Mike and his apprentice have done a handful of jobs for our new home (built in the 50's) and have always been honest, extremely personable, and outrageously helpful with anything and everything. When contacting a plumber, 99% of the time, you're in a frantic state and seeking immediate help. In those times, I'm so glad that I can reach out to KO knowing they're going to give quality feedback and not rush anything. Mike is truly a standup guy and you can definitely see that in his apprentice as well. They will listen to you without making you feel like an idiot :)

Mike at KO Plumbing installed a new hot water heater and it looks & runs great! KO Plumbing showed up on time, completed all of the work as promised and left my house cleaner than it was before they showed up. The prices were spot on and very fair for what I had done. Sometimes there are surprises when it's time to pay the bill, but not with KO Plumbing. Thanks to Mike and his crew for doing such an amazing job! I will be a lifelong customer!
