Mike and his apprentice have done a handful of jobs for our new home (built in the 50's) and have always been honest, extremely personable, and outrageously helpful with anything and everything. When contacting a plumber, 99% of the time, you're in a frantic state and seeking immediate help. In those times, I'm so glad that I can reach out to KO knowing they're going to give quality feedback and not rush anything. Mike is truly a standup guy and you can definitely see that in his apprentice as well. They will listen to you without making you feel like an idiot :)

We asked for several bids to replace our (working) water heater. They showed up for the estimation meeting on time and described everything patiently and gave a bid. County Wide was competitive and able to schedule the installation quickly. Nick was professional, courteous, and efficient. They installed everything and cleaned and removed all the debris. I was very satisfied.

Walter is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I had a gas leak that needed to be fixed before the gas company would turn my gas back on. He fixed it and had my gas back on in a few hours. Very reasonable price! I highly recommend him for all plumbing needs!

Called Ernie's plumbing out for a written estimate for my shower that is leaking. The guys were here maybe a total of 5 mins. Most of that time was back and forth about them not giving written estimates. His words were I can't give a written estimate. I told him I needed it finally he went and brought me one that said SHOWER PAN. In two minutes of looking that was the diagnosis. No test was ran at all..Update- I received a call from the manager Randy and he was concerned about what happened. I called this morning and spoke with Randy about the situation and he was very courteous and apologetic on the phone. He asked if he could send a different guy out. Hesitant but I agreed for a second chance. He said he would be sending a different plumber, Craig, between 11-3 today.Craig shows up and actually took the time, did multiple test to see exactly what was causing the leak. Once the cause for the leak was determined, he took the time to explain where it was coming from. Also, answered any and all questions I had. He filled out and provided a written estimate for exactly what needed to be done and what the cost would be.Extremely happy that I gave them a second chance to come back out.

Service was great but their invoice system is junk. They will send you an invoice 3 months after their service with no address to reply to and no phone numbers to contact them directly on Oahu. Once you do find their phone number online, no one ever answers in accounts and they don't call you back! Frustrating!
