Don't bother calling this company. Massive waste of my time.I called RighTime Rescue Rooter on 8/25 at 6:00 p.m. and was told they could have a technician at my home between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. the next day, so I made plans to go into work a little late.I got a call to confirm the appointment on 8/26 around 8:30, then at 10:30 I got another call saying the job would be delayed about 2 hours. At 12:30 I got another call saying it would be at least 2 more hours, making the new arrival time 2:30 p.m. I called at 2:30 to check on the status of the technician, but the customer service representative wasn't able to reach him to confirm a new time. Meanwhile I spent 10 minutes on hold listening to the repetitive recorded assurance that Our plumbers are ready 24/7 for emergencies! By then I had missed half a day of work and had to leave, so my roommate agreed to meet the technician when they arrived. I got another call around 3:15 saying that it would be at least another two hours and asking if I'd like to reschedule, so I went ahead and rescheduled for this afternoon, 8/27, between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.This morning I got a call around 8:30 confirming my afternoon appointment and asking if I would be available earlier if a technician became available. I called and spoke with representative 2 or 3 times to keep them posted about my availability in addition to the 2:00-6:00 window I had been given. Then at 2:45 p.m., I got a call informing me that a technician would not be able to come to my home today and asking if I would be available to reschedule. My answer was, I basically took yesterday off work to wait for a morning appointment, and now you are not able to make it to my rescheduled appointment, so no. I will get another company to do it.Other companies I spoke with were upfront that they didn't have availability for 2-4 days at least. If that's the case for RighTime Rescue Rooter, they should be upfront about it instead of dragging potential customers along for hours and days. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

The customer service was excellent. Had an emergency on a Sunday afternoon. I called and from the initial service call to the actual work being done was about 1 hour 15min. It took the service less than 15 min to fix the problem. I appreciate the quick response. I had company in town so I needed it done quickly. The price was fair for an emergency weekend call.

I think for what the man did was a little overpriced because of one part of the plumbing under the sink wasn't removed by the owner that the job cost $200 more.But the man who replaced it and cleaned out my drain did an awesome job and they got it down to a couple of $100.But I think the job overall was overpriced.

Used this company through Home Depot for a water heater replacement. Michael, the estimator, was very professional and personable. Brian, the technician, was very knowledgeable and polite. We had a 60+ year old clay sewer pipe that was constantly being blocked by roots. They cleared it out and installed a permanent liner without disturbing any of our wonderful landscaping. When digging the small hole, we discovered that our water pipe was extremely corroded so they also bore a tunnell and replaced that. In addition, they separated the house, sprinkler and pool filler lines so we can turn them off and on separately. Very complex job that was performed quickly and professionally. Justin was AWESOME!!@

Edwin, the technician that performed the services kept me informed as he did the required drain flush maintenance. He showed me the residue that was inside the kitchen drain fittings and what was flushed out of the kitchen drain line. He replaced some drain pipe fittings under the kitchen sink. He removed the main sewer plate cover and showed me the main sewer connection and that it was not filled up with water, noted that was a good sign. All in all his attention to detail was good. I am hoping this service will give me steady drain emptying from now on and with no future issues. It was an expensive service for us as we are seniors but was told the rate was reduced from what is usually charged.

Technician was rude, did not unclog anything and expected to be paid $400.00!!! He proceeded to say that the he only promised to attempt to clear the line and that I would have to pay an additional $584.00 for him to remove a toilet and he would attempt to clear the clog from there. He also tried to upsell another service after having only spending approximately 10 minutes of actual work! I spoke to his supervisor and he did nothing but threaten legal action if I refused to pay. I promptly told him to leave!

From the very beginning I was impressed with process of having my hot water heater replaced. All I wanted to do was take a hot shower, ARS/Rescue Rooter LA Riverside made that easier than I ever thought was possible!When I opened up the water heater cabinet to see what was wrong and what I saw was a disaster! So much for taking a hot shower, my water heater had completely rusted through and the entire unit had Given up the Ghost!My heart sunk, what should I do? I remembered that about 15 years ago, at a different house I had used Home Depot to replace another water heater at a rental property I owned. I remembered how easy it was to take care of through the Home Depot. So I picked up the phone and called the Home Depot, they were fantastic!That was the best decision I could have made. From the first step, the representative, Phelix, checked with the Contractor to set up the installation of a new unit. Chris Downs and Chase came out from Rescue Rooter LA Riverside, to size-up the job. Chris explained all the options available to me and since I own a Modular Home there was only one unit that could be installed. I accepted the quote that was thoroughly explained and was quite satisfied with the turn-key price. They removed the old unit and in about one hour the actual installer, another employee of Rescue Rooter named Mauricio arrived to install the new water heater.The install was very difficult and it took from around 2:00 pm until about 9:00 pm to get the new unit into the spot where the old one had been removed from. The space was very tight and Mauricio got it in and seismically secured and up to code! The price was turn-key so I new the price would not be higher than what had been quoted even though the job was much more difficult than it originally appeared to be!I am so glad I chose Home Depot and ARS/Rescue Rooter to handle the removal and replacement of my broken Hot Water Heater! Thank you Home Depot for having such a qualified team to help me get that Hot Shower that I so desperately wanted, Kirk

Our experience with ARS has been very positive. We recently had a serious plumbing emergency involving a major leak from an aging water heater; it could not be repaired. On the day our claim was filed, ARS responded immediately and sent Curtis to our home promptly. He explained all our options & understood the needs of our emergency. A temporary portable water heater was placed in our garage to tide us over. On the day of install of the NEW water heater, two technicians, JORGE and BRENT, came over promptly at the scheduled time. They worked in extreme heat in our garage. In fact, they spent hours working to set up, install, weld, & to make sure for a job well done. My mom’s water heater was miraculously still running after 20+ years but she wanted it replaced before it turned into an emergency. I contacted a few companies for estimates. Better late than never. Don't be fooled folks. This company pays to remove truthful reviews. I'll post another in Yelp.A year ago this company came to do work at my house, things needed to be covered before breaking any concrete, they informed us not to worry, yet the children of this company were too lazy to cover anything up. Electronics were damaged, dust everywhere, they broke gas main lines, they were inconsistent with the work they did, I learned they stole prescription drugs from us. Some lame asshat name Daniel or Danny came out to see the work and only offered 125.00 check. Think twice about letting this company in your home. Yeah they fixed the problem but it took them four months.

Had backed up toilet and had previous trouble with the Pomona valve out front in the sewer system. Decided to bite the bullet and finally have that valve replaced. Pricey job with the digging involved, but worth it in the end! Also included removing the toilet and clearing the sewer line beforehand, the permit,, a camera inspection of the line after, followed by a power jet cleaning of the sewer line to the street connection as well. Good guarantee after, including all drains in the house cleared for free if anything backed up for the next few years. Price was the same as a neighbor paid, around $4,000...but we should never have to deal with the problems from that awful collapsing cast iron valve again as we now have a dual clean out system...without any cast iron.. Been in this house since it was built in 1981. David did a great job, and was very considerate of our home using booties when needing to go in and out to clear the line, and cleaning up everything very well inside and out. Was there when inspector arrived. She was also very happy with his work. Everything completed in a timely manner.

Plumber was super nice and friendly. He examined the drain and unclogged it within a matter of 10 minutes. He even made sure to ask prior to see if I had any coupons or discounts, and since I didn't, he made sure to still give me a 10% coupon. Drain is clogged and shower tub is ready to use again! I called the night before and was able to get an appointment the very next day. Will definitely be using this company again

Nathan B. and Uriel were excellent technicians, they were punctual and curtious, very patient with making sure I understood the issue and what was required to resolve it. They were tasked with replacing my p-trap which requires removing and replacing concrete. These employees are the reason I keep coming back to ars for all my plumbing needs, I fully trust their knowledge and work. The company should do everything possible to keep these employees, perhaps a raise would help with that.

Our house's old water heater was broken and in need of a new replacement. I contacted our local HomeDepot for one/same day service. Nothing but lies. Their website has a drain cleaning special for $88 and up to 1 year warranty. When the guy arrived, he told me it was going to cost $290 with a 3 month warranty for the same service using the cable to clean out the drain. When I told him I wasn't going to pay $290 if they were only giving me a 3 month warranty, he offered to do it for $88 but no warranty, which again, was useless to me.The drain problem I was having I managed to unclog before the plumber arrived. However, because this clog was happening frequently, I felt it was due to build up or something else stuck down there and was looking to get the drain cleaned. However, I'm not going to work with anyone that doesn't warranty their work, especially for one 3 months. I would have easily paid $290 if they had given me the 1 year warranty they were supposedly offering for the $88 service.Do yourself a favor and find someone else that guarantees their work.

I never thought that I would be one of those people that gave a somewhat negative review, because positive reviews are better for everyone involved. I specifically asked for an early morning appointment. After taking a Friday off, I have been called four times to say there is not a technician available yet and it will be a one to two hour wait. I know issues do arise, but there has to be a better way to handle your scheduled calls for the day. I would've gladly rescheduled if the dispatcher would have been upfront about the unfinished jobs from the night prior and they were overbooked today from the call center generated service calls.That being said, please note I gave a three star review, not a one star. I hope service technicians are better than the scheduling systems. Please rethink the way you handle your appointments for the day. I know things happen, but early AM to PM, just is not fair to your customers. I will say, the supervisor who gave me a call was very understanding and helpful, but at the end of the day there has to be a better way for scheduling customer appointments.

The sales person at Home Depot, after talking with Rescue Rooter, told me I would receive a call shortly after 7:00 PM on Monday, April 4th for scheduling. That didn't happen but I did get the call the next morning and we scheduled the installation for between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on that day. During the day I received several calls indicating that the installation would be delayed until the last one requested that we reschedule for Wednesday morning when I would be First on the list. For the delay I was offered a 10% discount. On Wed. morning I got another call pushing the appointment to 12:00 PM indicating that I wasn't, in fact, first. Shortly before noon the installer arrived but had no knowledge of the discount. He did, however, give it to me. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the job at hand. He worked efficiently and Quickly performed the installation. I am very pleased with the work. I would recommend his work to anyone but would be hesitant to recommend the company due to their inability to schedule the work efficiently.

Daniel was very professional! I called to unplug a drain! He noted a problem of the snake hitting something! He called his supervisor who brought a camera! It was discovered that our builder, PenHill, used substandard piping from house to septic tank! ARS gave us an estimate to fix problem! They were willing to start work immediately! Daniel was very neat! My only negative comment is that the estimate did not cover the 2nd cut into concrete as they misjudged placement of septic tank which caused us an additional charge! I highly recommend Daniel, but not pleased with supervisor bad judgement! Daniel 5 stars! But company 4 stars!

Jorge came out on a Sunday, an hour before they predicted. My mother’s (Edith) kitchen sink back up everywhere! He came out gave her a choice of options to pick from (being kind that she’s a senior widow, battling with chemo), continuously explaining what he was doing and very clean and considerate of her belongings ! I came into town to help my Gma with her plumbing issues. First -- it still blows my mind that you can get same day plumbing service. I called at 8am and the job was done by Noon, yep on the same day! Fantastic! Secondly, our Plumbing Service Technician, Chris Downs, was awesome. He took time to explain what was wrong, potential causes and what options for next steps. He never made me feel pressured to get work done that I wasn't ready to do, nor spend money on unnecessary services. We weren't able to tackle everything that needed to get done today but would love to have Chris service the rest of our plumbing concerns (if we're lucky). Highly recommended!

Pin hole in the main line into the house discovered at 5:40 on a Sunday evening. It has just started spraying water onto my porch. I had to shut off all the water to my house. Even though kid though it was fun to feel the cool water with his chubby little hand, it wasn't play time, nor a time to find the low bidder. I called these guys after 6 and they were there in thirty minutes. They weren't cheap, but they fixed it right away. I have a brand new water pressure regulator that they had in the truck. I have a new thicker copper mainline into the house from a few inches above the ground all the way into the wall. Since it's right next to my front door, the shiny, thicker copper is like plumbing bling. They did a good job.

We were facing a very serious problem with the plumbing (sewer line) and Rescue Rooter came out within 2 hours of contacting them.Vincent came out and along with the camera man and was able to not only tell us what was wrong but we were shown on the camera screen the actual problems.Work started immediately and Vicent was on the job the entire time. He explained each procedure as it was being done.Vincent was very professional and we are very happy with his work. Rescue Rooter is the best.Vincent Garcia and Eric Ceusey are wonderful ! Brian has been to my house 3 times now and is always wonderful ! They courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very willing to help.They arrived 45 minutes after I called because of main sewer line back up.They cleared the problem. After they finished we decided to camera the main line for roots etc. They found a broken back valve in the main line. This was also fixed. Work was completed long before I expected it to be finished. No mess left behind for me to clean.In the past this company and their very professional employees have completely cooper piped my house. Replaced all gas lines. Put in demand water heater, and full house water filtration system. Fixed problems with my drains.Brain has personally been with us for all the jobs .They are very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone. I have recommended them to my family and friends !

Vincent was our guy and will always be our guy! The work that we needed did come to a shock to us but Vincent explained the pros and cons which allowed us to make an educated decision about the work needed and of course the money it would take to fix the problem. We choose fixing it for the long term which I am soooo happy we did. When the work was complete he cleaned the area, which made me happy because I had no idea it would make a mess in the yard like it did....lesson learned always ask about clean up, I got lucky!

I was very happy with the rapid service provided to install a new water heater. Coming out the day after I called. The installer was courteous and professional. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions with useful information. The only reason they get 4/5 stars was because of the cost of installation ($1300, twice the cost of the water heater) and the unprofessional attitude of the office girl who called to schedule. Otherwise ARS / Rescue Rooter is a decent company to do business with.

We just move into our new home which is about 12 yrs old and we were not sure what was going on with the plumbing system and the drains had a smell coming out of them. We tried to get rid of the smell with different remedies. Didn’t work. So one day we saw the ARS truck down the street and my husband went to talk to them about coming over and telling us what we needed to do and give us a quote on cleaning drains. About an hour later Vince and his trainee Gabe showed up and started inspecting. They explained to us AND showed us what we needed to do making sure we understood. After discussing the work that needed to be done and the cost we agreed and asked when they could start. Vince told us right now (much to our surprise)and got to work. They cleaned all drains and installed 4 new toilets at a very reasonable cost. Smells are gone and drains are running freely which gives us peace of mind to know. They also checked everything else that could be a potential problem (water heater, pressure regulator etc). Vince and Gabe were very professional, very friendly and quick. We actually had a good time getting the plumbing work done. We highly recommend and will definitely be calling for Vince Garcia at ARS “IF” we have any other problems. I highly recommend ARS for seniors because they have a system setup to make sure seniors are not being taken advantage of. Thank you Vince and Gabe it was a pleasure.

The plumbers were rude, unprofessional, they insisted on inquiring the quote amount of another plumbing company that had come out and made reference to that plumber didn’t have the experience or knowledge for this type of job - this is an example of their unprofessional behavior. The two plumbers on this dispatch were not on the same page, one states the issue was one way and the other stated completed another issue so when they were both together the first plumber then covered it up by saying he was not aware of these new findings yet they were together the entire time leading me to believe this was a potentially false statement showing me dishonesty. In addition, the only action done by this team was a quick observation at a glance then an attempt to open the trap in the garage but failed. They then proceeded to give a quote of $355 and suggested to run cameras to figure out the issue which would be a cost of $860. I am very disappointed at the type of service provided. In the end I elected another provider who explained it was a simple process. The issue was resolved at over less the amount your company quoted. The issue was none of the ones these two supposedly “knowledgeable and experienced” plumbers as they pride themselves to be had stated. This caution will be shared with family, friends and business associates.

After returning home from the Thanksgiving weekend my son and I discovered the sewage pipe located in our backyard had backed up and we needed immediate assistance. I contacted Rescue Rooter because they were locally based and available 24/7, which worked out great for us. The technician who initially came out was Victor. He was a life saver!He immediately evaluated the problem and explained what would need to be done to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they discovered not only a broken PVC pipe, but also some other material that was blocking the line and preventing the waste from draining properly. I appreciated Victor's dedication and integrity. He worked non-stop until the rain begin to pour down too hard. And to my surprise, Victor's wife was in labor at the hospital, and he was there helping me out. I recommend Rescue Rooter 100%. Tell them Sherri sent you!

He was fast and friendly. But after checking the toilet was not fixed. Not only that but it was scratched all along the rim and inside the toilet with rust filled scratches from the tool he used. We both have five kids and I guess I bonded a bit and didn't check his work. But upon reflection, what he did was covered in the $88 dollar special but they had to charge me more because needing to access the drainage blah blah blah. Which they didn't do anyway. They did put the sink faucet together though, which would be extra. They where going to charge me almost $300 bit they gave me a discount upon my request.The job is unfinished.

Chris was amazing. I called for a clogged laundry and kitchen sink. This is something that happens about once a year. Chris said that's not right let me snake it and see what it looks like. Most technicians come out and snake it and be done with it. Chris did it looked like mud on the snake so they put the camera down there and found a hole in the pipe. Which led them to reroute that line to my main line. While they were doing the main line Chris said we should check the main line for roots and she enough my main line has 2 cracks in it. But all this to say if Chris didn't take pride in fixing my problem permanently I never would of known the damage I had under ground. I would highly recommend them and if you can ask for Chris.

First, Chris arrived on time and gave me an earlier call to let me put my dogs away.The bathtub spout was spraying water so I purchased a complete set with shower head, water heating control and sprout, but it would have required a lot of work to install. Chris came to my rescue finding a spout in his truck that fit my bathtub..He was polite and efficient. I was very satisfied with his work and would call on him again.The only issue I have is that the price seems a little high. The actual work consisted of removing the old spout and installing the new one. Typically this means removing the old screw and pulling off the old spout and cleaning the pipe and sticking the new spout on and tightening the screw. In reality the old spout did not come off easily. It had been on for 37 years and took some effort to remove it. Still $213 to do this after senior discount seems expensive.In-spite of this I will still use Rescue Rooter as I like their people and service.

I am actually very disappointed as our plumbing problem was urgent and our scheduled time was between 10-12 and a tech did not get there until 4pm! To me that is unacceptable and a $285 job turned into $725 job with no breakdown of costs on the receipt. Unfortunately I could not be present when the job was done. That is unprofessional especially for such a high price. Rescue Rooter came out and put in a new water heater, the installer was great! The problem comes from the accounting office. Rescue Rooter and I agreed on a price, including the use of a gift certificate of $400. Today I received the invoice from my credit card company charging me an extra $400 from what was agreed upon. Rescue Rooter says it is Home Depot's problem not theirs even though they are the ones I paid. I talked to Dan at Rescue Rooter today and he told me that the only person I could talk to about this wouldn't be in until Monday, I asked what if I had waited until Monday to pay them and he couldn't give me an answer. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Never again will I use this company. My next step now is to place a review on Yelp, Facebook and any other social media I can think of.

My contractor couldn’t replace the old shower valve, shut off the water, he wasn’t even able to put things back on. I called ARS and 30’ later Daniel came by for an estimate. He explained exactly what it was suppose to be done and the cost of it. The replacement of the whole valve core plus a new valve took him 1h 10’. Everytthing perfect! A little pricy but I could have the water back in the house promptly.

My Husband and I would like to report an exceptional service I recieved from Ben Hill from Rescue Rooter. I had a ruptured water heater and the inside pipes burst last night and everything got destroyed in 4 to five rooms including walls in bathtub to all my floors being ruined and needing replacement, Ben called his Manager Brien at Rescue Rooter and had him come over to see just how they could help me get something done. I bought a toilet from Home Depot Riverside, and requested installation of this. They contract with Rescue Rooter. I was scheduled for a 4 hour window on a particular day. Toward the end of the 4 hour window, I got a call saying they were unable to do the job on that day and I would need to be rescheduled. I was given another 4 hour window. Toward the end of the 4 hour window, I got a call stating they were very busy and I was offered to reschedule. I said I would prefer if they could do it that day if they could. I got a call 2 hours later stating they are unable to do the job and I would have to be rescheduled. I was given another 4 hour window. Toward the end of the 4 hour window, I got a call stating they were very busy and would be arriving a late. At that point I was fed up and told them I would like to cancel. In my opinion, this company is not professional at all. When you have an appointment, it is a verbal contract, and when you break that contract, you also break trust.

ARS Rescue Rooter came out and ran a cable to clear my sewer line of tree roots, it went about 80' and hit an object that they couldn't get past. Then they used the hydro-jet high pressure water clean out and there was some penetration. Next was the camera cable and it showed a blockage of the clay pipe obstruction.Next was to dig a 3X3X4' hole in my front yard to get to the obstruction.They replaced the clay pipe with PVC tubing, they set up with the City Building Inspector to come out to approve the work. So from Monday to make the initial inspection and start the work to Thursday afternoon for the Inspector to come out to approve and then they back filled the hole to finish the job. I am happy with the work they did. I am getting a copy of the camera video showing the obstruction and a final one showing the open sewer line.Thank you ARS, Daniel for digging the hole and installing the new piping and Chris for the camera and explanation of the work and keeping me informed as work progressed. Service was prompt!! Techician was very nice.But charge for work performed was overpriced. I had other bids literally half of ARS bid but they couldn’t do repair until Monday ( this was SAT ) so I had no choice due to situation- tennant with no water). It was a simple repair of reconnecting a copper line to PVC. Nothing too involved. Did involved a small amount of digging.Technician did not have the fitting they needed - a copper to PVC fitting. He was able to get water operational for the evening - which I appreciated. He had to come back out next day to complete repair. Sonthe repair did get completed on Sunday since they didn’t have this simple PVC to copper fitting was was frustrating for what I assume is a fairly large plumbing company, I would think they would have those types of fittings “on board”. They do have generous sized vans.

We bought toilets to be installed from Home Depot. Rescue Rooter had the contract. We originally were scheduled for a Tuesday, but had to reschedule for today. Doug showed up at the appointed time and after introductions, showed him where to install the toilets. After picking them up at Home Depot, he began the prep work. After discovers some potential issues, he immediately informed be and came up with the solution. When he began to install the first toilet, there was an unforeseen problem of it being too high. So instead, he continued to install the other two while I thought about the problem. I informed my wife about the problem and she and Doug went to Home Depot for a shorter toilet. After a few hours, the installations where done. With all plumbers/installers I had in the past, Doug was most helpful and most accommodating while being very professional. I checked out his work and I found it very satisfactory. I would highly recommend them to have work done.

Water heater on Sunday evening started leaking. I went to Home Depot Monday morning and they referred ARS Rescue Rooter to me and they came to the house an hour later. The replacement was done the same day with permits and bringing the installation up to code. It passed inspection and i am satisfied with the work. Plumber showed up and wanted to replace main pipes without even trying to diagnosis the problem. I had to walk him through the steps to diagnosis the problem. The fix was a $5 part that took him 10 minutes to replace. I was charged $275. He was then trying to leave without testing to make sure everything was working. I discovered that there was a stripped valve. Another $5 part that took him 5 minutes to fix. Charged me another $100Never use this company. They would have charged me thousand of dollars for unnecessary repairs.ALSO. They said they would be there between 8 and 10. Had to call them 3 times and finally came at 11:15. I was told technician was on another job. Which was a lie. When the technician showed up he told me it was his first job of the day.LIARS AND CROOKS!!!

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate only, was expecting to have to wait to get work done if i decided to go with this company, They were very professional and detailed oriented, answered all questions and got information on things i had some idea about, like state city code requirements, but was getting conflicting answers from other plumbing companies. The price was little more then expected, but i wanted to make sure things were done right this time, as other plumbers had made things worse.Did not have to wait days for the work to be done, they jumped right in and completed the job in 2 days, even though their install guys were on an other job and would not be available for several hours, they weren't afraid to get dirty and get it done. Their work was top notch! I knock off one star because of the price of the job. We knew they were going to be high on their bid before they arrived. We were told it would be between $900 and $1300 to put in our water heater in order to meet current codes. When they got here it was raised above the high end to $1350 for the job. We took it because our water heater was leaking and they would only pick up our new one if we were going to go with them. We weren't happy with the exorbitant price but we kept our end of the deal even though they didn't. And we were given no reason for the job to be over the ball park range as the contract was prepared. There was no itemized bill. As I say, the technician knew his trade and did it well. But it comes at a very high price! After deducting for the material used and permits, I figure we were charged $170/hr at least.

The service technician/plumber Eric was excellent.. He removed the old toilet and installed the new one and also replaced the valve. I appreciate the fact that he hauled the old equipment away; which was not done by the last company we used to replace a toilet. As good as Eric was the rest of our experience with ARS RESCUE ROOTER was just the opposite. They are obviously understaffed. Our appointment was for a 10am-2pm window YESTERDAY. Our job was not completed until 9pm today. RESCUE ROOTER must have called us 10 times over the 2 days to explain one delay after another. Never again. Eric deserves a better employer.

Saturday, Labor Day weekend it happened. The Bathroom Plumbing had a blockage. The blockage disabled both bathrooms. I called Right Time Home Services/Rescue Rooter. They came out immediately! Our Plummer was a Alan Diaz. He was professional, kind, and very courteous. He introduced himself and went right to work. He tried to snake it but found something was very different about our piping system. He put in a call to his supervisor, who told him to leave it as to cause no further problem to our troubled system. He relayed the news to us, all the while (although no fault of his own) apologizing for the inconvenience. Early the next he was back with his supervisor and they explained what the problems were. Alan and his Supervisor utilized the latest technologies Camera and Sonar to find the problems. Once found, Alan Diaz was tasked to dig a trench to put in an over flow outlet in the front of the house. He did the task in 106 degree heat! He went right to it. He was done quickly. Explain the process along the way. Cleaned up the yard with no signs he was there. While working inside our home he kept his workspace clean and tidy. Alan Diaz went above and beyond his service for us. We are very grateful he was our plumber. I highly recommend ( I will use again) Right Time Home Services/Rescue Rooter for all our plumbing needs!

My water heater started to leak and ARS Recue Rooter's Austin came over to review my situation and gave me 3 options for water tanks. Afterwards, I called him back as I wanted to go with a different brand of water heater and Austin gave me two more options. Austin was very patient and answered each one of my calls with many more questions I had. On installation day, Joey Lyons, came to install the water heater we chose. He was very organized laying out all parts needed for the job on a rug he brought. He worked very hard and after the job was done he made sure everything was working and made sure nothing was leaking and we had hot water. He was very professional and wore shoe protectors before entering our house before I even mentioned it. Had a very positive experience with this company and I would highly recommend them.

Our country club has been having issues with one of our stalls and the company we have an account with has a disconnected phone number. (Ugh) I looked up Rescue Rooter online and contacted them on 10/19 The customer service rep was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately they weren’t able to get someone out during the desired time I preferred (before our wedding started) so they rescheduled for the following morning. I was contacted early 10/20 to confirm the service and within a couple hours they arrived. Jorge Serrano was professional and very helpful from the moment he contacted me. Of course, as he checked out the troubled stall everything worked perfectly but I mentioned it has been working on and off for about a week. He offered to do preventative maintenance on the stall so we went forward with that and he was done before our wedding for that day began! We haven’t had issues since Jorge helped us. Jorge and Jose went out of their way while performing a replacement of our gas water heater. The installation presented a number of unusual replacement issues including the supply line for our ice maker on our refrigerator. The guys did a fine job of tackling all the issues and provided an excellent finished product. I was very impressed and pleased with the finished product. I hope that the City of Highland will feel the same as I do when it comes time for the final inspection. Jorge and Jose were very professional, worked well together and were informative with the process they followed during the heater replacement. COVID was on their minds during the installation process as face masks were worn by both and the temperature was anything but conducive to mask wearing. Good job you guys. I would hesitate to recommend your work and work ethics to anyone. It was a long day for this crew because after they finished the replacement of our water heater, they replaced our daughters water heater as well. Our daughter was just as pleased with the work they did at her house as we are. Thanks again for a big job well done. This place is a joke. They don't show up on time. They charge too much (No, that $88 snake job isn't only $88). Their plumbers don't know what they're doing and can't unclog a drain. They have a specialist come try to sell you things you don't need. I was totally taken for granted as a woman that knew nothing about water heaters...my water heater had been leaking for days and that leak blew out the pilot and hot water...I was sooo upset...Chris of ARS assured me that if I paid them $3,250.00 all my water problems from an old rusted water heater would be solved...well I reluctantly said ok let's do this...Nathan came and replaced the old leaking water heater with a water heater from home depot...placed a board underneath and I thought my plumbing problems were solved! NOT!!...my water pressure in kitchen was fine before they came I just didn't have hot water...now the water pressure in kitchen has turned into just a drip and my hot and cold knobs in both my bathrooms has reversed!!...Nathan suggested I pay them an extra $600bucks to fix what they broke!!..I'm embarrassed and ashame that I had gave them $3,250.00 for a $488.00 water heater plus so call labor...

I purchased a tankless water heater from Home Depot in Palm Springs and they referred ARS to me for the work. ARS called me and scheduled the estimate/installation for Friday 1/13/17. I waited the entire day and the ARS plumber never arrived. When I called the ARS office to find out what happened, the woman from ARS was rude and ended the call. I informed Home Depot and requested that ARS be removed from their list of service providers.

We had a reoccurring issue of back up of one of our mainlines. Eric came out and cleared the debris with a snake. He brought his supervisor out early the next morning to use the camera. There is massive grease and blocking which needs hydro jetting. They were so helpful and honest. They showed me exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. I am only giving this company 1 star because I have to , they have been to my house 3 times within the last year for the same problem and each tech says it’s fixed now , 3 amp fuse keeps blowing , last guy was here Thursday and it went out today again already and since we all work at my house we are gonna be going a week with no ac with these hot temps , and I wanna add this is also the company that installed the furnace and ac 5 years ago , techs are friendly but that doesn’t fix this problem gonna call tomorrow morning and hope they will send someone out Thursday afternoon that can actually fix the problem because I am really getting tired of dealing with this issue.

Called to fix a gas leak, given a time frame of 2 hours, was contacted every hour to push back arrival time until, was canceled for that day. Second day same thing happened, eventually showed up, plugged the leak only to not retest and find that there was more than one leak. Called to have them come out and fix it, free of charge. We had our sewer line completely collapse and used ARS/Rescue Rooter for the repairs. They came out right away initially and then on time every day. They were extremely diligent. The pipe was under the pool deck and when they lifted the concrete and dug out the dirt for the repair they laid down tarps so that no dirt would get into the salt finish on the deck.Each day (the job took about a week) they left the property safe, and clean and with the plumbing in working order. When they finished you could not tell that they had ever been there. Every detail was attended to by Nathan and his supervisor Chris.We could not be more pleased with the way the job was handled or with the results. I cannot recommend Nathan highly enough. By the way he and his helpers were out there digging in 100 + weather.Nathan made sure that every detail was attended to and we will not hesitate to call on him in the future should we need any plumbing services.

i had my hot water tank repaired, as the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. it was to cost $300. better than $2,000. doug was very polite, thorough and very professional. at paying, i asked if there were any discounts he could apply and one was senior citizens, $25.00 and the other was another $25.00, if i wrote a review on yelp or some other site. so i agreed! but i need to be honest here. would i have written a review without the discount.....no. i wasn't that impressed. especially not knowing if the part installed will continue to work for a few more years. it could fail to work in a matter of weeks and there is absolutely no warranty. i was not happy to hear that! but that is not dougs decision, it's a company policy. so, in retrospect, doug was a good honest employee doing his job, but the company itself could do better, such as giving at least a 30 day warranty on the part doug installed.Add to list Edit

I truly value the great work and professionalism that ARS, through their representatives(Ivan and his crew of plumbing experts) did in resolving our plumbing issues at our more than 50 year old house. In the more than 2 weeks that it took to fix the major replacement of all water lines going into and coming out of the hose, I was always kept informed of problems and findings as they progressed in completing the work. Ivan and his crew were always very professional and completed their work very neatly. I would highly recommend this company for resolving plumbing issues.

Having the sewer back up on a Saturday is never good. I called at 12:30 and Elias, the technician arrived by 6 p.m. He cleared the blockage within a hour. Elias was polite and explained the issue to me.

I needed a water heater replaced. The whole process from my request to completion of the work was very enjoyable. We were given multiple choices and quotes for each choice. During the field tech's evaluation he noticed a problem with my presure regulator valve.evaluation), I had been trying to fix the problem for months. (Another company did even check for that during the Our service tech, Rafael Navario, arrived on-time. He explained what he would be doing. He explained why he was doing it. We initially called Rescue Rooter at 5:08pm and received a work time slot of between 5:30 and 6:30pm to root a blocked line. After calling at 7:03 (1/2 hour late) & then being told it would be 2-3 more hours. I called again at 9:42 (3.42 hours late) & was told we were next in line and it would be another hour. I called at 11:03 (4.5 hours late) we were told we were now #3 inline and it may be another 1-2 hours, we cancelled this repair request. We NEVER received a call from Rescue Rooter. We suggest no one ever uses this company due to their total lack of service.

The technician was servicing my neighbors home and when parking reversed into my front bumper setting off my car alarm. They left no note or contact information but my car was dented. I contacted customer service and was told the complaint would be forwarded to management and I would need contacted. The next morning 3 other technicians and their vans were at the same house and no one contacted me. It has since been over 2 months and I still have not heard anything. Gabriel did a great job, but he worked by himself. I called and asked why and they agreed they needed more people but were not going to sent anyone. A 3 or 4 day job turned in to 3 weeks, They had been here a year ago and after redoing 1/ 2 of my sewer system I was told they had used the camera and the rest looked good. A year later they said it needed to be fixed, When I asked why they didn't find it a year earlier the manager said not his problem. They dug up a lot of the whole they buried a year earlier and changed me again, When I would ask for a manager there was never anyone around. Again Gabriel did great work, ut I would think twice before I call them again for anything. They are a Home Depot company, doesn't reflect good on Home Depot. The only reason I went with this time was an interest free loan from Home Depot.

Dago came in to rescue us on a Sunday and our thirty year old Copper pipes were cracked and leaking pipes both inside and outside of the house. The one under my bathroom sink was the emergency since my Ex cracked the pipe. I had him repair and replace two in my Mom’s Master bathroom and two faucets outside, as well. Those four were really corroded and constantly dripping. Dago was both patient, and a pleasure to have here. Our repairs were not easy or quick and he stayed patient with us and all of the repairs for nine entire hours on a Sunday. We have had no further leaks or issues and we ALL highly recommend him for any further repairs. Dago gave us three different options to choose from and each of their price points. I just went with the third option and get it all done. It’s been quiet and drip less around here ever since. Music to my ears and my water bills.

Excellent service from the scheduling folks, the plumber and the QA person. They confirmed the appt and then kept me posted on when the plumber would arrive. Albert arrived on time and was very friendly, efficient and professional. He provided 2 options to repair or replace my toilet. And he was able to complete all the work within a few hours. They have an interesting QA process. For any job over $1000 they call a QA line that goes over the work order with the customer to insure the customer has been fully informed of the work to be performed and which option they chose before the plumber is given the confirmation number to go ahead with the work. I thought this is a great service. I would choose Rescue Rooter again and recommend Albert as well.

An advisor, Chris, came out and helped us select a new water heater. He was friendly and professional. Due to the emergency we had with the water heater leaking profusely, ARS / Rescue Rooter Riverside showed care and were able to do the installation that weekend. Kyle, our technician, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also replaced our PRV and entire tree due to a water shut off issue. The only con would be that their prices are very expensive. I'd recommend going through Home Depot services to save you some money. Overall, we are pleased with the work that was done in our home.

I made an appointment on Friday for service on Saturday. I was told a service technician would arrive between 8 and 10am on Saturday. At 9am I received a call informing me of service delays and was now looking at an 11 to 1pm service time. I then received a call at 2:45pm informing me they were not going to be able to make out at until Sunday. I ask to talk to the manager but was told he's was unavailable at this time. What a waste of a Saturday.This company over committed their service and did nothing to make it right. So I found a different company and had my plumbing issue taken care of two hours later. Kyle came and installed a sink for us. Kyle went above and beyond and did a great job. I recommend Kyle to do any work you may need.The company however has some major communications problems. We were quoted a price and then was called later and was told another price. I was told I needed to remove my own facet and garbage disposal, which turned into a nightmare and I ended up flooding my entire kitchen.When I complained to a manager I was told that shouldn’t have happened and that all the stuff I was told was wrong. It was not my fault I was miss quoted twice and was told to take apart my sink.I was offered little to no cares from the manager.Kyle on the other hand bent over backwards for us and did a fantastic job. In 2021 I had Rescue Rooter do the water heater flush and replace the anode rod and was charged $230. This year they wanted to charge me $669 for the same service, and then went down to $550 and then $450. They claimed that everything went up. If this is true, how come they went so high before going down to double what I paid in 2021. When I decided to reject their estimate, I had to pay $79 for the service call, which I agreed to when I put my service call, since I anticipated that even when the price will go high it will be no more than 50%. I decided that I will not go with them again because they treated my loyalty to them for over 13 years with disdain.

I like to provide my earnest opinion and praise to Rescue Rooter. Allow me to explain my experienced in detail.Last June 2016, I had a tankless water heater installed by Rescue Rooter and the plumbers name is Noel C. Noel diligently worked from 8am to 6pm with very little help from a trainee ... needless to say this was a very Big Job and expensive one as well.After the installation was completed and believing the water heater leak nightmares are never going to happen again (having to replace water heaters averaging every 5 yrs because of our poor water quality in the City of Corona). This month Sept 2017, to my surprise another leak sprung in a pipe underneath my very new water heater. Rescue Rooter came out immediately and fortunately it was the same plumber. Noel assessed the situation thoroughly explained his conclusions, once he began to cut out some piping it turned out the HVAC condenser line was clogged causing the water to back up and leak which had nothing to do with the water heater installation. I would have needed an HVAC technician to unclogged the lines however, Noel fixed a problem which wasn't 'his problem' and saved me a ton of money!!! I'm extremely grateful of this! 🙆I highly recommend this company to everyone. My experience was great hoping yours will be too. If you can get Noel as your plumber your in very good hands! From the operator that took my call got my information all the way down to the plumbers Nathan and James they were professional and courteous and consistent with everything that they said they were going to do they did a job that was a large task for me they got in a very tight place. The technician was very thorough explaining all the functions of the new water heater. He showed me how to turn on the pilot light and made sure that I knew where the shut off valve was in case l needed to turn it off. To my surprise, this was much more of a job than I expected. Lots of palm tree and other tree roots had invaded my 2 long exterior drains. Great work by Rescue Rooter's Vincent, who had the right tools and experience to do all that had to be done to clear them. A bit expensive but it was not a job for a do-it-yourselfer either.

We needed to replace our 17 year old water heater and Rescue Rooter was great! They explained everything that needed to be done in detail, and gave me multiple options. We ended up going with a tankless water heater system, and the technician got us up and running with instant on-demand hot water the same day. The new unit installation looks good, the new pipes and vents that were required are well hidden and they are even going to do my first annual inspection and cleaning for free. Great work!

Dago came to my in-laws home, explained what was needed understood how tense we were and ensured excellent service, done quickly and insisted in checking his work to make sure there would be no issue. We had such a rough time with this company. From employees smoking by my open back door while my newborn baby slept to damage floors and more. The ruined the linoleum in one bathroom and said there was nothing they could do about it. They took out brick landscaping on the side of the house and just left dirt there. They ruined the crawl space screen. We had to pay $24k, you would think they would have treated us a little better. The only positive in all this was Thomas. He was so professional and respectful. He showed up on time and tried to fix all the messes that the others had left. It was overall a disappointing experience but we were still very grateful for Thomas.

So a few days ago I started noticing a weird smell in the kitchen. After cleaning anything and everything I possibly thought it could be the smell was getting worse. I thought the only thing it could be was something crawled under the house and died.So at 8:30 at night I go looking with a flashlight through the vents on our raised foundation house for the source of the smell. After a few minutes I noticed a big pile of soap bubbles from the dishes we had just finished doing. Good news was we found the smell. Bad news was it was time to call a plumber.Seeing that it was late at night I figured the only people who would come out would be the bigger companies. I knew they would be a little expensive but at least just wanted somebody to tell me what was going on. So a little while later a really nice guy named Ben showed up. He went under the house and said not only was there kitchen issues but the main line that ran across the house was rusting out since its an older house that still had the galvanized steel. He got on the phone to call out his supervisor Curtis because apparently he couldn't give an estimate for that or something. Not really sure why.So we waited about 30 minutes for Curtis to show up. He didn't even go under the house. He just looked at some pictures Ben took and listened to what he said was going on. After that Curtis goes off to write the estimate. He came back a few minutes later and said he could get it all taken care of for only $11,782. After I shook off what he had just told me I said well its 11 at night at this point. I need to look over the finances in the morning and see how I would pay for this. Curtis was very quick to point out they have helpful financing available.The next day we called out a few other plumbers for estimates. These are the following quotes we got: $1,500 $1,100 and $700 for the same work. Whenever we showed them the Rescue Rooter estimate they could never believe it. One guy said he would replace every pipe in the house with new copper for half of what they wanted to replace one pipe and a few joints with plastic. We eventually went with American Plumbing and Rooter who did an excellent job for $700.Stay away from Rescue Rooter. Call them out for a free estimate if you just want to know whats wrong but do not let them do the service. After reading other online reviews it seems like one of their more popular scams is to have the initial worker call out the supervisor and then hit you with the scare tactics and huge bill.

The guy who came out cleared the main line, but failed to identify why it was clogged in the first place. He refused to utilize a camera to inspect the line. The next night I had the same issue with the line. This time the plumber used a camera and identified the issue. Yes there was a backup, however there was a reason for it. I had to pay your company almost $500 for nothing, because I had the same issue the next night.

Our water heater broke this morning. Called Home Depot, for the replacement, they sent this service company out within two hours. Josh inspected the site and set up the job quickly and professionally. Within another hour, the installation technician, Dago, arrived with the replacement water heater agreed to with Josh. Dago worked efficiently and very competently to remove the old and install the new heater. He improved the gas line access and emergency shut off valve position and added all new water lines and valve set up. These guys know what they're doing and do it well!

Chris and his crew did an excellent job. They were prompt, professional, efficient, and gave me multiple options regarding what work to do, and provided me with quotes that were very accurate. They were pleasant, always showed up in clean work clothes. When they had to dig, they put on coveralls, to keep their work uniforms clean. Chris estimated two different ways to fix my clogged main line. His estimates were very close to the actual costs. He worked with me and the finance company to be sure that I was able to have him do the repair, without breaking my budget. They did the work quickly, and cleaned up after finishing. They asked me to inspect the area, and let them know if any additional work would be needed to put my yard back as near as possible to the way they found it.I would highly recommend they to anybody.

I bought my garbage disposal at Home Depot who had Rescue Rooter install it for me. Dago, the plumber, did excellent work in a very short time. Very satisfied with the result. I gave RR 4 stars instead of five because 1) I don't like it when a professional gives me something of a hard sell on services I don't absolutely need, (If I had agreed to what he was trying to sell me, the cost of this simple installation would've more than tripled), and 2) Home Depot had to reschedule me for a day later than originally agreed upon, normally not a big deal, except there was standing water inside the old disposal that was quickly stinking up the house, and I'm the one who had to wait for phone calls for 4 hours a day, twice in a row. Time is money, even for me. But this isn't always Home Depot's fault. I've called various plumbers over the years, and every single one of them, including Rescue Rooter has made me wait all day by the phone only to reschedule.Once we got past all that, the work was top notch.....

The estimator and the technician were nice and knowledgeable but their price is exorbitant for a water heater installation. I spoke to Daniel on the phone to ask why it cost so much and he really couldn't give me a real good reason for the price...he said if I had gone through Home Depot to get their service, it would have been $1500 cheaper. ..for the same thing. I don't recommend them for the price. I had them install my water heater 20 years ago but that will be the last work I have them perform.

The plumber could not really detect what the problem was. He was able to drill the right lines but could not get the lines to clear so that the one toilet could flush. He tried very hard but it just did not happen. Also he stated that the only thing left to do is to dig up the front yard to try and clear the line and that it would cost me 3,800.00 dollars. It made me sick to my stomach because I did not have that amount of money on hand. He called for help to come out the next day with a camera to see if something was in the lines but he did not see anything. The plumber really tried very hard to get the work done but it just did not happen. I went ahead and paid him for his effort. I called for another company to come out on today, Monday, March 28, 2017. The second plumber was able to resolve the problem in one hour and twenty minutes. Now the one toilet is flushing. He only charged me 120.00 vs the 145.00 I had to pay Rescue Rooter for a job they could not complete.

Terrible service. I spent 3 days just trying to get a hold of somebody who could give me an estimate. They kept telling me they would call me back and they never did. I had to keep calling them. They sent out a technician on day one who did not have any answers to my questions only to say that they would get back to me the next day. Day 2 I did not receive any calls from them so I had to call to find out what the status was. They told me they would call me back and never did. Day three I called them back and was put on hold for a long time only to learn that a technician had informed the manager that he had spoken to me already. That was a lie which means had I not called them again they never would have called me. Ridiculous.

DO NOT use this company. Worst experience and customer service I have ever seen! They did not come out on the original date scheduled. They did not honor their original quote. Then they lied and said the sink was installed when they originally came out when they actually never completed the job. And they charged us again for the technician to come back out and complete the installation. Both the Customer Service and Manager was incredibly rude and uncooperative! Highly unsatisfied!

I'm giving one eye Rescue Rooter Plumbing a 5-star review because he was really knowledgeable very courteous and kind and just Pleasant to have around while he was working on my water heater. He made sure to explain everything very carefully and make sure that I got the best rate available to them. His work was clean looks great and made me feeling very comfortable when he was done that everything was going to be good. I think you went above and beyond to explain things to me as a handyman I'm always curious about this and that and he took a little bit of time out here and there to make sure that I was aware of everything going on. As far as ARS scheduling was concerned they're going to get about a three and a half star but they were still able to get somebody out that weekend and take care of it. I think the biggest issue is going through Home Depot with any plumbing company that was the main concern I think that I had out of anything at all. Over all my experience with ARs and especially Juan was good and I feel confident recommending ARS to other people. Not sure how their average Plumbing prices compared with other companies but this was going through Home Depot so it's a One-Stop One Rate shopping just in case you needed to know. The plumber explained the cause of my problem and exactly how it could be resolved. He also quoted the price in advance. After I agreed to everything he went to work to resolve my problem. After everything was completed he had me inspect his work and he explained exactly what he had done to fix my plumbing . Brian with Rescue Rooter had his mind made up on what he was going to sell us from the time he walked in the door. Without hardly any inspection he said our water heater was leaking from the tank and we needed a new water heater. He originally quoted over $2000. With our warranty replacement the price came down to $1,175. The first thing I pointed out was a leaking pipe outside of the water heater that I suspected the water was coming from. Brian said it must be leaking from the pipe and the tank. What a coincidence. He didn’t even try to verify the leaking would stop if the water in the pipe was turned off. Well after he left we had another contractor evaluate and fix the leak by replacing the pipe. He lit the pilot and that’s all there was to it. This saved us over a thousand dollars. Highly disatisfied with the service and would strongly discourage anyone from using them.

We first used ARS for a water heater replacement in Nov and are very happy with the results.ARS fixed a broken pipe under our mobile home yesterday. Oscar was very professional, knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable for the amount of work required. All the people at ARS are super nice and professional.UPDATE:What happened guys? We needed a water heater for my mom. They put us off for 2 days and when they finally showed up, wanted a ridiculous amount for a mobile home water heater. Office people were still nice but sales person was off. Called 5 Star and was super pleased.

His work was top notch and he cleaned up very well at the end of the job.My only concern is that the company (not Vincent) works hard to upsell work that could be done but that is not pressing to do right away. I was very satisfied with the service I received from ARS / Rescue Rooter LA Riverside when I needed a water heater installation. I had the pleasure of dealing with three exceptional employees: Kay, Brandon and Justin. Kay scheduled both the inspection and installation appointments. She was very courteous and updated me frequently during the arrival time windows. Brandon inspected my old water heater, explained the installation procedure and helped me navigate the required paperwork. Justin was the very knowledgeable and skilled plumber who replaced my water heater - so skilled he thinks that re-piping a house is “fun“. It’s great to have hot water again! If I have future plumbing needs I would definitely re-hire this company.

Over $9,000 spent and very disappointed with their performance and workmanship. Converted over to a tankless water heater and very poor installation, unit isn’t leveled, water pipes are crooked and bowed and about 12 holes were drilled till a stud was found to mount the unit ruining my wall and risking cutting electrical wires for my home. Job was guaranteed to be done by Feb. 26 and was not done till Feb. 28 at 8pm violating our contract which states job to be done by the 26th. Called customer service and was told they’d call me back and never did, just received their payment and pawned me off. Technician Jorge was moving very slowly with no motivation to finish as if my family hasn’t showered or had hot water in days. The technicians excuse was that he never installs these and usually does drains and that they didn’t send him help. This led to him taking a day longer because no one could hold the pipe while he hangs it. Next day we had issues with the water heater and the first technician Dominic, called me telling me to try this or that trying to avoid someone coming out, which is ridiculous for the amount of money I’ve spent and the patience I’ve had. Very disappointed and will not be doing business with them again nor recommending them to anyone.

Called on a Friday afternoon before 3pm for a clogged tub and the lady said they will get someone out within an hour. No. I called back to get an ETA before 6 and I was told someone would be out after 7pm. Okay. Got a message at 7:01 saying they would be there around 7:45pm. At about 8:45 ish I called back to say i was still waiting and they claimed that the tech showed up but there was no one there to give them access? Lies. They then apologized and said they will send the guy as soon as he's done where he was at currently. Got a call a few minutes to 10pm saying the guy had an emergency and was going home so no one was going to make it. had me waiting all damn day and night like an idiot. They rescheduled for the following day but only gave a 10% discount for the inconvenience. They should/could have done more. The tech that came did a good job however. Terrible 1st impression for being the first time I ever used a plumbing company.

The technician was nice, he came about 2 hours after our scheduled initial appointment time. It was apparent that after a few minutes of being here, that the 88 dollar special would not be honored. Initially he took 50 dollars off of the total of 340 until I showed him the website which stated there was a 100 dollar off. He ran a snake into my drain which took less than 30 minutes. I think he did a good job, but rates were extremely high. Next time I will go to Home Depot and rent a snake.

I will never call this company. They assumed the drains in my house where damaged and try to get me to do a job of over 13k. Online their ad said 87 for drain cleaning and charged me 300. I called another plumber because they did not fix the problem and the other company charged way but way less than them and fix and clean the clogging. The new company gave me a video and showed me the actual problem something ARS never did. Be careful with them.

C. Downs was quick, clean and curtious. My complaint is that he broke the electrical box on his machine as he brought it in the house and then tried to rewire it in my bathroom. He plugged it in and it blew my fuse. I reset it and he tried several times to fix it. The final time you could smell burning electrical. He swapped the machines out and finished the job. Since then we have had electrical issues through tour house. We called our landlord and he had to replace the fuse as it was all burnt up. Our dryer doesn’t work at all now and our tv picture is all messed up. This is due to the surges when he kept trying to fix and use his machine. We have called multiple times to complain and try to get our stuff replaced and the manager never gets back to us. The worst part is, now our kids have no tv and we cannot dry our clothes and we are worried of the possibility of a fire starting in the walls.

He was very thorough in his inspection; I'm sure it was every bit of 140 degrees in the attic where the leak was & he climbed in there to properly assess the situation. He even assessed the water heater outside & provided recommendations for that as well. I appreciate that he reviewed all the options for the repair that was needed.My father used to do work in electrical, plumbing, & carpentry so I am familiar with some basics...Chris pretty much diagnosed everything my father would have. I really appreciate that.Chris even gave me information foe me to follow up with repairs for the water damage my leak caused. And he even replaced parts on my toilet! This man knows his stuff!The only reason Chris gets 4 of 5 stars is unrelated to his knowledge & experience.Like many other service professionals I've come across during consultations, he kind of badmouthed another company when I mentioned that I would also be getting estimates/consultations from other companies...because it would be foolish otherwise to jump onboard with the first person who shows up.Just a small suggestion for Chris: Even if you know or assume that another company does not provide service that meets or exceeds your standards...badmouthing others just makes you look bad, not them.Instead of doing that, it would work to your advantage if you just let the customer know: Hey whoever you choose to do your repairs (even if it's not us), just be aware that any reputable & experienced company should do A,B, & C for this job to be done correctly.I knew Chris was the man for the job when he laid out ALL the repair options during the consultation (which NONE of the other companies did during their consultations)...so if he would've just added that those are also options all other standard plumbing companies should offer, it would sound more professional.Aside from that, I would personally request Chris if I ever need work done by this company in the future. AGAIN, THE MAN KNOWS HIS STUFF!

There were two service persons from Rescue Rooter, Curtis that came and gave me an estimate for the new water heater that I wanted was congenial, clear and concise and Kyle who a little later installed the water heater was congenial as well and obviously knew what he was doing. It was not an easy job because of some additional parts necessary to meet current codes. The heater was finished in a reasonable time so now I again have hot water. I was pleased with the whole project.

Per my experience, RIP OFF! RIP OFF, RIP OFF. Tried to upsell me ($350) the moment he came through my front door for a 'Paint lead certificate ' for a house that was built WELL after 1978. Rescue Rooter came to our rescue by replacing a hot water heater that had decided to quit working suddenly. I called them to have someone come clear out a blockage . Have had this done before . Cost me about $100. When they came I immediately got quoted $290 . Told them never mind I’ll find someone else . Chris ( the sales guy) calls and gets me $100 off , so I was like okay flip it let’s get it done .Turns out he couldn’t do the job . Calls in his buddy for “back up”...... once his buddy( who’s name was also Chris ) came, all of a sudden it because a BIG job that was going to cost me $6000 !!!!!! HAHAHA RIDICULOUS . Still had to pay them for a job that was not DONE.Finally found the number of a reliable honest plumber and got the situation fixed for $80!NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE DOING BUSINESS NOR REFERRING ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY.

Mr Dustin, arrived at my place in good spirit. He explain his mission and got busy. Minutes later my drain was unclogged and the family was back to normal, and happy, again Thank you, Mr Dustin for your professional and courteous attitude. MR Dustin, also suggested the camera crew examine my piping, because, while running the cable through the pipes to clear the clog, something was impeding/slowing down the cable. Scoped main drain and found multiple issues (50 year old home / drain). Chris expertly did the initial work of rerouting the existing house drains and Brian was thorough in explaining every step of the lining process. While this kind of drain work can be expensive, the cost is offset by never having to worry about the drain for the next 50 (warrantied) years or longer. I would recommend Rescue Rooter's courteous services to anyone needing any kind of plumbing.

Was given a 11am-12pm appt time. By 3pm they wanted to cancel after I had been waiting hours. Once I asked why they would schedule me (as well as another person called me to send someone between 4-6pm but they were telling me there was no one) so finally 5pm the guy comes out.. Website says $88 drain cleaning and complimentary sewer camera upon request. The guy was there maybe 10 minutes just looked at the drain, no way he could tell anything but gave two quotes. One was over $600 the other over $1200 and no answers. So obviously was not going to pay those prices without knowing what I’m really paying for. Drain was the outside rain drain, filled with dirt and outdoor debris.

Your Company was referred from my original call to Home depot for a service call for a hot water heater leak. Your Company sent a service person to evaluate the problem. This outfit advertises itself as a local company. but this is nothing more than a front. When you call, you’ll be connected to a call center out in cyberspace and talk to people who have no knowledge about the contractors they’re working with other than to answer their phones. I contacted them early in the morning and was guaranteed service within 2 hours. 7 hours and several calls later still no service, despite their assurances that someone was ‘on the way’. Cancelled ‘em and got someone else. Save yourself the headaches and just say no.

I had a main pipeline metal problem.I decided to hired rescue rooster .I paid 4,200 for the removal of my old metal pipe .Labor was 2-3 hours from 9-12noon it took in two weeks they show up 4 days only not counting the day my stimate was given.Also there was a$ 50.00 .if you book on line an used service,I was not given any credict.An on top of this a new metal pipe Was brought in ready to be installed ,I was lucky to catches them before they place same but new metal part I'm drain pipe.Brian stated is ok it tAkes 30years to go bad ????Why Will I paid $4,200.to in a home that I'm struggling to payoff .He seemed upset.#1 star for experience #2Personal apperence #3overall work.fix the over pricing an work slacking.

Technician showed up, I explained problem, he had to ‘consult’ his iPad to quote me a price, and then came up with a whopping $323….To clear a simple blockage! He claimed that’s the going rate (still hasn’t looked at toilet) Well, turns out this is not the first time I ever called a plumber so no, not the going rate. No thank you! Turns out I cleared the blockage in less than 5 minutes with a wire hanger….Disappointed in your company (technician) for blatantly trying to take advantage of people (women!) This company is a home depot contractor for plumbing installation. Two days going on a third was wasted waiting for this company to even give me an installation estimate for a water heater. Day one they told me between 9am and 2pm. That's a long window that took up my whole day. Called at 2pm to say noone was available and rescheduled me for the next day. Same thing happened on day 2. They wanted to reschedule me for day three.That's where I said no thanks. The ladies that tried helping me were nice enough over the phone but I just wish either they had more staff or knew what they were doing schedule wise.I went with a private contractor named homeworkx that came same day and installed in two hours. My family and I had hot water that evening.

If this review was based solely on the installer who did the work there would have been five stars. He was great. He tackled an old faucet that needed extensive creativity to remove the old and install the new. The problem came from the method of scheduling. If you give me a four hour window IO expect. someone ion that four not the next day, under threat and three hour later. There needs to be more explanation or more efficiency in how the plumbers are assigned.

Had an issue with our main sewer line a week ago and another company cleared it. Came home last night with our kitchen sink full after one of our daughter's took a shower upstairs. Went outside and our secondary sewer line was backed up. So contacted ARS and booked at appointment for this morning. We received a quote of $88 for a sink to washer drain snake for our rental . After waiting all day for the tech to show up he calls and says that there is no clean out and thus, it will now cost $350. No way. I then left work and drove to my rental and pulled back the washer and there it is, a clean out for this line. I called another company and within an hour it’s fixed and I’ve saved myself about $225.

Employee Brian Grett came out to my house when I had a water leak from my water heater on 5/25 and was more than professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He did a great job explaining everything that was going to happen thoroughly and efficiently and worked hard to make sure that the installation was professionally done and all the work to replace old parts went smoothly. I really appreciate his professionalism and how hard he worked to make a not so great situation easier to deal with. Recently we had a clogged pipe and during their inspection they found we had a couple of other issues including a leaking pipe and a cracked line in our older home. They took pictures of the damage for us and shared what needed to be done, we made a decision to have the whole house re-piped due to the age of the home and the corrosion on the pipes. Once we approved the work, they quickly fixed the pipe that was leaking and completed the remaining work in a couple of days. The inspection by the city was completed and we received pictures of the completed pipes at our request. We are relieved to have this big job completed and very happy that this company made it so easy.

We had a problem with the outer pipe in our property and First of all we were so thankful that they came on Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day, no extra charge. Secondly, the two people that showed up were knowledgeable and very professional. They did a through check and explained everything and answered all questions extensively.

My water heater became inoperable 3 weeks ago, I relied on American Home Warranty to help, unfortunately the Whirlpool Warranty was still in effect and I had to deal with them. What a nightmare. I contacted HomeDepot which got me in touch with Jorge Serrano Rescue Rooter he is a very intelligent and a passionate employee who answered every question I threw at him. We wanted a quality unit and he recommended a Bradford White heater that would fill our needs. BAMM! Hot water finally..very pleased. I would use this company for any future plumbing needs thank you

Complete waste of time. Originally they told me they would be there between 1 and 5 on Tuesday, come 5 pm nothing, they call saying they are running late, this went on till almost 9pm. I told them it was too late to just reschedule for tomorrow, they told me, they WOULD be there between 8 and 10, and AGAIN nothing, just calls letting me know, they are running late. So yea don't waste your time with these people, just call someone that will actually keep their appointments. Not sure why Home Depot pick these guys, i am sure they are loosing customer because of their unprofessional behavior.

I contacted RTS on Saturday. David came out and gave me a quote on work to be done. David arrived early than what I was told. He advised of the work that needed to be completed. He installed to faucets and replaced two valves in my toilets. He said it would the about 3 hours. He finished earlier than expected. He was very professional and courteous. This is my second time using this company. I will definitely use them again.

We had what we thought was a simple installation, however the crew discovered. Serious issue and had to do extensive work on my 40 year old home to correct. Marcia and the entire crew that came out were very friendly, professional and thorough. Very pleased with all the work that was done and how it was handled and explained.Very appreciative of the service.

What an incredible company. I called and scheduled an appointment yesterday and the technician showed up on time today. I saw a special on their website and their prices couldn't be beat. I had issues with my garbage disposal and right away the gentlemen knew what I needed. He did a great and effective job! I couldn't be more pleased with this company and the employee that was sent. I will most DEFINITELY be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

I found this company and read the good reviews so I called them. Alex answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. She collected our information and the details of the problem. She scheduled an appointment for us to have someone on site to take a look within the hour. She said they would give us a free written estimate of work and do the work if we agreed. So I said great, send them over. I then received an email confirmation of this appointment.I received a call about 15 minutes later from someone else to confirm the appointment. They then asked if we are the home owners. I said we were not but we leased the home from a property management company. They asked for their phone number so I gave it to them.The same person called back to say the phone number they called went to a voicemail message --at a property management company on a Saturday-- did they expect something different? She said they wouldn't honor the appointment that was already setup because they needed permission from the management company to unclog a drain. I'm not sure what the logic is with that. I've explained that we've never had this issue before, but they insisted that they will not do work for lessors/renters. I guess I'll get another company to unclog a drain and I suggest that you do the same.

Noelle was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He was on time,gave us a reasonable estimate and shared thorough explanations of what was needed. He performed the work efficiently and stayed on the estimated budget. Thank you for responding in a timely manner!I called 4 other plumbers yesterday trying to get a tech to help with 2 bathrooms as we had both toilets out of service. No one responded.I tried again this am with no response. When I called ARS they called meas they said they would and Noelle was here in the alotted time frame.Remarkable! THANK YOU!

Gilbert arrived approximately one hour after my call. The faucet in the bathroom was not just dripping, it was running water, and it would not turn off. Gilbert assessed the problem and gave me an estimate for the work. He installed a new faucet at my request and everything works well and looks beautiful!

We were lucky to have Juan Carrillo, who was professional, courteous, respectful and did an amazing job again. He was understanding of my Parents disabilities, especially that my Father is Blind, he took the time to explain everything in easy to understand terms and answer all questions and concerns. He cleaned up his work area after he completed his assignment, and made sure everything was up to par before he left. We would highly recommend this company. We received prompt courteous attention from everyone we dealt with at Rescue Rooter especially our specialist Juan who makes an impressive impression with all of his customers. We were extremely happy to see Juan again and as always he did an amazing job!!

We are very disappointed the guy came into the house he stood in the kitchen and said it would be 675 just to see where the problem was and for coming to the house it would be 79 is just to present himself at your home. Waist of time for us and you guys. Never again Please let people over the phone what is the real process in this situation.

We have had a problem with one of our bathroom showers not properly draining for over a year now. We have had it looked at by a different company they never properly fixed the problem. When Juan C. arrived at our house and saw what the problem was he jumped right in to figure out a solution to the problem. After checking all of the plumbing he was determined to pull the drain stopper out to see if he could find the ultimate problem. He ultimately got the drain cover off and was able to clear out the drain and have the water drain in our shower for the first time in a while. Thank you Juan C. for your perseverance!

Jamaya , the first contact at Rescue Rooter, was super! She set up a time for the technician to come to install a new hot water heater. It was postponed for a day and Jamaya kept us informed. When Dave, the technician , arrived the next day, he did the installation with care and kept us in the loop. He was a most pleasant yet unobtrusive professional. We paid the bill and said good bye to Dave . Thirty minutes later, we tried to get hot water and no water came out of the tap. I called the 800 number and , after I told the gentleman our problem, he suggested that the warranty might not cover the problem we were having. When I told him that we had just paid $2004.00 for this installation and could not be held responsible for having no hot water, he became more confrontational! Bad move! He needs to have further training from someone like Jamaya , who ,in our opinion, should have a management position in which she trains people like him! Doubling her salary would be an excellent idea! Dave called us almost immediately after we called the 800 number and told us which lever to move to get our hot water. Problem solved! Jamaya called us the next morning to follow up in a most caring and positive manner. Without Jamaya and Dave going above and beyond, the man who was your 800 contact would have forced us to tell Home Depot how unhappy we were with your company. Hope this is helpful to you.

Brian the technician was terrific, clear and easy to work with. The office scheduler stayed in touch with us and let us know what was happening. Only down side was delay in getting here. I'm home all day so it was not a problem for me but if I was still working it would have caused me stress. Thanks for your good work Brian and ARS Rescue Rooter

They installed it, it failed inspection and then they came back out charged me to fix it and then set up another inspection date, the inspector canceled after an hour of waiting and had to pay for another permit and still waiting for an inspector to come back for the 3rd time and now Rotor rotor doesn’t want to help me set up the appointment, paid a lot of money for all this and still not fully done.Thanks to Lowe’s for using them
