Sal and Paul came out to my home today. I was quite surprised that he was able to come out the same day and complete the repairs at my home. I had a slab leak which other plumbers that won't be named, wanted to send their supervisor to sell me a job. After receiving a couple of quotes ( $4795.00 ) from ( ok ill name them, rescue rooter)n i called Hercules Plumbing and quoted half the price for the same work. Sal and Paulo were neat and clean. Very professional people. I would recommend any one call them before considering work be done in their home. Thanks Sal!

Sal is amazing! I originally called just to have my hot water heater drained, and I asked if Sal could take out the water filtration system that I had installed several years ago which caused many issues with the pipes and the water heater. Sal removed it at a reasonable price. He mentioned that the water filtration system was not installed properly.

Professional and courteous. Had my water heater fixed in no time when it was giving a flashing error.

They had a fair price. They arrived early and got the job done.

Not even 30min after my call, the dispatcher had sent somebody to my door, not only that but gave me a good idea of a quote and work based on the info I provided. Speaks English and Spanish at least the one that was sent to our home, his name was Sal. Truly a Hercules of plumbing. Showed a lot of urgency and professionalism with his work.

Hercules plumbing is incredible!! I needed my tankless water heater installed and came across this place!!! After speaking with them on the phone I knew this was the place that I wanted to work with. Paulo came to instal it and he was extremely professional! He was very neat and very clean, Paulo didn’t try to force any thing and there was never a problem! I’m extremely pleased with my experience and I will be calling Paulo for any of my future plumbing needs!! I highly recommend using Hercules if you need anything done!

Very rude! Disrespectful! And very unprofessional! Work was completely improper and unsafe! Had to have another company come out and fix their issues
Hercules replaced a new water heater and broke the part when putting it in a due to that and month later it was leaking and refused to come out and fix their mistake and issue cursed and yelled and my and my husband! Will never use them nor feel safe them coming around again!

Other plumbers said if he was licensed any plumber would know the modifications that was upgraded was in correct and should of known better

Came out diagnosed and fixed our problem all within an hour. Reasonably priced and answered some other basic questions we had. Good job and I definitely reccomend.

Mr. Sal certainly lives up to his name! He is my new Hercules of plumbing services! He has just replaced the water heater at our home and by having to carry his equipment over 3 feet of snow because he is the type of professional who sees no obstacles to meet his clients needs. I found him to be reliable, dependable, professional and extremely friendly!

If you are looking for honest and reliable plumbers these are the guys to use. I would definitely use Hercules plumbing again as well as refer them to friends and family. Gilbert was a very informative plumber he made sure I knew exactly what was wrong at the same time saving me money.
