I searched online and read great reviews about this company. AC unit was not working and it’s pretty hot in Corona. I was able to schedule an appointment, tech arrived on time, identified the problem and was able to order the part. Another problem was discovered while fixing the initial problem and that too was able to be fixed quickly. I’m very particular when it comes to new vendors I work with. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and several techs that came to my house. When I met each of them, I felt as if I had known them for years. Quality of work and company culture is top notch. Exceptional service, highly recommend!

Way to expensive, there very good to talk to on time seems to do good work, but after he left I talked to a leasing agent who told me I was charged way to much so I called a couple other air conditioning companies and there prices were less than half what Fire and Ice charged.

David came out and provided a quote for a complete HVAC system that was in need of replacement. He was very knowledgeable and went over all aspects of the system and answered all my questions. The quote was competitive and in-line with other companies. David made some calls and confirmed they were able to install the next day, an American Standard Gold System. Jose, Daniel, and Connor came out on time and worked all day and into the evening to complete the job. They were all very professional and did a great job! AC is working great and would highly recommend Fire and Ice all your AC and heating needs.
Corey and his partner were great! He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced with a new part and our heat was working again after 2 days of very cold nights in Corona. Will be using them for all services from now on. Thanks for the help.

David Huard provided a quick estimate to replace our 25 year old home A/C unit (that was on its last leg) and had the most competitive price compared to several other local contractors, especially considering the highly rated brand they use (American Standard). He also made scheduling/setup and payment a breeze. They were available to start almost immediately!
Our installers (Davon and Jazan) were amazing. They were punctual, friendly, professional, safe, knowledgeable, skilled, thorough, clean/tidy, and quick! We couldn’t have asked for more.
I especially appreciate Davon’s attention to detail. When he came to take a look at our existing equipment (during the time we were getting quotes), he was the ONLY contractor to point out specific things that none of the other contractors noticed/pointed out. He also suggested a couple of improvements (again, that none of the other contractors did) that ended up working out great.

Three weeks ago our townhouse tenant in Corona called to say the A/C wasn't cooling on one of the hottest days of the year. This is a young family with two young boys, so I was adamant about having the HVAC system serviced ASAP. After having the now defunct 29-year-old system looked at by another contractor, I decided to get other quotes for a new system. David with Fire-N-Ice responded to my request for an estimate right away. He was also the only contractor of the eight I spoke with who was concerned at all with a young family being unable to stay in their own home due to the temperature inside the house. He actually asked another client of his to postpone his own installation in order to free the slot for my tenants. David also reduced his estimate to come close to matching the lowest I had later received. So in the end, after my request on Monday, my tenants had a new HVAC system installed and cooling their house on Friday. No other contractor even suggested they could get to it that quickly. Also, the installers Daniel and Connor were pleasant and beyond competent--in and out in about seven hours. Thank you, David, Daniel and Connor. My tenants and I can't praise Fire-N-Ice enough!

First of all I was stuck in a heatwave with a broken AC and my family was suffering, and I couldn’t get a soon appt from any AC company. Fire n ice responded super quick to my request, gave me an immediate appointment, & were super friendly! I tried several HVAC companies before I found “fire and Ice”. Most of these tried to sell me an entire new HVAC system on some pretext. Fire and Ice” has never tried that on me. That is why they are my “go to” HAVC.

I moved back and used another service and during the coldest winter we have had, I was told I needed another $1800.00 worth of work after I just put out over $4,000.00. After all the problems, I was ready to yank it out and get a whole new system. I got lucky and found Fire-N-Ice, and they have been fabulous. They are honest and do good work. Well I didn't need the $1800.00 worth of work after all. I feel so blessed that I finally found a great company that I can trust. I will continue to use and refer them to my friends and family. Excellent response time and repair! I needed same-day assessment and repair of my ailing condenser unit before the holiday, and these guys were the only outfit in the area that could accommodate my needs. Techs were on their way through my area between appointments and stopped by as temperatures climbed during this year's first heat wave. I thought it was going to be a tricky fix (possible fan assembly replacement), but it turns out it was just the fan capacitor contacts arcing against the inside of the unit cover. Quick assessment and a quick fix. They even checked coolant levels and hosed off the fins for me. Perfect fix so my super hot wife could cool off, lol. Fire-N-Ice are my new go-to guys for all issues air conditioning. They were professional, patient while I asked questions, and super chill even in the burning sun.

In this review, I’m telling you what to look for and what to avoid because HVAC can be a huge expense and finding a good company to work with is a chore:
So we knew we needed to get our aging HVAC system replaced at some point because it’s hot as hell out here and we’re not trying to get left without AC in the summer, you know?
So we started getting quotes from a few different companies. Just so you know, many HVAC companies will send you a “Comfort Specialist” who knows how to sell you an HVAC system but doesn’t actually deal with installing or fixing HVAC, so for some quotes, the “Comfort Specialist” never even bothered to look in our attic. Not a great sign.
However, David Huard from Fire & Ice looked up there and even caught some things that other companies didn’t see. He also was patient in communicating with us through the decision process.
Still, we were on the fence because a competitor was offering us some seemingly deep discounts and rebates, but when I looked them up, the reviews were that they were great at selling and installing HVAC and terrible at coming back when there were problems. No, thank you.
I chose Fire & Ice because they were more knowledgeable and according to reviews, their level of service didn’t stop after the system was installed.
The systems were installed by Daniel & Tyrone who were incredibly professional, considerate, and a pleasure to have in our home. They were super at setting up a clean workspace and not leaving any dust behind. The new units are much quieter and more efficient, which is great because, man, utilities are raising their rates!
Finally, I was glad to have a company that stands by their work. My husband asked that they come back to make some aesthetic changes to the installation, and David made sure to get it taken care of to his standards ASAP. I can honestly say I wholly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Wow these guys are amazing! Our AC unit just started blowing warm air yesterday evening on a warm winter day, so this morning I looked on yelp and found fire n ice heating and air they were rated 5 stars so I gave them a call and they had 12-2 appointment available so I booked that. At 12:30 two guys show up and ask me to turn our AC on and they go up on the roof and a couple minutes later I feel cool air coming out of the vent and then one of the techs came to the door and told me it was just a tripped breaker and that there was no charge. I fully expected to pay for a service call and had no problem at all with paying for it, I even told him he had to drive over here but he said no charge. This really shows me why fire n ice is rated with 5 stars. Thank you guys so much!

I called Fire n Ice when our AC was not working correctly in this heat wave and they sent amazing techs that solved our issue quickly and helped diagnose other problems as well. I contacted Fire N Ice and they were so friendly and accommodating. It was during the triple digit heat wave and were extremely busy but squeezed me in and sent a crew out to check out our AC system. For over a month they went above and beyond to try and keep our old unit operable through the heatwave but eventually had to replace it. Everyone from the women in the office to the different service guys that we dealt with were extremely nice and understanding. We appreciate all of them. They are honest and compassionate. Once again Fire-N-Ice came to the rescue. Our AC was blowing out how air, I was thinking the worst. I contacted Fire-N-Ice and within three hours Jason Rievley arrived at our residence. Jason did a quick check and determined what the problem was. Within one hour our AC was up and running. Fire-N-Ice is my go to for all my AC and heating needs. Keep up the awesome customer service and reasonable prices.
The tech Corey called to let me know he’d be at our home in an hour and he was on time. Diagnosed the situation and informed me of what was needed as well as when I’d hear from someone to set up an appointment for the actual repair. So far so good
Jason showed up as scheduled, found the problem right away and got our AC working. In addition he checked the temperature coming from our vents and determined we needed Freon. We are happy with his service and we will use them again.

I was so impressed at how quickly we were able to get an appointment to come to our home and investigate the problem we were having with our air conditioning system. They were professional and explained in lay person’s terms what the problem was, and they were able to correct the problem in 30 minutes. So happy with the friendly and prompt service we received.

Jason and trainee Christian are knowledgeable. They fixed the problem by installing a new hard start up assembly to boost the capacitor. It was a quick fix. The whole service cost me $365 right off the bat, but I guess that's the norm nowadays. So it is what it is...I'm a satisfied customer. Thank you gor coming in the same day as I called for service.

Jason, Daniel and Josue were awesome! They came first thing in the morning and were here all day barely taking a break. They worked their tails off and even offered to pick my kids and I up lunch! Jason explained everything to me and made it a real easy process. It was a one day install and by the end of the day we had a great heater that didn't sound like our house was going to explode. I am looking forward to the Summer when we can enjoy the central air. I would definitely recommend Fire and Ice they were great, clean and efficient in their work!
My only complaint is that the invoice does not itemize costs. It only shows a final amount so you can not tell how much you pay for labor vs parts. That is the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

These people were amazing. We had one company come out for a bid and they tried to sell us two new units and an interior system which was going to run us 35k to 50k. Fire N Ice came out and fixed our A/C, and fixed what the previous company said they couldn’t all for a fraction of the price. This company is honest and trustworthy. They will not try and upsell you and will fix your problem if it’s possible. I had two company’s tell me my unit could not be fixed yet I sit here cooled by the unit Fire N Ice fixed. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They will be your first and last stop for any HVAC needs.

My elderly parents called a few HVAC companies a couple days ago, but everyone was too busy and scheduled 3 days out. Fire N Ice was the same, but I explained that my parents were elderly and if the could help out. They just get it- Service was scheduled for the next day - late afternoon. However, the service tech was nearby and skipped some non rush appointments and showed up at my parents house early morning and fixed some wiring, fuses and patched a hole where the problem began. Corey and Alex showed up professional and ready fixed the issue right away.

I had call Fire and Ice Air Conditioning the evening before. The fan on one of our AC unit outside stopped spinning. I called 5 mins before they were closing. The representative who picked up the phone had got my name and number to contact someone at the office to help check their schedule. I received a phone call just 30mins later. They were able to schedule me the morning after. I was grateful, because having a senior and pets, we need the AC working. Jason came out the morning after and was able to fix the unit in 15mins. Great service and would recommend.

We had a superior experience. The representative, Jason arrived early after confirming I was home. He analyzed the situation and fixed my unit at a very reasonable price and I will use Fire & Ice in the future. He did a great job!
I purchased my home in December 2020 and experienced the new furnace blowing cold air while in Heat Mode shortly after moving in. Since they were the installer of the unit they came out and adjusted the gas pressure on the unit. Everything was running good until December 2021 when it happened again. I called Fire & Ice and Josue came out for the service call. Very knowledgeable, respectful and presented well. I caretake my parents (in their 80s) and he interacted with my dad very sweetly.
Josue adjusted the gas flow (again) and ran the unit a few times to ensure the warm air was being produced. He did mention that these units have sensitive gas flow regulators so I don't feel alone in the issue.
He also looked at the air intake and discovered a mesh screen over the register. He removed them citing that it would restrict air flow into the unit. The primary air filter needs to do its job- made a lot of sense especially after he showed me how clogged the screens were.
All the techs that have been by have been great. Highly recommend and will be reaching out to schedule regular maintenance of the units to keep things operating right.

Jason came by to check one of our ducts that are not connected to the wall. He provided great advice and will be helping to get it fixed. I was so happy I had Fire-N-Ice come out to check my AC for maintenance. I had noticed a little drop in cooling my place down and wanted to make sure all was running ok. The tech spent some time checking the system and pinpointed a small repair and I felt the difference in the AC immediately. Great service. We had tune-up done and had an issue with our thermostat. The technicians were quick to diagnose the issue and order the parts. Communidad clear and a couple days later came in o install the new parts, this was all done before this triple digit heat. We used Fire & Ice last year around the same time cause out condenser motor went out. They replaced it and it's been going strong ever since. I called them out today for routine maintenance and they sent out a tech same day!. Davon was super helpful and gave us a bunch of tips and recommendations to help our system over the summer. We are very please with Fire & Ice :)
UPDATE: 6/26/23- had the techs out this morning for a tune up. They cleaned and checked all the electrical components. Very professional and quick. Clean bill of health on my unit.
