I was very please with their service. They arrived on time. Provide knowledge of what was needed to lower the water pressure in my home. Their cost was reasonable and the job was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely refer this company to other people.

I was looking for a new plumber and a friend told me about pipe wizard. They were great. They are straight forward with me about everything. They were fairly priced and real pros. I recommend them to all my friends who need a plumber. I work with swimming pools and anytime a customer needs a plumber for a vaccum breaker or gas line they are the first company on my list. They do anything plumbing so my customers are real happy that I told them about them. They are worth calling . Very happy!!!!

Bob did a great job with installing my water heater. He took time to help me with understanding the new water heater and how it works. I will use them again.

At least when I called American leak detections they had the ultra sound equipment available when they showed up at the house. Many other companies, came out with no ultra sound equipment to detect your leak. So be careful who you choose to use. Also get multiple bids, my bids ran as high as 6,500, I choose American leak detectors because of there price, I just had the leak capped off instead of having my whole sidewalk and garage torn apart.

I hired this company to come clean out my heating system prior to winter. They found a crack heat exchanger and was told that I needed a brand new furnace and could not just replace my heat exchange and that it would cost me 5k+ for a replacement. The tech who showed up to my house named Gabriel lic#713817 decided to just through all the lose furnace parts into the housing area and told me he could not do anything about it, packed his thing and left me with a non working furnace. I have done this before and have never seen anyone disassemble a whole furnace for cleaning including gas lines and electrical pieces. I went with a different company and was able to get the issue resolved and the techs worked was heavily criticized negatively.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Look for a local HVAC expert and stay away from this scam of a company.

Overall the experience was great, from service, responsiveness, politeness, and from the sales person (Michael), to the service rep (Lucy) and great set of technicians to interact with (Luis and Charo-I think?). The only weird thing I saw from the install was the water heater pan and the position of the drain orifice which is facing the back left corner of the heater closet and I can’t access it if I wanted to. Not sure if that can be remedied? Otherwise the install, heater and new fittings look nice and neat in the closet and is performing great.

This guy is a fruitcake. Tell you one price then tell you another. Doesn’t show up then says he’s going to charge you $350. Don’t deal with this lunatic
