Adrian and his team did an excellent job fixing another plumber’s botched job. He communicated with me every step of the process and even fixed other smaller jobs along the way. Definitely would recommend this company!

Adrian is a thief......his response to me is weak as a thief would be.....What YOU owe me is based on 4 different jobs. 2 of which I got you PAID from Prosource and were NOT even my jobs. YOU ARE A THIEF and a bad plumber. You owe me 2000.00 and I will let Karma finish this as I let EVERYONE KNOW not TO USE YOU.

Adrian is a scam artist. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Adrian told our warranty company that unnecessary work had to be done, so they rejected the claim for the thousands of dollars of work he quotes. I caught Adrian's lies and called him out on it. He told me that you don't know how it is in the plumbing world and started to try to educate me (about how his fraud was justified, basically).

Adrian and his team came out on time and replaced my hot water tank within hours. My crawlspace under my house flooded about 3 feet. Adrian came on a Sunday morning to drain the water. Then promptly Monday morning his team came to complete the job with the new unit AND new pipes, etc that were NEEDED so it would be up to code. He was upfront with the pricing and did not go over the agreed amount. Adrian and his team were professional. Simply Plumbing was recommended to me by a family member. I was skeptical after seeing the reviews.So glad I decided to give them a try. ALWAYS do your research...many of these home warranty companies are a SCAM bc a majority of items are NOT covered in your policy; many times you come out better just paying out of pocket.

Adrian runs an honest and competent company. Fast to respond. I recently thought I needed a new disposal because of crazy noise and leaking. He came the next day with his crew and it ended up being a simple fix for not much money. Another plumber probably would have sold me a new disposal.

Despite obvious evidence of a leak (collapsed basement ceiling, water everywhere), the guy said he couldn't find a source. Finally tried to do something, said it was fixed. A few hours later, it was evident it was not. They haven't returned my calls/texts...now the mailbox is full. I should've put my $ down the drain...it would've been more fun.

Horrible!! This company is a rip off! They are good if you intend to waste your time and money.

Definitely over charges & takes advantage. Charged my father almost $300 for a job another plumber said should've been $75.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Fraud company as well!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!! I did not pick them by choice but choice home warranty picked this trash company for my service. They waited an hour after they were supposed to be here to tell me that they need to reschedule another day. I had to file a complaint and speak to a manager at choice home warranty about this trash company ! They didnt even apologize about the inconvenience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

SCAM COMPANY! They sent a technician to my house. He said would have to replace the inside of the toilet and he would have to get approved for the repair. I called my warranty a couple hours later to see they got approved and they told me yes. They gave me the number to reach out to Simply plumbing and I called and it said their mailbox was. I called two other people that worked with the company and they forwarded me and never returned my call. 3 days later I haven't heard back from them and they have my money. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!! my warranty had to reassign another plumber!

highly unreliable...canceled on me twice. This was one of the contractors my Home Choice Warranty sent to repair my faucet.

Sent by a home warranty company. Arrived at looked at the clogged drain. Told me they couldn't do anything for the service fee because company didn't approve. Expected to be paid for just coming out.

Adrian did a great job with our house after it was flooded. We were so worried and were being quoted outrageous prices. Adrian’s took the time to go inspect our house for free, and offer us a detailed account of what needed to be done. He worked tirelessly with his crew, but the job done was fantastic! We recommend anyone who is looking for a professional job done right, with no hidden fees or issues, to contact Adrian! My family appreciates you and your services, will recommend to anyone!

Adrian took the time to explain everything that was necessary to complete and how much the job would cost. He was patient and professional throughout the process. He kept us updated as the work was completed, and stuck to the timeline he provided at the beginning. Will definitely be using Adrian again!

In 2017 I engaged Simply Plumbing to quote water damage in my aunt’s kitchen.

He worked with me to submit estimates to address the work To the insurance company. The floor work was stellar. The cabinetry was terrible. And it was never ever corrected. The plumbing was done and acceptable. The carpeting work was acceptable. But something as simple as connecting the newly installed dishwasher was never done.

Whenever he said he’d come over he’d be hours late with no apology.

The last straw was yelling at me. After getting thousands of dollars as the general contractor, I got yelled at. I finally said for him not to come back. Instead I paid my Handiman to do the work I just could not get Adrian to do.

It’s taken me all these tears to write this review. I should’ve gotten reviews before engaging Adrian. Had I known, I would NOT have engaged him to do general contracting work. Instead, just routine plumbing work only.

Stole my $$ , and didn't finish the job

My water heater rusted out and my home warranty company assigned Simply Plumbing to the job. The first visit they showed me how to at least keep cold water flowing in the house. Later they installed the new unit expertly, and after learning the new water heater didn't come with a stand, went and bought a new one at no extra charge. I really appreciated the professional service after going a whole week without hot water!

He took my money and said that he was going to be done and was going to fix my house. In addition he took my house insurance money o fix it he house since February 2018 and he did NOT fix my house and basically ran away with MY MONEY
