Sam and his team were very responsive. I received a call back within hours. He was able to come out the same day and shortly after he was able to give us an estimate. Sam was very knowledgeable and was awesome with helping us plan and decide on the final project. Once my husband and I made the final decision, we had a new water heater in less than a week. He and his team had great communication throughout the whole process. They were on time and correctly estimated how long the project would take. I will definitely be hiring Sam and his team in the future for other plumbing projects we have. Even with the cold weather, Sam was eager to help us out and complete this project right!

After a couple of weeks being strung along by another plumbing company, I gave Karla at Drain Works a call and they were able to get us on the schedule so quickly for some time sensitive work that I needed done. I wish I would have just called them from the very beginning. Eric and Manny were unbelievably nice and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done in our new home. We had a gas line capped, and also had shut off valves for our washer replaced. Eric explained all of our options, and we really appreciated his honest opinions on the work that we were inquiring about. Eric was also able to give us quotes for some other items that need to be taken care of, and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future. Great value, wonderful people, and super clear when it comes to scheduling which we appreciated so much!! Can't wait to use Drain Works again!

Called Jim after a frozen water pipe at my business, he is the best! He was there quickly, fixed the pipe and had my only bathroom back up and running before my next shift. Would absolutely recommend and use them again

I hired REI plumbing both for my house and my work. They were great. They did great work at a fair price. At my work they installed a new hot water heater and at my home they fixed a slow drain on my shower. Turns out a previous plumber had left a rodding bit in the drainage pipe. The REI plumber was able to remove the bit and clear the blockage. I would highly recommend REI Plumbing.

We had an issue where our washer drainage pipe was clogged and would overflow. We called in the morning and they were able to get a professional out to our house by the afternoon, which was faster than I expected. The unique layout of our laundry room made it difficult to unclog the drainage pipe. However, Jim was able to get a snake in and fixed the problem. Overall, the service was great and we would definitely use Dash Plumbing And Rodding Co for our future plumbing needs

Considering that our pool plumbing issue was very difficult, they considered us a priority. Our pool plumbing repair was skillfully performed by these experts. This really made my day!

We had an urgent matter as well as some already scheduled plumbing needs. They came out very fast and fixed the urgent matter! Every point of contact with Jane was a pleasure to deal with. I have several complaints about service to replace a broken water heater:
1. I discovered J Roque charged me $400 over the listing price of the new water heater. I discovered this by doing internet research and matching the Model Number with unit sold to me on a plumbing supply website. When I asked Mr. Roque to see the invoice for the unit he purchased and sold to me, he refused to show it to me.
2. Mr. Roque estimated that the work to install the water heater would cost $500-$1000 for labor and supplies plus the cost of the new water heater. Mr. Roque's men didn't know how to install the unit, they took more time to install than estimated, and I overheard them calling the manufacturer for help several times. Mr. Roque billed me in full for the extra time at $2700. His men also damaged my ceiling and floor in trying to install the new unit. When I challenged Mr. Roque about the damage and the bill, he yelled at me and refused to reduce the bill.
3. I refused to pay the bill in full, and Mr. Roque immediately put a lien on my property causing me additional hardship.
This is without a doubt the worst plumbing service I have ever worked with and I will never go back.

They were knowledgeable and patient in fixing the plumbing in my kitchen. They were honest and up front with the pricing. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues that I have.

A pipe burst in our townhome and I am so glad I stumbled upon these guys (based on reviews). Sound Plumbing was so responsive and easy to communicate with via phone, text, and email. Mitch was professional and took time to explain everything to me throughout the process. I felt that prices were fair, quality of work was excellent, and while no one wants plumbing issues this is definitely where I'd go for any help!

I have not been this happy in a long time. The last few plumbers I have hired left me so disappointed that I was beginning to think it was a bad industry. (Overcharging, poor service, incomplete work, bad work, lousy attitude, leaving work area dirty, causing damage, etc.). But, today I needed to call a plumber again, so . . . off to Google to search for one in my area. I decided to call Blue Line because they were close and had decent reviews. So, I was hopeful. Best phone call I could have made!

First of all, someone actually answered the phone when I called (bonus points!). Then, he was able to come out same day (Double bonus points!). But the real five star service was in Tom's professional and efficient service which was delivered with a pleasant and courteous demeanor. He fixed my toilet and my sink (which were the two reasons I needed him to come out), and then he checked my tub while he was there (which benefited from his tender loving care). He took his time to make sure everything was running correctly before leaving and he did everything for a fair price. (He even put everything back under the sink!) I'm just amazed across the board.

Truly, this is a five star service in an industry that seems to be seriously lacking. I plan on telling all of my family and friends in the neighborhood. Thank you, Tom!!
