My tank less heater was down. I called couple of plumbers who asked upfront money to check but Raul from Rodco Plumbing did not ask visiting charge. He came within a couple of hours of phone call and diagnosed the problem. He talked to heater supplier company and convinced that I should get new parts free of cost due to leaks in heat exchanger. He ordered the parts for me and came 2nd day to fix heat exchanger and Solenoid manifold with reasonable charge. I am very satisfied with his service and definitely recommend to others.

We were needing a plumber to come look at our home after we found that our toilets kept backing up and that it seemed to get worse. We had a hydro jett Done and it seemed to make such a huge difference. We noticed that after the hydro jett was completed our water was running very smoothly through the piping afterwards. No more clogged toilets so happy

I found them through google and they did not disappoint. Ron and his son Alex were extremely reliable and have quick appointments. I had an issue with water damage in my bathrooms and both they recommended a company to have that fixed all went well. I have since called both of them for other jobs around my house such as leak detection and they are always fast and professional. I'll continue to use them as my go to plumbers.

I can't express enough how helpful Greg and his team were in locating and repairing a difficult vent stack leak. Communicative at all times, quick to respond, and polite but effective in the job. We will contact Pioneer Plumbing And Rodding Inc once more if necessary; they are truly exceptional.

Goode charged me nearly $1,000 for a $30 dollar part and less than an hour of work. Replacing a shower valve cartridge normally costs 1/3 of this price or less. It also did nothing to fix my problem, and turns out my original valve cartridge didn't even need to be replaced. When I called to ask why the cost was so high, I was told we have insurance costs. Every plumber has insurance, so not sure how this is an explanation for charging over triple what others do.They were also several hours late, and only showed up because I called them asking where the technician was or if they were coming.The local plumber I hired to complete the work they failed to do charged me a fraction of this price to ACTUALLY fix the problem, and told me this is a common experience Goode Plumbing customers have.

Alex was incredibly helpful in replacing our hot water heater the very next day after it broke down. He walked me through each step of the process and gave a very fair estimate. He also helped fix our kitchen sink! Would absolutely recommend using Rob West to anyone who finds themselves in need of a plumber.
