Working with Fernando has been fantastic. As a property management coordinator, I can always count on OC Rooter being responsible, professional and fair priced. The last job I sent to him it was for a leak detection. Fernando went above and beyond with the leak detection, making sure he did not miss anything, going out there 2 days to even check roof, attic and any other possible sources of leaks since it was not a plumbing issue. 100% recommend OC Rooter! The plumber came today to fix a leaky toilet. He unblocked the pipe and the toilet was still leaking. He wanted $300 in the beginning. Then he agreed on $150. Then when he unclogged the pipe, he said that his work was done. I went back to check if the toilet was still leaking, and there it was leaking all over the floor. I asked him why he hadn’t fixed it. After I zelled him $150 he said he wanted $200 more for the leaking toilet. I said no thank you!

I work with contractors and subs regularly. So my opinion of OC Rooter isn'temotion based. It's on enough work orders I've given to the owner, Fernando, over the five years I've been using him. Fernando has been coming out to take care of our residence kitchen drains and various other plumbing orders. Just this morning he came out to take care of a clear water back up in the downstairs toilet. Turned out it was a clog with some roots between the toilet and the garage main access. I've been using Fernando for the last five years and while I have my own tools, including power snakes, I know when to turn over the job to a professional. As a person who works with contractors regularly, I can easily endorse Fernando as being one of the most skilled workmen I've known, he is incredibly organized and never takes shortcuts with all that said, I think his pricing is extremely Fair.
