Superior Plumbing to the rescue again!!! When our kitchen sink backed up we didn’t hesitate to call Superior Plumbing again. They had been out a few months prior to help us with a sewer line issue and both times their response time was very fast, their technicians are professional and knowledgeable and they get the job done right the first time. Bryce helped us the second time and he did a GREAT job. He arrived on time, got right to work and we were back up and doing dishes within the hour of his arrival. He explained what the issue was and gave us tips to make sure this doesn’t happen again. The best part, I wasn’t stuck with a huge bill, their prices are very reasonable. I’m hoping I don’t ever have to call them again for my house (fingers crossed) but I will gladly refer them out to anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you again Superior Plumbing for making a bad situation better at my house!!!

These guys are great! They showed up on time, had knowledge of the situation and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Along with all that they have prices that beat most of their competition. Definitely will use their services in the future.

My elderly parents called Arch at Drains R US to clean out the trap in the kitchen sink. He told them that he would have to get on the roof and snake out the whole system. When that didn't solve the problem he cleaned the trap like they originally asked and that solved the problem. He charged them $300! Ripping off the elderly is not good practice for any business.

The plumber came today to fix a leaky toilet. He unblocked the pipe and the toilet was still leaking. He wanted $300 in the beginning. Then he agreed on $150. Then when he unclogged the pipe, he said that his work was done. I went back to check if the toilet was still leaking, and there it was leaking all over the floor. I asked him why he hadn’t fixed it. After I zelled him $150 he said he wanted $200 more for the leaking toilet. I said no thank you!

Technicians very courtesy and quick. Took a week total to get a water heater installed though! Technician said he was surprised to see updates were required at a $500 cost. Stated it wasn’t him that said they were needed. Someone at the office decided this. So the the recently updated water lines and overflow pan were replaced though there was nothing wrong with the older items. Makes you question using the company again.

Cb don't answer their phones in a timely manner; they don't return calls as they state they will; they try and put in cheaper models of faucets/appliances than the home warranty companies authorize and request and then they try to sneak behind the warranty company and try to get the homeowner to pay for what the warranty already covered. They are the type of business we don't need or want in Las Vegas.
