Mike did great work, was very reasonably priced. He even took all debris and trash with him. I would definitely highly recommend him, he was professional, clean, trustworthy and very curtious, I couldn't be happier with his work.

TK (woman) called and left a message for me. I called back and a man answered and identified himself with initials that I did not make out. During our painful 5 minute conversation this is what happened. It's 11:30 and he says that he can come out from 12 to 1. I say great, I have a few errands to run can I meet you at the house a little before 1? He pauses and says, no, I can meet you from 1-3. Schedules, I get it. So I ask, if he can be out from 12-1 and he quickly says yes. So I say it's 11:30 now and i'll wait for you till 1 PM, ok? He pauses, and says no. Maybe I threw him a curveball with the 11:30. This back and forth goes on. As i'm trying to figure out what he's muttering, he gets frustrated and says when I get my schedule straight to give him a call and HANGS UP! LOL. I call right back almost in disbelief and he answers again. I say so let's get this straight, you have an appointment available from 12-1, right? He says yes and I say great, i'll see you soon. This is when it's get better or worse.... He shows up to my house and is about to walk in with his dirty shoes on. No shoe covers, no taking his shoes off, NOTHING. I ask him to please take his shoes off and he flat refuses! Then he asks ME if I have bags or something that he can put on his shoes!! I told him to leave and that was that. Honestly, it's hard to find a good plumber and this is exactly why. Maybe they do great work, but I wouldn't give them my money.

The best plumbing experience ever. Right away he accessed the issue and gave me honest options to get it fixed. One option was even free. Mike was awesome and truly just wanted to correct my problem, rather than make a buck. I will be using them going forward.

I called quality first on a recommendation from a friend, they were great, removed old kitchen sink ect. and installed all new sink , disposal and plumbing. even had to cut and fit the marble counter top to the sink at no additional charge.
