These guys did my whole house repipe and when I noticed over a year later some issues, they came back that very day and fixed everything, going above and beyond. I’d had a refrigerator delivery team refuse to install a new fridge because of something that wasn’t these guy’s responsibility and PEX fixed it for me no problem and they did not charge me anything. These guys rock!!!

I felt bad seeing the other review and wanted to write. I have worked with Shane for almost 10 years. He has always been amazingly responsive. My water heater blew a leak at 6:30am on a Saturday, he answered his phone, and he was at my house installing a new one by 10:30am!! Awhile ago he took time to walk me through an involved procedure with my water heater, over the phone, and never even charged me. He has always responded right away to any emergency I have had, and I've had a few!

Came for problem with furnace. First call was for Sat., and unable to do anything, do to parts place and boiler support both closed. First thing mon. morning , Adam arrived,. He found three problems, and went about his job to fix them. Called 781 Plumbing and heating on late Sunday night. Very responsive and quick. As new homeowners, 781 plumbing was very helpful with our boiler issue, providing us with some knowledge and peace of mind.

This company overcharged me for work and did not supply an estimate for approval. After several unanswered emails, I called to discuss this was met with very unprofessional and threatening language. Then I was hung up on. Be aware that this company charges $166.00/hr for travel time and they also tack on material charges for maintenance of their equipment. I was charged 2.25 hours for a simple sewer clean out that required 50 minutes of labor. In addition there was a $45.00 material charge that is included in every job. I will not be calling this company again and I feel mistreated.

Did a great job

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.

If I had the money, I would start the project immediately now, and in that case, I would feel extremely comfortable.
