I found me super plumber on line called and made a appt to get a price for my air conditioning system to be replaced. I already had 2 quotes from other contractors I decided to hire Mr super plumber. (1) They gave me a better price. (2) they were on time and extremely classy presentation clean cut and professional. (3) The estimator was very patient with explaining the process and details of the install I could feel the pride with this company caring about there customers and quality of work. The other contractors didn't make me feel like they truly cared about me as a customer, the way mr super plumber did. I would strongly encourage any and all of my friends and family to use this company the install turned out wonderful.

Handy place to stop in and check out. Location is in Jeffersontown close to several shops and stores. Plenty of parking and lots of area. Very clean and nice store employees are the best in the world. Come on down and have a great day. Reasonably priced and easy to get there.

Sorry but I was very disappointed with the service and price.

My main complaint is that they didn’t fix the problem and didn’t even do what they said they were going to do to try to fix it.

Beyond that, the price was absurd. They charged $120 for materials for maybe $5 worth of duct sealant (and didn’t even use enough to seal the ducts!)

They charged 12 hours of labor at $90 an hour, but the guys were here for about 2.5 hours, and most of that time was spent waiting for another guy to bring over duct sealant. I called and pointed this out and they reduced it to 6 hours of labor.

They were on-time, very nice, easy to make an appointment. I just don’t know what I got for $800.

These guys tried to rip us off. They tried to do all this work that wasn't needed and kept telling us we need to swap this out and swap that out. We called asi plumbing and they sorted everything out and let us know exactly what we needed which was nothing near what these guys were saying. We probably saved 10,000 dollars going with a different plumber. They were trying to re-pipe the entire building

I called mr Jim to come out to look at my water heater this morning he come to service me he was very rude and unprofessional cussing at me and my husband stated that we cut our own wires on the water heater I would not recommend him to anyone I wouldn't even give him this one star

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
