This plumber was very professional! I called and told him what the issue with my toilet was and answered his questions. He told me he wouldn't charge me unless he was able to fix the problem! He came out and fixed my toilet and his services are very reasonable! If I ever need help again I'll definitely call him first!

Kevin from Western Rooter was amazing. I had a clogged toilet that had other problems as well, which he fixed in minutes. It wasn't so much that it was a difficult problem, only requiring a snake and an adjustment to the tank. But his professionalism and immediate response from both him and the company as a whole is amazing.
