Eric showed up early and replaced three shower heads. He installed a handheld shower head in the master bath. He also replaced the p-trap under the sink in one bathroom. He did all of this in one hour. I always request Eric because he knows what he's doing.
Biard and Crockett seems very expensive but we've always been pleased with their work. They are always our first call when we need plumbing help.
Emailed Biard and Crockett for service Tuesday. I received a call a few hours later to schedule an appointment Thursday. They called to confirm my appointment the day before and we were set. Eddie called me before my scheduled time and informed me he could come and work on our faucets before our scheduled time which was convenient. Eddie fixed our faucets and explained what the problem was. He further explained a potential problem that we would have to consider down the road. Biard and Crockett have expeditiously taken care all of plumbing issues and I will continue to use their services.
Daryl was excellent. Very professional. He was a pleasure to talk to and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Biard and Crockett for any of my plumbing needs.

Only purchased products from this company. When phone line was inadvertently answered, the negative smack Jeff Biard (one of the OWNERS!) was saying about his own customers was HORRIBLE! - doesn't want to take a call from them as they'll ask too many questions, how overweight someone was, people's marital status, etc. Truly shocking & unprofessional! With such a lack of class & character displayed by one of the owners, they don't deserve your business. The shop is hard to get in to and they can take days to get back to you. There are plenty of other places that are great to work with.

Way—way over priced. Almost $500 for a quick easy pex A pipe fix/reinstall on shower diverter. No materials, 1/2 hour worth of work. Once I said no thanks due to the high price, they negotiated down to $220. Matt, the plumber, was AWESOME—such a good guy! Very nice, knowledgeable, detail oriented and helpful. He did a great job.

Commercial main drain/sewage line clogged by tree roots and damaged pipe successfully
diagnosed Bill and his team from Baird and Crockett. Went the extra mile to trace all lines for future reference and installed a clean out access that was never installed when the building was manufactured.
Not cheap but fair prices considering the damage and work required for repair.
Matt was an excellent technician! Respectful and took the time to explain what he was doing to us in a clear and concise manner. Very happy with the finished result!

Was fortunate to have Darryl as my water heater maintenance person. Darryl flushed the water heater but because of the heater's age, decided to install a new water heater. Darryl was prompt in returning with a new unit and installed it in a timely manner. Additionally he assisted me with an issue I had with a black substance in a toilet tank and resolved the issue.
Our a/c was not functioning properly so they scheduled Tom Y to come, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything and found the best repair options, and resolved the issues. He also is very Courteous and helpful.

Good company, workers are always very busy. The backend parts(billing, scheduling, project management) seems a bit scrambled to me. They always answer the phone, but, the right person may (or may not) call you back in a timely manner. Also, the grate to complete my installation was back ordered, I had to call and harass them to get the job finished. (of course they submitted the invoice at the end of the first day for the entire balance). It took over a month to get this. I get it, business is hard, but, They could get 5 stars if they just over communicated and delivered what they promised. It was still an overall positive experience for me. I would recommend them for any AC work. Job took 5 days in total from start to finish to install a new HVAC system, but, they constantly had to go to another job, get parts, or wait for something to keep the job going.

Darryl, always cheerful and friendly, arrived on time to replace two faucets and the angle stops on their supply lines in our master bathroom. After over 40 years, the faucets were leaking, the angle stops were no longer functioning, and the hardware on sink and old faucets had rusted out and had to be cut/drilled out in order to remove them. This was an unusually challenging repair in VERY tight quarters, but in the end, no match for Darryl's skills and expertise. I have been using Biard & Crockett's services for decades. Their service technicians and service staff are all first rate, five star!
Greg was great! Very professional and knowledgeable, addressed all of our concerns and took the time to explain answers to my questions as he fixed our leaky ceiling and toilet. The woman I spoke to on the phone (Paige, I believe) provided excellent service as well - after initially letting me know their earliest availability was the next morning, she spoke to her manager who sent someone to our house within the hour. We will be using them for any future issues and highly recommend their services.

Called them because of their excellent reviews, and I'm very glad I did. Paige (?) was able to schedule a same-day appointment after our AC stopped blowing cold air. Daryl arrived on time (early, actually - which was greatly appreciated) and took the time to do extensive troubleshooting, even going in the attic to double check the connected equipment despite the 100+ degree heat. He found the problem was a burst pipe in the compressor, with the refrigerant nearly depleted. He was prepared with all the tools on his truck to complete the repair and he followed up with multiple tests to ensure his work was at the highest standards. His pricing was fair, and he was a heck of a nice guy as well. We will definitely be using them for our yearly maintenance from here on out.

You've done a lot of work for us over many, many years and we've always trusted your honest and dependable service. We've never been disappointed, although a problem occurred recently when we tried to deal with your so-called emergency crew at 12 a.m. We were trying to avoid a potential flooding disaster after our indoor plumbing backed up. After we placed six or seven consecutive phone calls to them from 12 a.m. to 3 a.m., with absolutely no success, we finally gave up. However, we've never had a problem dealing with your daytime staff and have always received a timely and courteous response. I decided to replace my shower handles and plumbing components, went to the shop where they helped me find the right parts. I didn't realize how you need specific parts for replacement, can't just use anything you would see at home Depot. Very helpful in walking me through what needed to be done. Because my house is on the older side, a little unexpected complication came up during my install. I had to call them for a plumber to help, they were very responsive and helped make everything work proper. Great business for parts or plumbing support, fully recommend!

Alex has done several repairs and new installations with us. He just put in a new RO system for drinking water and a few repairs under the sink.
He is always accommodating and a nice guy.
The quote was slightly expensive, though even if it was the cheapest quote, they way the technician snapped at me when trying to understand the quote, I would not have gone with their team nor refer them.
When asking how come the quote was significantly higher than previous times to unclog our sink with another company (twice the amount, I figured maybe there was an additional problem), he snapped at me and raised his voice saying, I'm not the owner. I don't make the prices so I can't tell you why they are like that he attempted to continue but I cut him off and asked again to please explain to me why they are charging this amount, what is going on? He then explained but did so as if I was an inconvenience to him. Never would I recommend them.
Their field techs are the face of their company, and honestly failed me after being in my house for only 5 minutes.

I could not get two hose bibs to loosen on the outside of the house that were leaking. The guy used two wrenches and replaced the bibs in 10 minutes. They charged over $500 for 10 minutes of work. I will find a new plumber.

Luis ran a long snake pipe and discovered the cause of leakage underneath tiled flooring was grease build up x 32 years because it has never been jet set blown over the years never ever. He was able to remove the grease build up. This company knows what they were doing, highly recommended from now on this is the only company i will be dealing with.

I was attempting to repair a faulty shower cartridge by Hans Groghe (which I would never use that product again) and went to Biard and Crockett to get the parts. The service desk was great at getting me the correct parts and helped me to do it myself.
However the first installation was poorly done so I needed to call Baird and Crockett to salvage the first poor installation and replace the diverter cartridge and handle.
Bill from Baird and Crockett was persistent at getting the right tools and metric screws and chipping out the poor installation and successfully replacing the new cartridge and handle to stop the leak.
I would definitely call back Baird and Crockett for future plumbing problems I cannot handle.
They replaced the main water line in my front yard. And they did an excellent job for which I am very grateful.
Simply the best. No short cuts and no quick fixes. Professional all the way.

They arrived and quickly went to work. He overcame a few obstacles to complete the installation of toilet #1. He then moved on to toilet #2 and completed the installation quickly. He removed both original toilets which was great.
He also repaired a failing valve on toilet #3 which was not planned.
Finally, he repaired a slow flowing faucet and installed a drain plug popup which was missing.
He cleaned up as he worked and left all areas clean and all items in good working order.

We arrived to do the water heater and furnace service plan. The tenant then told us about 3 plumbing issues. Darryl replaced the shower cartridge, kitchen and bathroom sink faucets right at this service appointment. This was good that we got everything done during the one visit.
I have been using Biard & Crockett for over 20 years. They have done many, many repairs/installs/etc. in my older house. ALL of my faucets and sinks were from Biard & Crockett. Three days after Christmas, 2022, my wife noted our garage floor to be flooded with water. After investigating, I found the source to be our 12-year-old and out of warranty hot water heater. Having used Baird and Crockett Plumbing for three major plumbing problems in the past, I called them again. After explaining the situation, they promised to come to our home the next morning. Eric, the Baird and Crockett service person arrived on time and after we agreed on the price for a new water heater, he cleaned up the mess caused by the old heater and did a very professional job installing the new one. Eric then went into our house to check the hot water flow at our kitchen sink. Immediately, he noted that that the swing spout of our kitchen sink faucet was leaking badly when the water was turned on. I had intended to fix it myself later and had a set of tools already sitting right there on the counter. After discussing my proposed fix for the faucet, Eric recommended it be replaced instead and said he include it in with our cost for the water heater. He then went to his truck and brought in two new faucets of the same type to show us. After choosing the one we liked the best, he crawled under our sink and soon we had a brand-new kitchen sink faucet too. Baird and Crockett certainly went beyond our expectations during this visit; I would not hesitate to call them again in time of need.
Darryl and Rafael were professional, kind, and experienced. They checked my unit and provided status and suggestions on how to keep it running well. The process was simple and straightforward. Thank you!

I've dealt with several plumbers in the area and while Biard & Crockett may occasionally be more expensive, I find that they are frequently less expensive and the quality of their work is superior. Biard & Crockett is the place to go when you need answers and skilled staff.

We had the laundry water shut-off valves replaced as they did not turn off anymore. We had to turn off the entire house water supply because of these broken shut-offs. The work was done quickly and professionally and allowed us to get the house water turned back on.
Our technician, Eric, installed a new water softener system, hot water on demand circulating pump on our water heater, detected/repaired a gas leak in a broken flex hose to our gas dryer, installed new faucets and fixtures in the two sinks in our master bathroom and a new faucet for the kitchen sink.
The work was done in two separate visits a couple of weeks apart due to having to wait for custom-ordered items and with a friendly, helpful, professional attitude and concern for cleanliness.

He is very accommodating. I really respect that about him. He pointed out all areas of concern and resolved many of our current issues. The air conditioner was not working in a section of our home. He figured out the problem quickly and narrowed it down to a fuse within five minutes. I am very impressed with his deductive abilities to pinpoint our heating and air conditioning problems. Thank you very much for assigning Tom to our house. He made great recommendations as to the purchase of a new matching HVAC system which included a discount. I sincerely hope Tom will be available to help install our new system. I feel comfortable knowing he would be working at our home.

Had a kitchen sink that was backing up that my own little snake couldn’t clear. They’re a little more expensive than those $99 clean out commercials you hear on the radio. However, our service pro took the time to make sure everything was good. He didn’t just run his snake through and bust outta here onto his next job. We ran the water a long time to just to be sure that the clog wasn’t just pushed down the line. While we were waiting, he even did a couple other small things to improve water flow out of the faucets.

The service was difficult to rate. B&C replaced a furnace in October 2022 It was not used until the December holidays and then it was discovered there was a problem - very noisy and did not heat properly. The problem was not resolved until the end of February 2023 after 2 unusually cold months without a furnace that worked properly. I believe the slowness was due to the manufacturer of the unit, B&C, and the response to a female customer is not the same as to a man. Once my husband contacted B&C, the part was found and installed within hours. What was upsetting and tarnished the reputation of B&C is the slowness to correct the problem. We've been a B&C customer for decades. Once bitten twice shy; the next time we need their services we will be very careful and less trusting.

The team at Biard & Crockett Plumbing and Heating has been outstanding in installing our new HVAC system. From the very beginning, from the very first call, Cesar, Kyle, Luis and everyone on team was very pleasant and accommodating and professional.
Communication was excellent throughout. Not only every call was answered immediately but I made several appointments with Cesar, and he always arrived on time and took the time to explain the issues and options. He was willing to answer any questions I had. I received a communication when he was on his way and when the visit was completed it was communicated as well.
They were very patient in giving us the time we needed to get to the correct decision. Once the decision was made, they scheduled us immediately.
The technicians arrived as scheduled on time and were prepared. There were no interruptions to our daily operations during the installation and hardly anyone noticed they were here making a change.

I had tankless water heaters flushed and serviced at two homes, as well as a new set of valves installed for a water softener bypass. All work was done in a very professional and timely manner.
Everyone was so helpful and they sent someone out right away. The gentleman was on time and was really nice.
Had to wait days, then had to reschedule - but once the repair person arrived, very professional and a reasonable fee. Will use them again.
Having long-ago crossed over the age of do-it-yourself faucet installation, I contacted Biard & Crockett to set up my new bathroom sink. Very good decision on my part. The convenience was awesome (I purchased the hardware through them and arranged for service/professional installation in one trip). Once my parts were delivered to the Baird & Crockett store, I received a call and we set up the installation. Eddy arrived slightly beyond the agreed-upon time window (but at least they called to tell me his prior job was running longer than expected -- that was courteous). The installation was done quickly, quietly and professionally. All looks and works as expected for a professional job. If you want a quality plumbing experience, even if it's a little pricier than other shops, I strongly recommend Biard & Crockett. I'll be using them again!

Alex at Biard & Crockett did an outstanding job performing a partial re-piping job on our two story home. We had a slab leak in our foundation. Alex came out for an estimate and was extremely knowledgeable. He treated our home like it was his, understanding that we recently remodeled and wanted to minimize damage to our walls and ceiling as much as possible. He was a magician in routing the new pipes down our walls and we ended up with very minimal access holes. He was on time every day, cleaned up after the end of his shift. Want to add that I contacted the company on the Saturday before Labor Day, not expecting a return call until the next week. They called me back within 1/2 hour of leaving a message and sent Alex out @ 8:00 am sharp after Labor Day and started the work the following day! Awesome service, very professional!

Alex had been out just a few days ago to install a hot water heater in another part of our church building. Today one of our ladies noticed that we had a slow running drain in the kitchen area and it was not only slow to drain, it was clogging up. After various attempts to clear the drain we called B&C and Alex cut his lunch time short in order to come clear our situation. We are hosting a family tomorrow after the funeral of one of our church members and needed to be able to use that kitchen. Alex arrived promptly, worked quickly, restored the sinks to full service. Then cleaned up more than he messed up! All that within an hour's time. Could not be more pleased. Only time will reveal the quality of work and I haven't seen the bill so I don't know about the monetary value but the value of having a company put themselves out to get us up and running again is priceless.
Our one and only toilet broke. Called B&C at 4:30pm on a Friday night. They were able to come out and help us. Eddie was super helpful, professional and honest. Thank you so much!

He came out and replaced my laundry room faucet valves and washer / dryer valves in a very small space.
I am very leery when it comes to calling plumbers. My guest bath has been leaking and no longer functioning as it should. I called around several places and finally found B & C because they were local. I called around 2:30 and Debra answered and I asked if there's anyway I can have someone come out that day (getting ready for a wedding and had a very busy schedule the rest of the week) She said she would check and call back. Within 10 minutes, she was able to have someone come!! Matthew was very professional, courteous and helpful! I will definetly have them on my list of contractors to call in the future! I called what I thought was reputable AC repair business (they have billboards all over SoCal…) and was “ghosted” by them. Never received a follow up call, text, email. Greg performed several services. First he did my every-year-and-a-half cleanout maintenance. Then he replaced one of our toilets. This was done efficiently, and he kept me informed every step of the way. There was a problem with the new toilet (the tank wasn't refilling). I called and Greg came back and fixed it in about 10 minutes. I've been using Biard & Crockett for almost 15 years and will continue to do so.
Over the years we have used Biard and Crockett for our plumbing needs. This time it was a leaky kitchen faucet. And as usual the repair and service was exceptional.

I expected a reasonable quote for replacing angle stops/shutoff valves, which anyone can do with a crescent wrench and channel locks. First estimate was $285 per angle stop (and I need 4 or 5). These are $10 parts (each) at Home Depot, and take maybe 10 minutes each to install. I asked the plumber how long it would take to replace 5 and he said two hours. So, the estimate was $1,425 for $50 in parts, or $1,375 labor for two hours. After speaking with the service manager the lowest they would go was $1,000. I told them No and now I'm headed to Home Depot to do it myself. I will not bother to call this company again.

We have been without heat for three nights and they found the problem in 5 minutes, and repaired it right away.
This is always our experience with Biard and Crockett.
Provide good services and information of how to DIY projects. Parts for old models such as faucet, shower systems are mostly available for purchase. If you can't find them in Home Depot or Lowe's, most likely you will get them here. Of course prices are higher. I got Delta 1700 series shower cartridge here when Home Depot didn't carry any.

BEWARE OF EXTREMELY OVERPRICED REPAIRS!!! They call it flat rate pricing but it’s basically gouging customers!!!
I asked for a breakdown of parts and labor and they refused. BAD BUSINESS!! They charged $586 for a part (capacitor) that cost less than $100 and 30-45 min of labor.
This is not a company I would recommend!!!

Baird And Crockett have been doing plumbing work for me since 1990. I had them come remove and replace a bathtub that they had installed for me 30years earlier. I was impressed to see that the same technician who had worked for them 30 years ago was still on their staff, this speaks highly of the team as a whole, I would recommend anybody with a major plumbing project to reach out to this team.

Eddie showed up on time, respectful and professional. He listened to my concerns and suggested possible solutions for relocating a gas stub behind my wall oven. Since it was necessary to open the wall to access the connection, he kept the cutout size to a minimum and was thorough when checking for leaks. I've hired many plumbers over the years for various repairs and would hire Eddie again for my next project.
