Fastest non-emergency plumbing service ever. I called at the end of the evening for a water tank replacement that was not an emergency (no leaks, just didn't heat the water) and they arrived at 8:30 AM the next morning to install. Once Wade an EJ arrived, the total time to drain, tear out, and replace my tank (along with a ten year old, non working, water pressure valve) was just under 2 hours. Both individuals were friendly and worked well as a team. I highly recommend OneStop Plumbers. Tank looks great as well.
Called late in the afternoon for a leak that we had in our bathroom. Within half an hour, Travis was knocking on the door. Travis was a professional plumber with high integrity and very pleasant. I had the water heater replacement with OneStop Plumbers. I called them on Thursday night and received the service done in early morning of next day. I love their service with prompt response and excellent technicians. They did the job nicely and cleaned. I was able to use the same water heater brand as I had 12 years ago (Bradford White). OneStop Plumbers are beyond giving excellent service. See review left on Yelp which was based on leak detection day. The service has now been completed and what an amazing job. They recieved the highest compliment from my claim adjuster who came to see the job . I quote as he said this to his assistant. THIS IS A PLUMBER WHO CARES ABOUT HIS WORK AND CUSTOMER. The assistant said why. IT IS A CLEAN JOB AND HE DID NOT TEAR UP THE HOUSE AND LOOK AT THE QUALITY OF WORK. He continued to say and I see alot of jobs out thereyou can not beat this. I've had the unfortunate experience of using other plumbers in the past and have had the need to call on OneStop 3 separate time now. Each time they are quick and responsive to my needs and have never made unnecessary repair suggestions, but in fact have help cut expenses by doing the job complete and correct the first time. Their staff is always friendly and helpful and genuinely concerned for my plight. There vehicle is well equipped so they don't have to run after extra parts or special equipment. They show good judgement and have great experience and background to get the job done quickly and properly. I highly recommend OneStop and definitely do so to my neighbors, friends and family.
Without a doubt it was the best experience with home services that we have had. I called at 8:15a, and Michael was out at our house by around 9:00a. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and the cost was better than other companies had quoted. This was just a small job but we plan to call them to tackle our other jobs in the future.
Installed a new Bradford White water heater. Got 3 bids and one stop was the cheapest for this brand water heater. Arrived at appointment on time and did a professional installation that included a drip pan, something my prior water heater didn’t have. Happy with the job and price. Will call them again.

Called a plumber to take care of a clogged kitchen sink. Spent couple of hours with the snake but couldn’t get rid of the clog. Called OneStop Plumbers and they got the job done in less than 30 minutes. I definitely know who to call next time.

I called One Stop Plumbers to repair a broken closet flange (floor flange) for my toilet. Teara called me right back and scheduled a plumbing technician to come out the very next work day between 8:00 and 10:00. Monday morning Wade the plumbing technician called at 7:45 am and arrived at 8:00 am. He removed the toilet and broken flange, installed a new flange, reset the toilet, cleaned up and was done in a little over an hour. Wade was professional, friendly and did an excellent job. I have used One Stop Plumbers in the past to install a new dishwasher. They do excellent work and have fair prices.

Incredible experience! I was trying to fix the faucet myself...and it went from bad to worse real fast. I spent two days researching and learning, trying to do it myself, to no avail and a lot of water under my sink. They were able to come out the same day and help! I was in contact with Veronica, who was very professional, understanding, and responsive. Nick came to our house and was just amazing. He explained in layman's terms whatever I needed to understand; he was patient during the family facuet discussion (ha ha), very professional, polite, and completed the job very quickly...I was astonished, to say the least.I can't say I remember needing to call for professional plumbing help in a LONG time...and was concerned about the prices and if I trust them, etc. This company you CAN trust! Our water heater stopped working on a Saturday morning. I called OneStop because they were a local plumber business in Corona. I provided them with the brand and model number of our water heater and they told me that it was an old discontinued model. They advised me if parts were needed they would have to special order them. They recommended it was better to consider replacement vs repairs and we already kinda knew it was time for new one anyways . I asked if they would honor Military or Veterans discount and without hesitation they said absolutely! However, I told them I wanted to go to Home Depot first to compare costs and research my options and they also agreed for me to comparison shop. I found out OneStop’s replacement and labor costs were reasonably priced after all. Besides that Home Depot’s plumber referrals took forever for a call back and most couldn’t do same day services plus they weren’t local plumber businesses. The best choice was for OneStop to replace our water heater that Saturday afternoon. They were very professional, arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a great job! Needless to say we were extremely satisfied with their service. OneStop’s customer phone service and field service were excellent overall. We highly recommend OneStop Plumbers!

Had a water leak pop up the day before international travel and they sent a tech the following morning as early as possible. They coordinated the maintenance over the phone with me and got it fixed. Even we’re flexible on timing to get to the invoice as I had very little internet access while gone. They are reasonable and responsible, I would let them babysit my kid, 100% recommendation.
Quick response time after I called requesting service. Got an appointment next day. Noticed a leak in downstairs bedroom which bathroom is upstairs. Plumber made a small hole in ceiling to inspect and found leak! It was the wax ring. Also, there was a high pitch squealing noise coming from the tank. Very friendly, clean & knowlegable plumber. While they don't repair the drywall, they provided names of drywall companies. I used one of them and ver happy. Highly recommend OneStop Plumbers!

Great customer service and professional plumbers. If speed dial were still a thing, One Stop Plumbing would be in mine. Ryan installed the first toilet delivered and when it filled up, the tank leaked from a very fine fracture. The second delivered toilet was discovered to have a shattered base. The third delivery had to be refused because the deliveryman opened the box and discovered the tank was broken. As neither I nor the plumber was at fault, One Stop did not accept payment until the job was complete. I decided to cut out the middleman. I picked up the toilet I wanted at Ferguson's and the next morning One Stop was there to install it. I held my breath until the installation was a success. I passed the 3 weeks of waiting by touching up walls, cleaning tile grout and painting baseboards!

I needed a same day plumber to fix the leaking faucet from an old shower. My handy man wasn't able take the handle box out. I called a few plumbers and no one was able to come out the same day, until I found one stop. They were very professional and had multiple plumbers on deck. The phone rep who scheduled the whole thing was also very organized and informative.Within a few hours , they asked for a few pictures and then had a plumber out and had all the parts they need to get the job done.The plumber was very knowledgeable and was able to remove the box within an hour and replaced it with the cheaper of the two options. I wasn't able to be there but they kept me in the loop the whole way as if I was there physically.Had a great experience and will definitely use them in the future.

We have used One Stop several times over the last few years for different plumbing issues ranging from a main line water leak, water heater installation, pex line washing machine box replacement, etc.. They have always been expedient and reasonable in cost. We will use them again if the need ever arises. I am pretty familiar with plumbing overall but don't have the actual expertise in welding and/or sodering therefore I know they do quality work when I've called them. We have no issues with any of their repairs.

Professional and efficient!Dependable, Travis and Jake kept their appointment to repair my leaking water main outside even though it was raining. Came prepared with an “easy up” shelter for the work site. Trenched into rocks and roots to reach the leak several feet underground. Very skilled at removing the damaged pipe and replacing it. Ensured the repair was strong before replacing soil and sod. Very polite and professional, pleasure to know there are such great tradesmen still working today.
Could not have asked for a better experience. Having a slab leak sucks, they fixed it immediately and were amazing.
Another plumber gave up on fixing my clogged sewer line and left me hanging. One Stop showed up right on time and was able locate the problem, clearing the line in less than two hours.

Wade came out to replace my water heater. He was very professional, kind and handled the replacement very quickly. He went with me to drop off the old water heater and picked up a replacement. (The water heater was under warranty). He cleaned up after himself and we could barely tell that he was there. Water heater supply line leaked for over a week while we were on vacation. I replaced supply line and dried out area but water heater would not light. Ruben came and tested control and got it lighted. But he also spent time explaining my options should unit fail again. Options included what he could do and what I could do. Did the install as requested in timely manner and professionally. But took the old dispenser without asking. Felt weird about it but as I didn’t need it so it was ok but that was not professional. Waiting for serial number as need to register. Charges for checking faucets seem quite unreasonable.

Mr. Conrad Cruz, the lead technician, worked on 3 slab leaks in my property. Slab leaks are very devastating in nature. He and his crew are always very professional, calm, prompt in diagnosing where the issues are and do everything they can to cut the least number of drywall possible. I was impressed that he and Russell put back all the very many items that needed to be removed back in there original place. They cleaned up and recapped with me the steps taken to fix the leak. I witness them work tirelessly from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. I recommend them and will continue to use their great services in the future.

I came home to water in my pantry. I tried to identify the leak myself but had no luck. Called OneStop and they answered right away and someone was here within 30 minutes. It looked like a slap leak and I was given the quote but after 25 minutes of detection and drywall cutout they found the leak in the copper pipe above the fridge. The total price to fix was about 25% of the original quote. They were always very transparent in showing me everything they found. It’s this type of honesty that makes me a loyal customer. Wonderful company.

I had a broken pipe, luckily it was in the exterior, none the less is was an emergency since i had to shut the water main. OneStop answered my call and was able to schedule and within a few hours their technician was at my door and problem was fixed. So happy I called them.
One Stop Plumbers are my go to plumbers. I have recommended them to several of my friends. They have always been on time and extremely helpful. This last Sunday my toilet started leaking from the tank. It was an old toilet so I decided to get a new one. I called first thing Monday morning, and by 10:30 am my new toilet was installed and the old one hauled away. They gave me options in toilets and got me the one I wanted. I have also used them to replace water heater and detect a leak and fix it. They are always courteous and clean up their mess. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

OneStop Plumbers is the first call I make when I need plumbing help. This is our second slab leak. I trust OneStop to be honest with my repairs and fair in their pricing.
Our old water heater decided it was done so I called and Joe came the same afternoon and installed a new water heater. I have used this company before so I trusted them to do the work. Everything was explained to us beforehand on the phone. I think we could have found someone to do the job for less money but I trust their workmanship and they did do an excellent job.
This is our third time using OneStop Plumbers and as always, quality work. Latest project, new install of kitchen faucet and new garbage disposal.

Ryan and Conrad fixed a slab leak we had in our kitchen and replaced an outdated main inlet valve manifold. From the initial estimate by Conrad to the repair a few days later by them both, we were very happy with the way they explained what they found as they went along and their professionalism and competence getting the job done. Of course, we would rather not have had a leak, but they made getting it fixed relatively painless. The pricing was reasonable too. Burst pipes in our home, luckily we were home at the time and able to turn the water off quickly. Called one stop as they had great reviews online, answered the phone and able to come to the house immediately. Wade the plumber on site was amazing. Crisis diverted with a bad regulator at the main line coming into the home (that he was able to identify quickly, within minutes) and then quickly repair hoses and a faucet in a bathroom. Replaced the regulator, all hardware under cabinet and new faucet. Thank you Wade and One Stop for the quick response and quality work. Note - Wade advised that regulators go bad around 10 years. If you own a home and you haven’t replaced this in over 10 years, out of today’s experience I would advise you to do so. High pressure water at over 100psi will damage a home quickly. With our new regulator our water is back to 60psi.
For some reason this is my sons account it is posting under...Anyway, heard running water while everything was off so called OneStop to come and find the leak. They came out the same day and diagnosed a leak under the slab. : (The next Monday Travis and an assistant were here to reroute the plumbing that went under the slab. Bing bang boom...that sh!t was fixed.Ok, it actually took a while and they had to cut open some drywall, but they were as quick as they could be while still doing a good job.I would recommend OneStop, good service and quick response.

These guys are the real deal. Thought I heard a leak somewhere in my pipes. I called one stop and they sent someone out right away at a time that worked for me around my schedule. They found the leak without charging me a fee. Even let me utilize their equipment to see for myself. Every year or two the mainline stops up from an eucalyptus tree root down by the street & needs to be rooted. I forgot this year to add the foaming tree root killer that staves off the imminent back-up. Because the problem root is by the street it takes a long snake to reach it so I call in a pro. I checked the web reviews & landed on OneStop Plumbers. They have excellent reviews & when I called they would send Michael the Technician out the next day early afternoon.The next day Michael called & said he was running early if it was okay to come on by. (How often does early happen on a service call?)Michael arrived & was very nice, professional & excellent at the job. The snake did the trick & the clog was gone. The price was very reasonable. We had a hot water slab leak, the Company sent someone out within a 2 hour window of my calling, the diagnosis was fast, the repairs were completed acceptably quickly, and the bill was very fair. We are keeping the business card for hopefully no other future problems-but we know exactly who to call in the future if such a need arises...OneStopPlumbing.
I needed help replacing the toilet flange as we were doing a remodel and didn't know a thing about plumbing, so we contracted out. Called OneStop on Tuesday morning at 7:03 AM and Nicole (I believe that's her name) answered the phone and was able to get Travis to come out by 8:30 AM same day for a quote. I appreciate the quickness and the communication with the technician and the front office is top notch. I love the text letting me know the details of the appointment and the phone calls letting me know Travis was on his way.Travis arrived and assessed the damage and gave us a quote. I was informed to call the office to schedule if I wanted to, and Travis was on his way. Travis was so nice and informative of our needs and gave a couple options of what could happen best case and worst case scenario. Which is nice since I know what I could be charged up to and it wouldn't go any higher than that.I called the front office and scheduled the plumber for Wednesday. Joe came out to replace the toilet flange and he was extremely nice and got right to work. Took about an hour from start to finish and Joe let my son watch as he replaced everything and put the toilet back in. Joe checked our PSI reading and it was great! Thank goodness.Would 100000% recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber. Joe did an awesome job in repairing my toilets. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He let me know exactly what replacement parts he was installing and why. I thought this was great, since I have minimal plumbing knowledge, I learned a lot from him. The office staff are great and do a wonderful job in assisting with your needs. I cannot say enough about OneStop Plumbers. First time using them, they answered the phone when I first called, made an appointment, did reminder call before hand with window of arrival time. I'm the landlord of the project site and was able to handle from off site. Repair was called in to me for verification and was told I'd receive an invoice. They did the work without needing payment up front. The Tech who performed the work was professional and pleasant to deal with. Excellent service and best price. I go thru different plumbers and find out this company offers best price. They ask me detailed question such as model number of the water pressure regulator and size which is 1 1/4 in. Technician helps me to replace water pressure regulator to reduce water pressure from 135 to 55. They only charge me $514 for both labor and parts. Other company quotes me from $600 to $850. I am very happy with their service and will use their service again in the future.

I had a leak in my ceiling. I called in the morning and Wade was there at 11:00 right on time. He found the leak, cut out the defective pipes and installed new ones. Then he cleaned up everything before he left. Very professional. I was very impressed with their service and highly recommend OneStop.
I was able to get an appointment right away. The plumber was very nice and dressed in uniform. My problem was fixed within minutes. Pricing was giving up front. No surprises.

I’m appreciative of “One Stops” fast response. Under normal circumstances, I would have fixed my plumbing problem myself, but a recent surgery prevented it. Michael, the tech that came out, was extremely friendly and professional. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. While fixing the issue myself would have been cheaper of course, the eventual cost was reasonable.I would use One Stop again and would ask for Michael specifically.
After submitting my request through their website, I had a plumber on site in a few hours. My water heater needed replacing and the new one was installed within 3 hours. The service was quick, and with little hassle. Very professional, and I'm happy that I didn't have to heat up my water on the stove before work. :)

They called before coming, and did a great job. They had all of the tools and equipment they needed, neat and clean during the removal of the old toilet and installation of the new toilet. They verified there were no leaks before applying caulking around the base. Did a final clean and flush. Good to go!!

Our water heater began leaking heavily in two different places on a Saturday morning. Couldn't have occurred at a worst time, as we had family coming over for Mother's day that afternoon for a bbq. Spoke to Veronica about the situation and she had Joe at our house within two hours to do the replacement at a fair price. Joe was great to work with and did a clean install. He also noticed our whole house water pressure regulator had failed and we had 120+ psi coming into the house. Great service at a fair price. Michael quickly resolved my valve leak and waited a few minutes afterwards to make sure that I would have no further issues. He even inspected the water pressure to my home as a courtesy.
I had to get my water pressure fixed. OneStop came with a free diagnostic and found that my regulator needs replacing.Next business day, they sent Joe Eichelberger too replace my regulator. I'm surprised how fast he was able to replace it given that he had to trim a bunch of bushes to get to it. This was the third time they had come out to my home due to the pilot going out on my hot water heater. So far I have gotten a control valve replaced on old water heater, a new water heater, a control valve replacement on new water heater, and water pressure regulator replaced. So in a year and a half, I have gotten all this work done and paid over 2k. My only issue was my pilot going out continuously. This last visit, I was told the control valve couldn't be replaced under warranty because my water pressure was too high, even though one has nothing to do with the other. I feel like I'm getting nickeled and dimed now. On the positives, the are responsive and professional. Hopefully my problem with my pilot is fixed for good now.

I think their prices are reasonable. I know it is a relative perspective to talk about money levels. They can come on the same day if if if you call first thing in the morning and tell them you will be there all day and that they can come earlier than scheduled.

As I accidentally made a pinhole on the copper pipe with the water cutoff for the house, I called Onestop Plumber on Saturday who was very prompt to come and fix the issue. Although the cost was around $200 for a half hour job, but their quick response on a weekend afternoon and quality job along with professionalism was much appreciated.

First off, Ashley on the phone during my intitial call was fantastic! Knowledgeable, pleasant, great communication skills... I called that day, maybe 4 or 5 times with follow up questions and she was so gracious, patient and alleviated all my concerns about getting a brand new water heater. I needed some flexibilty to have my water heater removed on Saturday so I could get the drywall repaired, she worked with my schedule and was ultra helpful. A++++ on Customer Service and being gracious with her time. Ryan was a younger plumber that came out during the removal on Saturday, and the guy is like a 30 year vet in his professionalism. Was efficient, personable, knowledgeable and ultra respectful. Great experience. Today, Joe came to install the new heater and the guy is the utmost professional and a master in his knowledge. He not only installed my heater, but walked me through certain things I should be aware of, was ultra patient with my questions, and his work was TOP NOTCH. He was super detailed, did everything in excellence and told me why he was doing certain things to make sure they were up to the latest and greatest city code. Fantastic experience with Joe today that was just a continuation of my initial experience with Ashley and Ryan.I feel 100% confident I got a quality product with even more quality installation from Joe today. I live in Corona, and some of my neighbors have had problems with slab leaks, and I wanted to make sure I didn’t have one. I went with One Stop Plumbers because I saw they had a deal going on for slab detection leaks, so I thought why not? I was so relieved when they told me my pipes and foundation were just fine!
First of all just wanted to commend your plumber “Ryan” for being so friendly, professional, and being so knowledgeable in his craft! I felt at ease right away as soon as he explained everything that he was going to do and gave me a professional estimate. From start to finish he explained in details on what he’s going to do. Very maticulate and cleans after he got done. Very satisfied customer and definitely a customer for life. Will definitely ask for Ryan by name if I ever need any plumbing services done in my house!!

After scheduling 2 other plumbers and not even getting them to show up to my house as planned I was at my wits end. I didn't have access to my main drain which I knew was clogged. I am on a fixed income so I was also worried about the cost. When I called One So Plumbing I told them I needed my main drain unclogged and asked them to give me a detailed estimate. They were the ONLY plumbers willing to work with me about costs. It was much cheaper they didn't have to take the toilet off and reinstall it. I did that, saving myself $265. The total cost of the plumber was only $190. That was less than half of the quotes given to me by other plumbers. Not only that but I called on Saturday afternoon and they my plumbing was fixed by noon Monday. Ryan was prompt, professional and didn't mind me watching and asking questions. I highly recommend One Stop Plumbers and will be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

(skip to the takeaway at the bottom of the comment for the final word without all the details or just read it here: WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND OneStop Plumbers.)I called at 9:30 a.m. about a non-emergency service and was given an appt. for the same day between 5-7 p.m. Wade arrived exactly at 5, clean, and before he even crossed the threshold informed me of the service call price then asked me what the situation was. *After* we talked, and with my consent, he then came in and quickly assessed the leak. He explained the hows and the whys of how he would proceed, gave me the cost upfront and explained why *he would wait before repairing*. He gave me point by point reasoning and suggested that I wait until after another service agent -not from his company, but an installer for an appliance was finished with their job- and then reassess if the situation remained. He gave me specifics to looks for to ascertain if the leak was still there, if so, he could come right out, fix it, and gave me the exact amount that would take and how it would improve our current installation, but again, wasn't urgent at all.He went to work in a different room to figure out why we had hot water in the sink but could only get warm water in the tub/shower. Again he went right to work. He checked both areas and then told me that it could be one of 2 things, and would cost this or that, that being no cost at all, a quick repair. Luckily for us, it was the no cost problem and he handled it in a matter of minutes.Before leaving he cleaned up the surfaces where he worked, asked if he could check the water heater, water pressure of the house at the meter, and show me a few other things -which we had him do. He said everything was fine, but old, and eventually would need maintenance which would cost these exact amounts, but added No rush, just keep it in the back of your mind for a day in the future when you can afford to maintain it and we'll be right out for you. He showed me where to shut off the water from the house, and also at the curb, which was kind as we are new to this house.-> My son had suggested that we call OneStop Plumbers because they had worked on a *huge* repair at their home and was impressed with Chad, another plumber who he said was Clean, polite, and most of all very HONEST. We worked with Wade, and felt he was also clean, polite, and HONEST. He could have taken advantage of our situation and we would have never known otherwise. We were expecting a huge problem as it had all the symptoms of a foundation leak -they could have taken us for thousands and yet he came in and talked in terms we understood, assured us it would be fine, and was very upfront about each assessment -no surprises or tricks.WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ONESTOP PLUMBERS!!!

Do not call them for water leak. I almost trash my only 2yr old dishwasher because they told me it was the dishwasher caused water leak. I paid $150 just to remove it. $150 to fix the connector. Day after, we found the actual leak behind the wall of refrigerator. I was able to hear the sound thru wall, how come they couldn't find it with some machine they carry around? Just not reliable! They claim that they are specialists finding the leak but, they are not. Due to their inability to find the leak, it caused more water damage and had to change my whole floor. Do not use this company!

I am so happy over the moon type happy with OneStop Plumbers. Wade showed up and called when he was about 10 minutes out from our house to let me know he would arrive shortly.We had a really yucky stopped up garage sink, this also made our sinks back up. Bad. The smell was awful. I called and within hours Wade arrived. He walked through our entire house checking all the faucets and drains. He fixed our issue quickly and took a look at our kitchen sink as well. What a champ he was. Diligent. Friendly and fast service. I highly recommend OneStop Plumbers. Ask for Wade!

1st of all I hate to give them a 4 star review. They truly deserve a 5 star rating, if it was only based on service, attitude and professionalism. I've had several bad experiences lately. However with OneStop Plumbers from the initial conversation with Ashley to the work completed by Wade, this company was super efficient and very professional.I had a water leak on the 2nd floor and the water was soaking my closet on the 1st floor. This leak was behind the wall so it was difficult to say where the leak was. A plumber had told me that they would need to run a camera thru the toilet or drain to see where the leak is at, so that they wouldn't have to randomly cut holes in the dry wall. I need an estimate to fix the leak.My only negative is the cost. I understand this is a specialized field however to charge $25 for a small piece of plastic pipe and than $200 to install it with 2 hose clamps is quite high for 20 minutes of work. Plus the $95 to diagnose (which I have no issue with).
Just used OneStop Plumbers for the first time and we are very happy with the service.We got an appointment for the same day we called and Wade even showed up a little ahead of schedule. He was very professional, did great work (replaced kitchen faucet and disposal), and took the time to make sure things were working properly after the work was done. Called another plumbing company first for my backed-up drains, they were not going to be able to come until the next day. Called One Stop Plumbers they gave me a time for the same and then were able to come earlier than the time stated. They were professional, and Travis kept me informed all the way. Had a misunderstand about the price but they stuck to the price that was quoted over the phone, although the price for the work should have been higher. I would certainly call them again.
This is the second time I've used OneStop Plumbers. First time for a shower valve repair. This time for a water leak inside the wall. They show up on time. They have good communication from the office. They know what they are doing and they do good work. What more can you ask for from your plumber?

My garbage disposal started to leak. I had had occasion to use One Stop Plumbers several times in the past, and, as before, I had no hesitation about calling them again. Just as before, I appreciated the whole process.The lady who answered my call was pleasant and professional. She has the ability to give you the impression that she is there to help you, and do it as efficiently as possible. Ryan, the technician, arrived exactly on time, worked with great skill to replace the disposal, and completed the job quickly. He also provided clear answers, very willingly, to questions that I had.One last point is that the disposal was covered by a home warranty company, which gave me the option to receive cash out rather than wait for them to arrange a replacement. I was glad to find out that the price I paid for the new disposal matched exactly the amount offered by my home warranty company. In other words, One Stop Plumbers does not try to inflate the price of the unit and the work.I give them five stars very willingly.

My compression angle valve that supplies water to toilet was leaking quite a bit. The tech came out within an hour or two after I called for service. The valve was a standard compression valve on a copper line. Instead of using a tool or puller to remove the ferrule he simply hack sawed the copper tube off behind the valve nut. It was quick but I lost a half inch of copper tube from the supply line, not good. Although the service was fast, and expensive, the technique was poor. Won’t use again.

We hired OneStop Plumbers to fix a leak that we had under our sink. Our plumber, Wade, was prompt and was super professional. He called to let us know when he was scheduled to arrive and showed up exactly when he said that he would.While our repair was simple, he also noticed that we had another leak . He fixed that too and I was surprised how little it cost.We've also used them to replace a shower valve in our master bedroom. I would highly recommend this company. They're always friendly and are super helpful. We will use them for any issues that we have in the future.

I saw I had a small leak in my ceiling coming from the upstairs bathroom. Conrad showed up on time and in uniform. He gave me his card and came right in to get to work. He was straight forward with me and a real great guy. I highly recommend this company! My entire experience was fantastic. I bought a house, and within 24 hours I had a slab leak in multiple spots. Conrad and Russ were there quickly, diagnosed the problem, and the next morning there to fix it.Conrad is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about the quality of work the entire time. Joe tried to fix my current water heater but the universal part did not work on the brand I had. It was beyond the warranty period, so I decided to replace the water heater. Joe was here first thing the next morning, said it should take about 2 hours for installation. It was less than 2 hours and all is working beautifully. Thanks Joe!

MY FAVORITE PLUMBING COMPANY CAME THROUGH AGAIN!!! My 30 year old water heater finally decided to give way and started to leak. I immediately knew who to call and submitted an email on Sunday afternoon for service and was given a call early Monday morning to confirm service that same day.The technician they sent out was named Joe, who showed up on time to diagnose the issue and quickly gave me his recommendation to replace the whole unit. He came prepared with a brand new water heater in his van and began the replacement job which took about 2 hours. Joe was extremely professional, patient, and reliable.Overall, I've used this company twice in the past and have always had a great experience with them. You can't put a price on quality and service. Contacted Teara at OneStop, RE: what looked like a slab leak. She spent time on phone, looked at some pics I texted and gave very helpful instructions over the phone until she could get a technician out. I was shocked and worried when I discovered water on my tiled bathroom floor. Something very similar happened 5 years ago and the damage resulted in major remodeling due to the water damage. This time, however, the project only lasted part of a day and the results were perfect.The plumbing technicians were able to come over immediately solved the leak by replacing the damaged pipe with an insert. This company is local and family-owned with professionals that are very good at their craft. I will only use One Stop Plumbers. They have always been highly recommended and I agree with those reviews. My experience has been that they are the best.

I hired a plumber thru Angie's list to install a new toilet, the day after he installed it there was water leak from the the front and behind the bowl, after contacting him he reluctantly returned to fix the water leak, the next day the leak was even worst than before .... i contacted him and inform him of the water leak.. he wanted to return and i told him absolutely no way. I contacted OneStop Plumbers and they show up the next day, the water leak was gone. I would recommend this vendor to anyone... highly professional and efficient. Good job guys

Every time I have called OneStop Plumbers they have really helped me solve my plumbing issues. I had a water heater installed, it was extremely quick and they left the garage cleaner than before they came. When the water heater malfunctioned they came over the same day to fix it. I had a great experience with One Stop Plumbers Leak Detection and highly recommend them! I called them in the late evening because I had a slab leak. Veronica was very helpful! She told me they fix slab leaks all the time and would send out a plumber. The plumber Nick was very professional, clean, friendly and wore little booties. I was amazed Nick detected and found the cause of the slab leak in 15 minutes. Nick is an excellent plumber that can work magic! I couldn't be happier

Those answering the business phone have a pleasant, professional manner, and they listen properly. It's easy to schedule an app't. They are excellent communicators.The plumber was dependable and on time. He had an excellent work ethic, treating my job like it was his own. Obviously very skilled, he worked efficiently, in an organized fashion, and carefully checked his work at each stage. Clean-up was impeccable.I needed a new water pressure regulator installed, but didn't realize the shut off ball valve had also failed. (I witnessed this). The plumber took care of the valve, too. I can only say good things about my experience with OneStop Plumbers and will call only OneStop for my future plumbing needs. My plumber today was WADE. Thank you, Wade!

I had a 75 gal water heater installed from OneStop. They have the lowest price and the best customer services. You can check out a list of water heater installation prices on their website.I called OneStop over ten times before placing order. Every time, they pick up in a minute and answer my questions with good manner. I didn't have to wait long for a schedule and they take credit card over the phone with no extra fee. I received invoice with service descriptions right after placed order and my receipt right after I pay. I highly recommend this company for their low price and good customer services.

I was so happy made a phone call to OneStop Plumbers this morning for a replacement of my water heater. Teara at Customer Service was so great and helpful. She took my info and got the pictures of my current water heater installation, then quickly provided me with an estimate with a very reasonable price. Great experience with one stop plumbing. The service man made sure I was satisfied with his work before leaving, and provided a warranty with his work. In addition, he arrived as schedueled and attacked the job with efficiency. I would recodmend them and will use them for future jobs. Had bathroom sink unclogged for a Good price! A+++
Had an emergency, all bathrooms backed up at once. I called and they said maybe in 2 to 3 hours someone can come out. Then got a call a few minutes later telling me they had someone coming in 10mis. They got here cleared the pipes, and everything was good. The guys were friendly, professional and worked fast. I definitely will use One Stop Plumbing again and I would recommend them.

They were very quick to come to site. Their plumber, Rubin was very professional and knowledgeable. Inspected all areas unlike our home warranty guy. We were scheduled very fast and their two plumbers, Rubin and Conrad started work on time and repaired on time. Worked very clean without ripping walls unnecessarily. They initial assessment was 3 leaks but their follow up work and test showed only one. They were honest and charged very reasonable. We recommend them highly.

I needed a new 75 gallon water heater installed into my garage. When I called them for a quote they asked me to text them a photo of my old heater. Minutes later I received a texted quote for the new heater including labor, parts and all code upgrades. They were more reasonable than another plumber I used in the past so I accepted their offer. They showed up the same day (a Saturday afternoon) and two guys installed the new heater in about 2 hours and I was up and running again with hot water in no time. They were professional, courteous and did a great job. The job-site was clean after completion as well. I would hire them again.

I’ve used them a few times to clean out drains and they have been quick to schedule an appointment and are prompt.
We needed a pipe fixed after it broke, leaving us having to turn the water off to our entire property. Being a holiday Monday morning, we dreaded having to find someone to 1) answer the phone 2) actually come out and 3) pay a hefty bill.When we called, not only were we greeted with a friendly voice, but an appointment for someone to come out within a couple hours.We received a phone call, well before our appointment, asking if they could come earlier. That worked even better.When they got here, the pipe was fixed in a matter of 20 minutes and much to our surprise, the bill wasn’t close to what we expected.We definitely recommend One Stop Plumbers, and would surely call them again.

We had previously called another company but they quoted us a 3 day wait and since I have two babies at home not having hot water for that long was a no go 🙅♀️ called this company and they came out same day a blessing because my boys really needed that shower lol . The guy they sent out was professional and explained everything pricing was fair and it got fixed in about an hour had hot water running next hour highly recommended:)

Let me start by saying WOW!I called around lunch time and Nick from OneStop Plumbing was there in about two hours!He repaired my extremely old leaking toilet. He was willing to drill out the frozen bolts and replace the seal between the tank and the bowl (old seal pictured) as well as the insides of the tank.I'm so thankful he didn't push me to purchase a new toilet when mine just needed some TLC!Nick also talked to me about my other plumbing needs as a courtesy. They called before appointment time to see if we are available so they can come early. They show up looking very professional with their uniform. Check a few things and determine that it was probably just the toilet itself is the problem. He did try to see if they can fix it. Even though they didn't fix anything this time but will sure give them a call next time if we need. Totally will recommend others to use them

Called first thing looking for a quick repair on a toilet but not an emergency. Answer on the second ring and the nice young woman took my info and asked if she could call back in 15 minutes when she looked at the schedule. She did call right back! I Booked and Michael was going to be at our house within a 2 hour window, 10-12. He called at 10:08 and said he was here. He fixed the problem quickly and did a great job! Highly recommended and will use again when needed !!

These guys were great! They came to one of the properties that I manage the same day that I called them. I thought it was one issue that would have been more expensive, but the plumber was honest and it cost me less than half of what I expected. I highly recommend OneStop Plumbers.

Wow I haven't met a person on a service call that was so nice and happy to help, yes he was getting paid, but really explained what he was going to do. This is an update of my previous review. Onestop plumbers sent a technician to repair a toilet and I was told by the technician that he would only charge $75 since the repair was so minor. However, the company charged me $95. The $20 has since been refunded. I therefore have changed my review from one star to 4 stars.
7-18-2012 It been a week and have not heard back from OneStop Plumbers. My rating stands firm at 3 stars at best!7-12-2012 I wrote to following review upon OneStop Plumber request and they called to check if there's something they can do to resolve my stained driveway by txting they a picture and I did.On 7/11/2012 Ryan arrived promptly for the booked time slot. He provided excellent work in removing the old water heater due to extremely tight space. Ryan is very efficient in installing the new water heater. I am very happy with the work so far. I would have given a full 5 stars for OneStop Plumbers if it was not for the inconsiderate finishing work. Ryan drains the rusty water from the old water heater right in my driveway. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but a day later when it was all dry and left my driveway with rust stains everywhere. For that I deducted 2 stars and gave a final score of 3 stars.

Hired OneStop to install a new touch less faucet in my kitchen and they were able to send someone out an hour after I called. Nick showed up, went to work and was done in no time. New faucet looks great and they gave me a discount for being a veteran!

Excellent service. Travis came within half an hour after calling, for the inspection. (He was driving between job sites and squeezed me in right away). Then he came back the next morning and did an excellent job on all the work. My only complaint is that they didnt put the price of the inspection toward the work. Instead they gave me a $50 discount. I've used them twice now and they do great work. Just recently they re-did my hot water manifold (leading up to my master bedroom shower) where there was a pinhole leak. They do a good job with identifying the most likely spot where the leak is by using a leak detector and infrared camera. The only downside is that they don't drywall the area they cut, but I know a lot of plumbers don't. While he was here they also unclogged my shower head which was cool of them :)

Like their boss each team that shows up arrives early, knows what their doing and delivers a good price for the job. From scheduling same day appointment to arriving on time OneStop Plumbers deliver what they say! Wade arrive on time very courteous and knowledgeable! Showed him the leak area took a look check and measure walls where moisture and knew exactly where to open the drywall and repaired the pinhole by changing a piece of the pipe.
