OVER CHARGED FOR INSTALLING MY NEW TOILET, WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME, THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED.

I had a large leakage coming from my garage that led to my kitchen. I contacted All City Plumbing and thanks to Alfonso, everything was fixed. He was very patient and kept me updated with what he was doing. I had a great experience and would highly recommend asking for Alfonso to get the job done.

C.N. Finley Plumbing was a great find - I was always pleased with there service since I bought a house in Metairie in 2007. When they went out of business, and merged with Bienvenu Brothers, I certainly gave the company a try. Bienvenu Brothers was and is very disappointing to me. After using them 3 times, I will never again. My house was built in the 1940's and requires lots of maintenance. I had some pipes replaced after the freeze (1/2018). Ended up replacing all the fixtures in the bathroom tub/shower, but the drain lever was still not functional. They would not come out to fix it unless I was there, even though I left a key, and was unable to be there personally.

I decided to have my air conditioner/ heater checked out and tuned up before the summer. Landon was my repairman and did a wonderful work for me. He explained in layman’s terms and was polite and professional. I would recommend this company and Landon! I will definitely call them in the future.

Mike is a superior plumber. He installed a new hot water heater and fixed a leak under slab for us. Very knowledgeable and fair priced and he’ll teach you about Rugby too. 😀. I highly recommend Southern Cross plumbing.
