I live in Castle Rock and I had Jimmy come down and completely rebuild my outside copper sprinkler pipes and valve that were leaking. He did excellent work even suggesting some enhancements to make the setup drain much easier for winter storage. He did all of this for a very fair price. I won't hesitate to use him again for a couple of other plumbing projects I have coming up (sump pump install + on demand hot water heater). If you want it done right the first time, at a fair price, Jimmy is your guy!

Simply stated, the owner of this business is so easy to work with and able to explain the cause of an issue in detail that you feel like you could diagnose/repair it yourself!

I reached out to several plumbers for a simple toilet install. Krasi was the first to reach out. His pricing was very competitive. He was professional, quick to schedule, and the install took under an hour without any issues. I would definitely hire him again without hesitation, and I'll be sharing his name around for sure!

Customer service is excellent! But couple suggestions that need to be taking care of: 1) Have all your customers pay for the order online, send shipment ticket via email, and etc. to reduce pollution, save them trees, and save the planet. And we all know now a days everything is in the palms of your hands. 2) Your delivery truck needs to have the name of the company because customers won't know if it's LCR or what have you.

Gregorio is great!

He gave me a quick, upfront estimate and when he arrived, he stuck to his initial quote. Gregorio worked fast, and got the job done for a fair price (about half of what this other company was going to charge). He was able to diagnose a few other issues around the house that I'll need to fix in the future, but no pressure to her the work done now or unnecessary up-selling.

Oliver from Golden Bay Plumbing fixed a leaking shower for me that was a particularly stubborn and hard-to-diagnose problem. Throughout the process Oliver was professional, responsive, and proactively communicative. My first reach out to him was on a Sunday and he not only responded but came to my house to work on the problem. He offered different options, particularly when it became apparent he was going to have to cut into the tiled wall to fix the leak. He was always respectful of the property and cleaned up the work site after each visit. He is a diligent worker and his prices are very fair. At the end he left me with a better shower than when he arrived. It is said that every cloud has a silver lining. The silver lining on the leaky shower cloud for me is that I found a great plumber who I will call upon straight away for future plumbing needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Oliver.

I am soooo happy Rance came by to service us last minute for our clog that my Daughter stuck a toy down our tub drain. He immediately came within the hour as he is located in town and got the service done within a half an hour after doing a diagnosis! We are super happy! We will call again if we ever need this service again! I am more than satisfied with his service and it’s worth paying for! He was friendly, quick and very detailed. He explained to us how the job will be done and Answer any questions I had before he started his job! Thank you Rance for your 100% customer service!Also our house is a little old and he was very careful while doing the job! I can’t say how extremely satisfied I am! Could’ve went with other services that was nearby but when I called we had dropped calls and they never called me back.
