Charlie is great. If you are looking for a great handyman don't hesitate to call him. He does excellent work and is very meticulous. Charlie finished the trim on a sliding patio door and it looks so nice. He also hung a screen door for me and it is perfect. I will be using him for some more projects around our house. Debbie

I've used Complete Plumbing Solutions a few times for both emergency issues and small issues in my home. Dureck Locklear is prompt and professional, and I know I'm getting quality work every time from an honest person. After he repaired my broken shower, he also adjusted the pressure so that it was perfect for me. On a different visit when water was leaking through the kitchen ceiling from the upstairs tub/shower, he also noticed my kitchen faucet handle needed repair. He grabbed a part out of the truck, and just fixed it for me there on the spot. He's a great guy and does great work!

We were having an issue with our toilets backing up and we didn’t know the problem. Guy came out and insisted it was a clog and he just needed to pull up the toilet to get the clog. Charged us 260 dollars. However, that wasn’t the only clog on that line.Turns out he didn’t run the line all the way to the city and there was a second clog. When he came back out, he charged us another 175 because he said he had to run the line through a different side of the house to get the second clog. Then , he acted as he was doing us a favor by not charging us over time rate because he didn’t get to us until after hours although we called before 12pm.It wasn’t our fault it took him that long to get us because we would have been find with him coming out the next day but the company didn’t ask and just sent him.

Responding here for my 84 year old grandfather, who hired ARS to replace his main line. Aside from the required digging, they also had to demo some concrete and removed 6 feet of metal rail fencing to get to his main line. They told him they'd have to wait 6 months to reseed where they dug, after the soil compacted, put in new concrete and repair the fence. 6 months came and went and now when he calls they give him the run around or forward him to a voicemail that never gets a response. Given all the alternative companies in Denver, I'd advise you look elsewhere. ARS, I'd love to chat. Please reach out/respond.EDIT: Thank you ARS for reaching out. Once the repair is complete, I'll edit the overall rating.Update: After talking to the corporate office I was informed a ticket would be entered and that we would receive a call from the QA at the local office (who did the work) within 48 hours. The 48 hours came and went without a call. We waited a few extra days. At this point we're going to finish the job ourselves.TLDR: Disappointed and would NOT RECOMMEND.Update 9/1/22. No response. No fix. Still waiting....

Professional and friendly. Called him to fix a leaky faucet and he fixed a second faucet as well. Called him again because the Board of Water Supply said that there was a leak somewhere and he checked all hree toilets and fixed two. Worked fast and kept things affordable.

Shoreline Plumbing was sent to us by Ohana Restoration last year to do our toilet flange, so I had John also give us a quote to fix the leaky supply line valve, and install a new toilet. Both issues were tricky, yet John & his partner, Tracey got the job done! The cost was less than expected. Fast forward to this month, and another plumbing leak. John sent Peter out to do a quick repair on a pipe above our water heater. The galvanized pipes after 65 years were giving out, and needed to be replaced. John was able to get an estimate, and a small crew out the following week. They bravely worked under the house, and were flexible in changes. A couple days & a couple hours, and the new plumbing was in! We're very pleased with a new shower faucet and a new kitchen sink faucet, improved water pressure, and relieved to be rid of the corroded galvanized pipe. We look forward to working with the guys again on our drainage pipes next time. Mahalo to John, Brandon, and Jeff!

Honest, reliable, totally professional
I received an estimate to detect and fix a foundation leak, for almost $3000. Most fortunately I found the phone number for ACTION PLUMBING. Kevin took much more time to examine and explain the problem and the solution. He quoted me a little more than half the previous estimate. Magical MARIO appeared exactly on time. He explained why and what he was going to do and proceeded with his magic. He came back the next morning to correct something a previous plumber had done. As long as I live in Vegas, ACTION is my plumber.

Great customer service! Mikhail was super responsive and explained all of the issues in great detail. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule and fix my shower while I wrapped up a business meeting. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this plumbing service.
