PVP PLUMBING

Our house had been leaking for 2 days Not sure why this was happening. I happened to call Pacific Valley Plumbing this weekend and they gave me an estimate and also a specific time frame of arrival. Once Ricardo arrived he started doing troubleshooting- he found the problem, fixed it and took care of it. Best part about the job is the clean work he did and didn't leave any mess behind. I would definitely refer him to friends and family!

Well, we had a crazy morning at 6am finding out our water heater was gushing water out and had to shut the water off to the house. I called PVP plumbing to help us out with this issue, and Ricardo (Owner/Tech) heard the stress in my voice and made it a point to get out to me as fast as possible. Once he assess the situation, he advised us that the water heater needed replacement and told me he would get at least the cold water going for us while we waited for the water heater to be installed. Ricardo had another client he had previously scheduled that he had to take care of and reassured me he could come right back later that night to install our new water heater. Needless to say he kept his word and took care of us as if we were his own family, and made sure we had hot water that very night. Thank you Ricardo for helping us out and having our hot water running that very same day! I will definitely use PVP plumbing for all of our future plumbing issues. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m so thankful for Ricardo’s help and guidance! Long story short my home flooded and a pipe busted above my kitchen. It was terrible timing too it was mid October, fast forward to November when we where at the finial stages of putting our kitchen back together and the first guy we hired to put the sink back together after getting new countertops bailed on us with a hefty deposit. Ricardo was able to come over on thanksgiving day to install our sink! Not only did he finish that job for a very reasonable price, he also installed a new water heater and walked me through finishing repairs on our downstairs bathroom! If you have a plumbing issue call this man! He saved us from a nightmare of a flood and came in and saved us when our last contractor abandoned us!

Leak horror stories! Our closet started leaking water and wet all our belongings. We frantically looked online for plumbing services and help to avoid further water damage. We contacted Pacific Valley Plumbing and spoke to Ricardo he was extremely friendly and reassured our issue would be resolved. He was able to come out to our property within the hour. They’re very professional and made me feel at ease. They issue was located and repaired the same day! On Black Friday (11/26/21), my wife and I were just getting ready to go shopping when she noticed that our water heater was leaking water. It had a catastrophic failure and it had to be replaced so I checked online reviews and made some phone calls. Most either didn’t answer or told me it would be several days until they could come to my home to replace the water heater. I called Pacific Valley Plumbing and Ricardo answered the phone right away. Ricardo said he could come later that day and he arrived in a timely manner (In the future he probably won’t be able to respond so fast because I can see him getting fully booked once his business grows more).
Ricardo is a licensed plumber that uses his expertise and high quality tools to get the job done right the first time. He first uninstalled the old water heater and cleaned up a bit and then installed the new water heater. He had to add a drain line because the old water heater didn’t have one (our home inspector had said the same thing 2 years ago but we never bothered to get it fixed). I am super curious about home improvement and have been an avid fan of “This Old House” so I know enough to know that Ricardo completed the job right and followed the proper codes.
I was so impressed by his work that I immediately asked him to help me with another plumbing issue. The house came with this ancient water softener system that I wanted removed since the day we bought the house. Ricardo removed the old system and the old pipes and then soldered the copper pipes together. This might have been a simple task for him but it greatly benefited me because I got more storage in my garage and my water pressure increased! Before I let him go I also asked him about a shower remodel since our home has those old school valves that don’t have any scalding protection. He cleaned up everything and he left me with some very nice business cards. I will personally be recommending him to my friends and family.

I called PVP plumbing with an emergency plumbing problem at one of my rental properties and they were able to arrive at my property in 45 minutes and professionally repair the busted shower valve that was stuck open. They also charged a fair price for the work. I highly recommend PVP plumbing!

We needed a whole new sink set up so we called PVP and they were able to squeeze us in same day. Ricardo was honest and gave us an accurate estimate over the phone. His estimate ended up being very close to the amount we paid, which is always good. We felt it was reasonable for the work being done. Martin competed the job in about an hour an half and we have a sink again! We definitely would use PVP again.

He helped me set up my sons playroom. Painted two of the walls white, assembled the table, play kitchen and shelves and mounted the wall shelves.

Pacific Valley Plumbing really came through by quickly responding and helping me with an issue I had with a water softner. I ended up cancelling the water softner and still had issues with my water flow pressure on the inside of my home faucets and showers. I called Ricardo up and he told me he would come look at the issue, he gave me a time and was punctual as well! He ends up finding the issue and fixes it that same day! I organised for 3 different quotes to diagnose and fix our plumbing problems. All agreed we needed a new water pressure regulator, a new water heater to replace our ancient one and a pipe replacement for corrosion. Ricardo tried to clean and repair the existing Garbage Disposal. It was very old. Knowing this- he arrived prepared with a new one just in case the old one was unsalvageable so that our routine was not interrupted. In a timely manner Ricardo left our kitchen clean and ready for use.
