He assisted me in designing a remodel of my master bath and installed all the new plumbing work including Re piping, our upstairs bathroom, installing new hardware in out bathroom in addition to new sinks and new toilets in all three of our bathrooms. He installed a tankless hot water heater about 10 years ago which has saved me money every month since then.

Rodco plumbing assisted me when the gas company found a leak in my pool heater and shut the gas to the pool heater off. Rodco was able to detect where the leak was without tearing up our flagstone patio and fixed this problem in the same day. This company helped clear my drains outside when the rains were so bad thus preventing water to leak into our house

We were needing a plumber to come look at our home after we found that our toilets kept backing up and that it seemed to get worse. We had a hydro jett Done and it seemed to make such a huge difference. We noticed that after the hydro jett was completed our water was running very smoothly through the piping afterwards. No more clogged toilets so happy

Passable work at exorbitant prices. I can not recommend enough that you stay away from Baethke plumbing - almost $1000 for hooking in a dishwasher and replacing a drain basket, less than 2 hours of work. I instantly regretted accepting their insane quote, which I would not have done without their deliriously high call-out fee. Stay away unless you enjoy paying 2 to 3 times what you should!

I had a great experience with my drain service. Ali was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain the diagnosis and solution processes. He even checked a number of other drains and gave some pointers on how to prevent leaks and future blockages. Called for service and got yelled at. Urg! We all need to have more patience, yet I'm very reluctant to spend my money with angry people.

After having several plumbers come and be convinced that I needed to excavate and replace a section of my main line because there was a downspout gutter in there...Jesus listened and then calmly walked to the site (outside by side of our house), saw the patched area on the sidewalk (where he thought the gutter was coming from), and opened it up and REMOVED it in less than 20 minutes.

Easily saved me $5K or more from having to break concrete, dig, replace pipe etc. Thank you Jesus!

Deserves a 5 star rating x1000. John got through 9 years of sewer drain blockage and tree roots and didn’t leave til the job was done. We didn’t know how close we actually were to a full on sewer problem but had already tried renting a snake at Home Depot to unclog it ourselves. Tried and failed, called at least 8 different companies but 24HR is the one that got us through and now I have peace of mind. Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

I paid approximately $4000 to install a valve that would prevent water from the street entering a residential building during heavy periods of heavy rain - a back flow preventer.Not only did it fail, but the site of installation created a second source of incoming water flows.This caused thousands in damage.ResponseAddress starts with 3133 in zip 60618. When we last spoke, we discussed you coming out to review water heaters. Never heard from you again.I didn't say it was a full flood control system. It was a back flow preventer installed inside basement. $4000 also low, because you gave a discount because of the issues your installer had - he appeared to be inexperienced and struggled with installation. At one point during installation I had to call you that he wasn't leaving enough for the tile to go back in. When he was done, basement apartment needed extensive cleaning, because the work area was not sealed off and dust was every where including tenant's closet clothes.

They are unprofessional, make up lies, and I regret using them for Mother’s Day. I ordered online for Mother’s Day to be delivered on that day, but they kept calling my mom 3x while she was at work, the day before Mother’s Day, saying they do not work Sundays and they need to deliver the flowers to her right now. They also lied to my Mom saying they already called me and talked to me about how they don’t work on Sundays (Mothers Day) and they need to change the delivery date. I have never received an email or call from them about this whole situation and they kept harassing my mom at work the day before Mother’s Day lying about their business and the promised delivery date. I even paid extra for the upgrade flowers and when my mom sent me the picture, it was not worth paying $100 for the arrangement.

I used them based on good reviews and I just don’t want anyone else have to use their hard earned money on such an unprofessional business.

Alex was incredibly helpful in replacing our hot water heater the very next day after it broke down. He walked me through each step of the process and gave a very fair estimate. He also helped fix our kitchen sink! Would absolutely recommend using Rob West to anyone who finds themselves in need of a plumber.
