The came on time, very professional -- took them around 5 mins to address two sinks issue ( one in bathroom and one in kitchen) and they fixed my kitchen sink in half an hour. Helpful and very direct, which i like. Shane is gonna be the only sewer i would use from now on.

Downstream sewer line blockage that connects our downstairs bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen caused a flood to come back out of the toilet when the washing machine was draining.

Our Townhouse had a major significant Leak around the home which caused tiles and floor get so HOT and foundation was hollow when walking due soft moisture from leak build up over time as you can hear sound at time when walking. Thank you to Christian and Scott for their dedication to problem solving skills with high tech leak detection and helped redirect of brand new line. They have done a wonderful job all day to get issue resolved. I added some most hidden area where able to allocated and route carefully.

Brad came out to repair a pipe in the garage of one of our properties. He arrived on time and gave advance notice when he was on his way.

I originally thought the pipe had burst from the recent freeze. However, upon inspection, a repair made to the pipe by another plumber during the 2021 freeze failed. Brad repaired the pipe the proper way. He was very professional, excellent communication (particularly as I was not onsite), and cost was reasonable and disclosed prior to making the repair. Brad also provided me with videos and pictures of the repair needed and made.

It is hard to find good plumbers in DFW, but Brad is certainly one of them!!
