to solve a plumbing problem and they worked hard to help me find a solution - some parts - which worked.

Would try and find another plumbing service. They came to my house for 5 minutes, charged $160 and said that’s the fee for coming out. There’s definitely better ones out there
